⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond! I’ve been coming to Carrol’s for many years. Jordan that works here is awesome! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received by him. My truck’s air conditioning went out during the hottest week of the year, and this team didn’t just fix the issue they went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road in no time. The professionalism, honesty, and quality of work were top-notch. If you’re looking for reliable service and people who truly care about their customers, look no further. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend you get your tires here. The new tires purchased had cupping and there was no warranty so basically I paid $200 for bad tires that they would not replace or refund two other mechanics saw the cupping on the tires and I had to replace my tires. I call this theft purchase at your own risk.

These guys are solid. Honest, fast, good work, and good prices. When I was tire hunting about 8 months ago I called at least 15 places and Carroll's best 'em all. I just got my first tire rotation done, still happy with the results.

I took my vehicle into Carroll’s and the customer service was fantastic! Considering I was from out of town, they still treated me fairly and made me feel welcome. These guys are awesome. I bought a car from out of town dealer (DO NOT EVER DO THIS). I brought my car to Carrolls to have a full check of this car. The answers I received were terrible, but the service, kindness and explanations I received will help me move in to the next stage with this car. I trust them implicitly. You can’t lose with these Carrolls.

We started going here when we moved to the area. They are easy to schedule any maintenance such as oil changes. We usually ask for the latest appointment to avoid work conflicts and they have us in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change. Wifi is available if you need to work in the back lounge area. It would be nice to offer Lyft like other places but I know those are rare in this area.

Absolutly amazing service! Came here a few times already but most recently with a timing belt a water pump replacement. They do amazing work and my car is running great. They are very accommodating after needing to reschedule. Absolutely will come again for all my mechanics needs!

I brought my vehicle in for a alignment and oil change. They had everything completed with my car in the exact amount of time they said it would take. My invoice was about 20% cheaper compared to taking it to a local vehicle service chain. Their prices are very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. I highly recommend.

Superb service and customer care. They have a system that text you when your care is going in the shop, estimates, status updates and when complete. I gave up on the dealer and go here only.

Our 87 year old, veteran neighbor flagged us down earlier in the week because his van would not start. He asked us where AAA should tow it and we told him we heard good things about Carrolls and have been there ourselves. He had them tow it there and asked me for a ride to pick it up today that he got a text that it was ready. I asked him what the bill was and he said he didn’t know until he got there. He came out with the invoice in tears because he couldn’t believe it was free of charge. It was something very minor. It’s nice to know there are trustworthy places like this out there. We highly recommend this facility for auto needs. :)

I came in for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I saw on the sign outside that they were offering a special on tire rotation and they quickly accommodated to add it to my service. Both people at the front desk were very nice and friendly! 2 of the past places I took my car put the wrong oil in (for a regular focus rather than focus ST), I mentioned this and he took time to make sure the technician knew the correct oil. I was also SO impressed that they took photos of my car and every part they inspected and sent them to me. I have never seen an auto shop do this before! It makes me feel like I can trust them, something that can be difficult in any other auto shop. Highly recommend!

I left my truck with them while I was going to be out of town for a week. Donta was able to get me a quote fast, and even called around to local dealerships to get the best price for the parts they needed to replace my front struts. The dealership quoted me about $500 more, so I am very happy with Carroll’s and their work! Donta was awesome and super friendly. They will be my go-to for any future fixes I’ll need!

Helpful staff. Brought my vehicle here for an evaluation and thorough check up after another local independent mechanic tried to rob me blind. I was really upset after the other guy tried to scam me and communicated this with the gentleman at Carroll's and he was so kind and helped me out. Diagnosed my issues (3 total) and was given an immediate text quote and full document explaining everything in detail. 2 of them didn't line up with the other mechanic so they even double checked what the other guy was telling me to make sure. I ended up repairing 2 of the issues myself and let them do the hard work. I feel comfortable taking my car here and would recommend to other non-car people or females. Prices seemed reasonable and fair, and they had my car ready quickly.

I have come to expect interaction with automotive services to be royal pains. Up-sells, bait-and-switch, hidden and unexpected costs seem to be the norm. I was just flabbergasted by the excellent experience I had buying a new set of tires from Carroll’s. No surprises and courteous staff. The price I was quoted on the phone was already less than what I received at any other tire store (and Carroll’s was including alignment in that price!) I was further surprised when I received the final invoice after installation after my appointment today. It was slightly LESS than the out-the-door price I was quoted by phone a week earlier. Carroll’s will be my go-to for tires from here on and I may look to them for future auto repair if needed. We’ll done!

