Amazing. We were having trouble on the way to the beach when we came across this shop. They had been closed for an hour but still there. He graciously hooked us up to the scanner and worked on our vehicle. He also offered valuable advice for the future. Wonderful customer service that is not easily found these days.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Oil change took only 10 minutes or so after being lifted. Good business.

Called J&T for wrecker service since my truck overheated coming back from the outer banks. They were quick to respond, let me know they could also repair if I wanted them to. They performed the repairs, keeping me well informed of what they were finding. They did a great job with thw repairs. I highly recommend them for wrecker service and car repairs. Great folks!!

Our van started shaking while we were 5 hours away from home. J and T overcharged us on the parts and labor, asking us to pay double the price for everything, and the car wasnt even driveable after. It was actually shaking worse! At the beginning, they mentioned the price of $600, but AFTER they completed the work they said it would be $1,250! I was shocked. I felt taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation. Our car sat for hours unworked on as they gathered the parts, (I know this bc i had to go get things from the car over the course of several hours and saw no one working on it) and then charged us $690 for labor for less than one hour of actual work! Our van wasn't operable after they "fixed" it and we had to purchase a new van in order to get home! Over 1,250 wasted today at J and T service center.

I had an issue with my trailer hitch while on the way home from the outer banks. I found J&T on my phone as a local shop. He immediately addressed my issue and got me safely back on the road. Wonderful guy and wonderful service. If you need help this is your shop. Thank you very much for your help today.

We were coming home from the Outer Banks and had a tire blow on our heavy duty truck. It was right at the end of their workday, but they were able to get us taken care of and back on the road in no time. Thanks guys!

Twan found us sitting with a flat tire on our camper waiting for Good Sam dispatch to arrive. Twan was a heaven send! He quoted us $300 less than Good Sam & had us back on the road within 30 minutes! He even let us keep one of the two flat tires that just needed a new valve! Great customer service, super nice guy, I definitely recommend!!

We want to thank Twan for all he did to ensure that our son's vehicle was repaired and safe for him to drive. Twan went way above and beyond to take care of me in a tough situation. My alternator died over the weekend while visiting the area 2.5 hours from home. He showed up at my location and despite it being an import vehicle with hard to find parts, he tapped into multiple of his connections and resources to get the correct parts, to the right place, in the fastest time, and got everything completely fixed. Throughout the project he maintained an amazing positive attitude, communicated constantly, and came through on everything he said he would do to get it done. We were stuck in the mud on our way to the airport. The tow company answered right away when I called and arrived within an hour, being 30 miles away from us. A very nice gentleman got us hooked up, pulled out, and back on the road within 10 minutes of getting to us. Definitely recommend!

Twice now J&T Service Center has gone above and beyond to help my mom (Mary Ellen) with her car troubles and made sure she was well-informed and safe. Twan helped her get to work when she had issues getting her car started, and then when the problem happened again a week or so later made a house call to diagnose her problem and got the car serviced. The prices were more than fair and the people (especially Twan) were wonderful. You should absolutely support this place!!!

My tire had an air leak and colony tire didn't have any openings. J&T had my tire in stock and replaced it in about 20 minutes. I was impressed. They were very helpful knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend their services.

We were out of town and broke down (alternator died) on the way to a sporting event. This was the top rated tow company on Google so we have them a call. They were there within about 20 minutes, including with my bad directions since we didn't know where we were. He offered to tow us to our regular mechanic about 30 miles away, or said he could tow it to his shop and get it repaired that day, on a Saturday nonetheless. We let him tow it to his place as I knew it's be at least 3 days before or mechanic could look at it since he doesn't do weekends. Service was fast, price was fair based on what I saw online, and he was incredibly kind. Highly recommended.

These guys rescued me! I stopped for gas in the evening in Plymouth and as I pulled away from the gas station I discovered that one of my brakes had seized up. Because of the hour I was worried that I was going to be stranded. But J & T came and towed me to their shop within 20 minutes of my call, tracked down the needed replacement part, and fixed the problem. Thanks again!

