My car battery died Saturday afternoon while I was 50 miles from home. It seemed simple enough to remedy, but it requires a high tech scanner to get the new battery to work with the car once it’s changed out and most mobile mechanics don’t have it. AAA was useless and kept me waiting for five hours. Bridget and Ken at the Advance Auto in Yadkinville were stars. They were reassuring in a very stressful situation and very competent and helpful. I had to get a tow to the store, but once there they got my car fixed up and I was back on the road in no time.

Every time I visit the Advanced Auto in Yadkinville, I am reminded of how lucky I am to have such a great store near me. They are always so helpful and pleasant. Recently, I had to get new batteries for my car keys. Not only did the person put both batteries in my car keys, he also showed me how to do it myself. He checked to make sure they worked before I left. I appreciated his help so much. They are always so knowledgeable and courteous.

Stopped in this morning. Both the ladies working were polite. My cashier was extremely helpful. Answered all my guestions and got good advice.

This location was great. This last time I went - and I've only gone twice. I was nicely surprised. The staff was very helpful and kind. I didn't see the kid from the first visit until I was about to leave. He was nice but didn't seem as eager. Probably just shy. But overall the man who helped me and the woman who was there were both extra helpful and friendly. I recommend this store. This will be my go to store.

Traveling through Yadkinville my vehicle had some issues and the great employees of this location were spot on with service and parts in everyway possible and then some I guess stating Going above and beyond is a good way to put it. Highly recommend this location and staff for all your automotive needs.

Great people to deal with. Very helpful if you need to track down something they don’t have. The once had a driver drive 30 miles to another store to get a part for me I needed. Great people.

Great location with easy access from both north and southbound US 421 and north and southbound US 601 ( State Street ). Pulled into the parking lot needing a new windshield wiper blade while it was raining hard. Approximately ten minutes later I was on my way again with a new wiper blade bought and installed

Went today to get everything for a oil change on my civic si. Connie was at the computer I went to and she was extremely helpful and helped me save money on it. She came outside to look at my car and complimented it. Customer service has always been amazing at this store

We just stopped in store 4157 Yadkinville on our way to Tennessee. We needed a tool to check the rear-end oil because of a squeal. Joy was so very nice and helpful, she loaned us the tool and came out to check and see if we needed anything else! Awesome customer service!

Tech took excellent car of getting our son's battery changed out!!! Very knowledgeable folks!!! (Need a public restroom for customers)

Some workers very polite some rude. Have hired new people slow as hell to busy talking have 5 6 people in line waiting. Used be quivk in and out. Hiring people that dont know nothing. Been shopping at this place for years and now u cant hold parts.

Lifesaver! We broke down on our way back home to Florida. They ordered the part we needed, and it was there next morning in am. We were able to get it fixed and back on our way. Great service, and very friendly and helpful. Steve and the rest of his crew were amazing! Thanks so much!!!

The battery on my car died. I was able to get it jump started and come here for a new battery. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Mitch is the sales associate that helped me and installed the battery. He is an asset to this location.

I had to visit this auto part yesterday and today. Steve helped me yesterday and gave me good suggestions for my Honda. I was back the next day and Gene helped me, he went the extra mile for us and was super nice. Very greatful for Gene and Steve.

Mitch was very helpful today 7-6-21. We broke down on the way to aaa to ride. Found out it was the alternator, thankful they had it and Mitch let us borrow the tools to replace it in the alternator.

Good place to get the weekly specials on oil changing items. Store has decent selection of auto accessories. Customer service is good.

Always very helpful! Went here to get a new fuel filter for my 50cc moped and I wasn’t sure which I needed. The man at the counter came out to look at it and recommended me the correct one! Great customer service. I always choose this location over others

As a guy who works on his own vehicles and driving older vehicles I’m here a lot doing repairs and preventative maintenance on my 3 vehicles. Prices are competitive and they’re open on Sundays. I can order online and it’ll be ready for pickup by the time I drive to the store. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. They carry a nice array of common parts in stock as well as a good assortment of specialty tools and accessories.

Very professional and helpful. Wide variety of auto parts and accessories. If they dont have it they can order it. They have a special service they can have next day delivery. Prices $. Easily sent from the road.

My problem was a employee from ANOTHER location gave me the wrong bulbs. Not only did these guys comp me for the bulbs, they helped install it because my hands were to big to install the bulb itself. I work here, but dont live here. If I ever need to get parts, they have my business until I die.

Having 3 kids with me, I appreciate being able to get in and out of a place quickly. I told them the part I needed and they pulled it for me. Quick check out and positive/welcoming attitude from the man that helped me.

Was very nice and helpful even though they didn't have the part I needed and wanted to search for it but I was in to much of a hurry gave thanks and got back on the road it being a part that didn't keep me from driving just having to roll the window down to get out, customer service is on point and the guy's are helpful if I was in the area and needed a part I wouldn't hesitate stopping at Advance.

At first the staff was kind of slow to help you and they kept talking among themselves. However they're very friendly when we had to sit there and wait for tow truck to come they let us sit around the store. Prices are about average for an auto parts store.

Always excellent service. Save money by buying on line and picking up at store. Online purchases almost always offer a discount. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Never will I give my business to the Advance Auto Parts here in Yadkinville NC. Their hours state on both their website and the door they are open until 9:00pm, however, they lock their doors and refuse to answer the phone prior to the posted 9:00pm closing time. We took our business next door to O'Reilly Auto Parts who were ACTUALLY open until 9:00pm as their hours stated and they were very helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Had a check engine light on and they hooked up the scanner and have me a diagnostic reading at no charge. Not just no charge, but with absolutely zero pressure or obligation to make a purchase. Very appreciative of your service. I'm traveling and needed an idea how serious my issues were. Whether they needed to be addressed immediately or could be delayed til I got home.

Received over the top service from Adam yesterday with what ended up being a bad battery. Young man is a most excellent credit to your company. Made sure I was good to go before leaving his shift.