Adding to my previous post. I have continued to use Carroll's multiple times and never disappointed. Pricing is fair, work quality is great, and the customer service is fantastic. I will be a long time customer here! The customer service at Carroll's is second to none. Mo and Stephanie that run the front counter are friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The staff is knowledgeable in what they are doing. They have a customer in me!

Update: I have to say that I am disappointed after subsequent visits. I was given an estimate for: new tires (I just put on new ones last fall), an alignment (just had one at Carroll''s after getting the new tires), and a new battery (just got a new one less than two years ago). I have not had any battery issues, and a test run the same day at an auto parts store revealed no issues. Carroll's did reach out and offer to make things right, so I appreciate their response and effort. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They began working on my vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. They asked me if I wanted to get my upcoming inspection out of the way. The work took exactly as long as they originally quoted, even with adding in the inspection.

I had a great experience at Carroll’s Tire & Auto Center. My car needed a new alternator. I called and Mo was so helpful. She took the time to look up the price and provide me with the company they use for towing. My car was ready when they told me it would be. After seeing how great Carroll’s is I will be bring my car there for my oil changes and other maintenance services. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my experience at Carroll's Tire and Auto. I made an appointment for an inspection and when I arrived, I was immediately greeted and my vehicle inspection was started right away. It took a total of about 30 minutes from start to finish, and I will definitely use them in the future. The only thing that got a little annoying were text messages that I kept receiving after the service that requested feedback on my visit. I felt one request for feedback was sufficient, but I do appreciate their desire to want to get feedback from me about my experience.

My experience with Carroll's Tire & Auto Center was fabulous! The staff are friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. As someone who does not know a lot about cars I felt comfortable asking questions and received answers that I understood. I also felt like they were honest and upfront about pricing for their services. I plan to continue to use Carroll's Tire & Auto Center as my primary mechanic and would defiantly recommend them.

Love getting my cars serviced at Carroll’s. Justin, Mo and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They make sure things are done right and you are completely satisfied with their work. I’ve been taking my cars there for over 15 years and always have a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience with Carroll’s Tire and Auto, have been going there for 6 years and they can work on anything from a muscle car to a luxury vehicle. I have never met a more honest staff that, at times, have told me that I didn’t need a service that I went in for. I’m pretty hands on and the techs/ mechanics have brought me to the back to ensure I’m fully satisfied with a build. Mo is awesome and runs a tight ship, couldn’t ask for better service!

I had my brakes done today and the staff there was wonderful! I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride home so I could wait in comfort. When they came and picked me up! Everyone there was kind and courteous. They bent over backwards to make me happy. The work they performed on my car was great. I feel very safe.

Overall a great first time experience with 4 new tires on my wife’s car. I was able to obtain a quote on line, called that morning and they were able to install the tires and a 4 wheel alignment on the same day. There prices were fantastic, lower than tire rack, and the customer service was top notch. I received email updates about the work progress and a phone call when it was complete. I was also able to pay for the work in advance so that I could pick up my car after their closing time. Mo was great as was our entire experience.

Customer service is a top priority here in addition to quality work. I was kept informed through both text message(with a link to a very customer friendly interface) as well as phone. At pickup I was pleasantly surprised to see that my vehicle had been washed as well as the work backed by a warranty (that is covered if out of town with the vehicle as well). Carroll’s has earned my business and where I will refer anyone needing service on their vehicle. Thanks!

Carroll's is honestly one of the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. The staff is always super polite, very knowledgeable, and you never feel like they're talking down to you or trying to sell you on something you don't need like other places. Mo and Dante are literal angels, they work so hard to keep you updated on everything that's going on and are incredibly flexible with your schedule. Also, their status notifications and in-depth report they send you are so helpful, I've never had another repair shop do that for me! I've actually moved to Raleigh since I started using Carroll's but I'll make the drive (or direct my tow truck driver) to Carroll's every time.

Great customer service. Very clean and organized!!!! MO is an amazing service technician.
