I've only been a customer for a couple of months but the service has been phenomenal! Whether it's a dumpster rental or roll can service they are fast, efficient and most of all accommodating! I highly recommend Triad Recycling. And I can't forget Clint, exceptional customer service!
I like going here. Since our place closed in Mocksville it's about as close to me as any. It's really easy to get in & out the way they have it set up. It's definitely cleaner than the one they had in Mocksville. Everyone I've met have been very nice, courteous & professional. They help you when you're lost & hadn't been there before. I've been back a few times now & getting ready to go again. Their prices for aluminum cans are fair & comparable to others too. If you need recycling then I recommend TRC & if you need help you can always call them.
Great friendly, professional and helpful staff. This place was very organized and clean. Honestly for once I didnt fear running over something and sticking in my tire. Fair prices easy and fast checkout.
If you have junk to get rid of this is your place. Just don't go on a windy day cause it's a dust bucket also don't go when it's raining it turns into a mud hole.
They don't pay that well. Other than that, they are just fine. The Yadkin dump is expensive, so it's definitely better than going there if you have metal.
Closed the gate before 4:30 And refused to take my Copper. I spent All day Separating the copper And had to borrow a vehicle to get it there, I got there before closing time Was turned away because the man that work here are too damn lazy to stay open until closing time. Most of the People that work here are rude and act like it’s a major inconvenience to do their jobs.
Very happy with Triad Recycling to rent dumpsters. We rented a 30ft dumpster a few times while we remodeled a home. They are quick to deliver and to pick up when I called. I recommend to to anyone needing to rent a dumpster.
Smooth in and out, with a quick load time. Started right on me as soon as I bump the dock...wash your truck after you get loaded,😁😁 friendly lady up front..
It was organized and with a quick and get through. I did have one small hiccup. Was approached about dumping food cans at the edge of the metal pile and the gentleman in a very unfriendly tone said I should have thrown all of in the pile, which I was unable due to back problems. And he was referring to a really large pile which was already there before me. He was very abrupt and bordering on rude when he said, "whatever, I guess I'll just go clean it up."
However, he may have been having an off day and it was pretty warm. But overall, it went smoothly.
I had them for about a year, they said they had a schedule for me but I could never figure out when that would be because it was never around the same time. If you’re ever behind don’t pay in large amounts cause apparently it’ll mess up their system. Also if you are behind make sure you double check with them to know you ARE caught up or else you will be behind again cause they won’t tell you it exactly. Also make sure you get all your receipts, I had a problem of not getting them all.
Paid my Dad steel price for aluminum and refused to make it right. Low life guy who will cheat a long time customer who's a senior citizen, veteran dying of cancer.
Do not use this company! I have used there service for two years now at my restaurant in yadkinville. They wait until a national pandemic and the governor issuing an executive order to close all dining rooms to customers which cut my business by more then half to double my monthly dumping fees. I will be notifying the BBB of there price gouging during a national emergency!
