Been there a few times for small orders and have been treated great. The guys that get your steel and cut it are very friendly. Usually in and out pretty quick. The last time I was there I couldn’t help but notice one of the office guys had been out helping warehouse guys get an order ready. Shows they all pitch in and do what it takes to make customers happy.
Emailed this company inquiring about some 1095 steel to see if they even had any as I wanted a large the only response I got was “sorry this is not a good one for us” very strange response to say the least and doesn’t make a lot of sense.
Great place better then the other place in my opinion the other needs better management an updated cameras for half the stuff that happens around there great job gerdau
Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off!! My husband had scraps from a water tower his company built here in Minot....we weighed scrap before driving it to gerdau and it weighed 4000 lbs they weighed us at 2500 completely ripped us off and acted like they didn't! It's ok once ppl figure out your scales are "off" you'll lose business it's called KARMA