I was visiting Plymouth and my car broke down. J&T responded quickly to tow my car to the shop. Within minutes I had a diagnostic done and the owner was finding the parts to complete the job. He was able to replace my fuel pump the next working day and get me back on the road. I am happy about the services received and my vehicle is running great!

I highly recommend J & T Service. This afternoon my tire low light came on. There aren’t many places available on a Saturday at 4:00. I called as I was traveling to Hatteras because it’s pretty sparse on car help after this point. The owner told me to come on in, he was closing but would wait for me. They checked my tires and they were not off by much but the light didn’t go off. He ran a diagnostic and said I had a sensor problem. They were so nice and helpful and we talked about doing the right thing for people. They absolutely are someone who do the right thing. Good and honest people.

Had a low tire pressure light come on traveling to the OBX and knew there would be limited help available on a weekend, after hours, and few resources available. Searched on Google and this popped up. WOW and AMAZING service. Good honest people still exist. They told us to come as they were getting ready to close but would wait on us. They checked everything and made sure we were safe to keep traveling. Both the man and the woman who helped us were kind and we cannot say thank you enough. Do NOT hesitate to call them or to stop by (right beside Subway) and send them your business. I hope they continue to thrive and succeed. We need more people like this in the world.

J&T came through when AAA didn't. He was extremely helpful and professional. Came out to us ASAP. Didn't need to wait 4 hours like we did with AAA. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. Would definitely recommend.

On our way home on a Saturday from our beach trip to Cape Hatteras and had a camper tire blow out. We found J&T Service Center which was literally on the road home from the beach. The guys changed all of our camper tires and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced and friendly too. We’ve decided from now on every 3 years we will just plan to stop here and get all of the camper tires replaced on the way to the beach. I absolutely would recommend J&T Service Center if you’re anywhere near them! Thank you guys so much for the awesome quick service!

Out of town and still a couple hours away from our destination when we ran into some tire/wheel trouble. Not only was he there in less than 30 minutes but he was able to fix it and we got back on the road in no time. So appreciative and highly recommend!!! Had a abosolute fantastic experience with J&T. I called early morning due to a break down after an exhausting experience with AAA, I was able to get back to Plymouth with my Wife and Vehicle. He had me call first thing in the morning and came to our hotel and picked up my vehicle and worked on it effectively and knowledgeably. Twan came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when every tire repair shop around was closed. We blew a trailer tire while pulling our boat back from the coast and were stuck on the side of the road 2 hours away from home. He was prompt, courteous and very reasonable. He showed up quickly, took the tire and rim back to his shop and returned with a new tire mounted on our rim. Got us back on the road in no time! Thank you so much!

Husband and I were driving from Outerbanks to Georgia on our way back from a family reunion. Our battery light came on an hour into the drive and battery quickly started draining. Lucky we were able to make it to Twan’s place and he absolutely took care of us. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the parts. We were on the road again in about 4 hours. (Dealership said they wouldn’t be able to do the repair until at least three days out!!!!!) Big thanks to Twan and his team for their excellent service and we highly recommend J&T auto.

We were heading to Nags Head Saturday morning and our tire went flat on the highway. We called J&T Service Center & Towing and he was there within 10 minutes ready to help! He had our tire fixed and we were back on the road within 10 minutes. He is a honest, & reliable person that I trust to call on whenever I am broken down or have a flat and need help quickly! THANK YOU! I had just started my six hour drive home when my brakes went out. I ended up here by chance and it was definitely the best case scenario! I showed up unannounced and the owner (I’m assuming) took a look and immediately knew what was wrong. he was very informative and comforting to me as a young woman who feels a bit out of place at a mechanic. he spoke with my dad on the phone to explain what happened, fixed my brakes in less than 20 minutes, and charged a very reasonable fee! he has a wonderful family and they were all very friendly. definitely recommend these guys!
