Pay more is a business minded place to bring your product to sell. I encountered Frank, who was awesome in customer service and a straight business man in negotiation but fair. I would come here before going to a regular Pawn shop. Customer service is everything and this place has.
Great staff! NO PAWN SHOPS would buy my computer and ALL of them kept low balling me for my older iPhone, routers, and game. These guys was the only one to buy and offer a more reasonable price. Spent 15 mins here and got paid vs. Hours to different stores and getting played in my face.
Everyone here is great! Alex, Jacob, and Frank made the transaction as easy as possible, and beat any other offers for my old tech than any other sketchy online site or that EcoATM machine. Definitely worth my time and would go again.
I love going there, the employees are very hospitable and kind. And they give you good prices for your product. Especially the young lady Eli. I give her six stars if it's possible. She is very very friendly and helpful. And tries her best to give you the best price possible.

I have been visiting this store for months now. Leon and associates are very friendly and professional. I have brought them many different items that they have given me top dollar for. When they were unable to buy something they explained why. I drive from Durham to their Raleigh store because of their excellent service.
A little slice of heaven! I walked in their defeated from going to over 4 pawnshops!!! I was able to get a higher price on iPhone and ps5 than anywhere else. They even gave me a run down on other electronics they'll buy that most people just throw away! I came back the same day and sold so much, even an old wifi router! First time here. They greeted me and were friendly. Francisco was very thorough and took his time looking at each item. He was willing to negotiate and gave me a higher amount for everything I was selling. They take old and newer electronics of all kinds. They pay in cash too! A easy place to get cash for your electronics at a reasonable price! I recommend them.
Great experience! Purchased a $4000 camera lens for only $3000. The lens looks and operates like new. Came with all original items except the tripod foot but I knew that before buying it. I traded in 3 items and got a fair trade in price. They sent me a electronic gift card for my trade in items to apply to the electronic invoice to purchase the lens. Dropping my total to $1600, very easy and straight forward, no smoke and mirror nonsense. I would buy from them again for sure!
I always get smiles and head shakes from Eli and Alex when I swing through to offload old tech and/or trade up for something newer. Good folks, good shop, reasonable prices even, and they're willing to haggle with you which is nice. I mean, they'll haggle within reason of course. You're not gonna make out like a bandit, but you'll get ebay comparable pricing.
I've made 2 big drop offs and both times they were very transparent and gave me a fair deal for my equipment, I traded in around 5k worth of stuff (if you took the time to sell everything separate) and they were able to give me a fair offer and they explained why everything was valued where it was
Eli was so amazing she helped me get my retro collection games and was very nice, I really appreciate her customer service from Facebook marketplace to my in store first experience purchase. Thank you so much for all the help and expertise, I highly recommend to anyone. Happy Holidays!!

The wonderful place I was looking for a 3Ds for months it works wonderfully for me the only problem is that, I can only turn it on when the charger is connected to the console, the problem started 2 days after I bought it

The team was extremely nice and helpful. I saw the device I was looking for on their site and when I went in the next day to get it, it was right there in perfect condition. The listings online are accurate and they allow you to see the devices tested with a game or two before you buy. Also, the prices were fair and they had a lot of used games available for different consoles. Will definitely be back to buy and sell!

First time coming was today called first and Leon answered great customer service very friendly and patient as I was asking a lot of questions. Came to the store wasn’t sure which MacBook I wanted or needed again Leon helped me make a great choice based on his experience and skill listening to what I need also explaining different functions and features. If I could give a zero star I would. I work in retail and I understand it gets busy. But this was unacceptable.
When I visited this PayMore location, I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve encountered in a while. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. I waited patiently, assuming someone would eventually come over to assist, but that moment never came. What made the situation worse was when a white customer walked in shortly after me—he was greeted immediately and received prompt service, while I continued to be ignored.
I stood there for nearly 30 minutes without any assistance or even a simple acknowledgment like “We’ll be right with you.” I could clearly see a staff member in the back who made no effort to help until another customer arrived. At that point, the same staff member came out to assist them without hesitation. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was disappointing and frustrating. I will not be spending my money at this location again and hope the management takes action to address such unequal treatment. This will be the first and last time I come to this establishment.
I was running an errand with the boyfriend, he wanted to sell his AirPods.
I was looking around as one does when accompanying in errands and I found quite a delight, a loose Nintendo switch game, I saw the price they had for it on the sign and was definitely a steal! I can’t wait to play it so the trip was definitely worth it in my opinion.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, it’s small but it makes ya really look at everything closely, they even have a mini arcade game that I am sad I didn’t partake in! I would definitely go again if I needed to either sell or buy things!

Purchased a "flawless" condition laptop from this store on eBay. Due to improper packaging this item arrived damaged and the seller was incredibly rude about fixing their mistakes and very stingy. Ultimately I was forced to do a chargeback since they kept lowballing me, I'm leaving this feedback to dissuade others from having to deal with the headache of doing business with the PayMore store in Cary NC.
