I went in for a headlight and was greeted immediately and helped by Rodney. He was so kind and helpful and changed my headlight bulb without hesitation despite the freezing temperatures outside. Rodney deserves a raise
I appreciate Oreillys and how some stores hold on to employees that are invaluable instead of throwing them out the door when a remodel or new management rolls in. I came here to get what I needed, found out I couldn't get what I needed but I thought it best to give them a good review. This store has always been the go- to when needed.
Dead battery needed replacing. They came out to the car and took care of everything for me and as always are the best at customer service, especially for auto parts stores. Love em
They always seem to need to order the parts or sometimes the tools I need and the cost to rent tools has gotten ridiculous. It's $107, to rent a tie rod removal tool. Harbor freight sells the same kit (different brand) on sale right now for $24. The tools they sell are just as cheap quality as harbor freight, yet oreillys charges 5 times as much. Staff is friendly for the most part, the company itself is has just gone down hill alot within the past 5 years.
If they don't have it or can't get it...it doesn't exist. It is the most friendly and knowledgeable auto parts store I've ever had the pleasurable of spending my hard earned dollars.
My car would not start & I imagined the battery was dead. I called O'reillys & got new battery over the phone & then asked if someone could come to my rescue where I was & they did!! Battery got changed, car cranked right up, I was & am thankful for O'reillys!!! Great service in my dire time of need!!
If I could give 7 stars I would. My boyfriend and I were having serious transmission problems, when we stopped into O'reilly's they checked the codes and helped us with some fluid conditioner. As we got back onto the interstate we almost immidiately had to pull over, with our phones almost dead, 3 hours away from home, AAA not helping, I called that O'reilys. One of the men drove all the way to get us, let us sit in the backroom and even brought us drinks and candy bars. Once AAA was on their way they said we needed to go back to the truck and he gladly took us once again. I am so blessed to have stopped into this store and reccomend them with the highest regard!
The staff has treated me nicely every time I have gone by. They do free check-engine light diagnostics and have helped me (an automotive rookie) understand a lot of the things I need to do to fix my bike or truck. It's my favorite auto parts store in town.
