Worked with a couple people here during the hours I was looking at cars and had a pleasant time. Our first day for about 4 hours Mo, one of the experience attendants helped us look at and test drive many cars and Christian the coach both talked to us about financing options. When we came back the next day, Sabrina and Claire did an amazing job helping us narrow down our decision and pick a car I could go home with. Muhammad the coach helped go over the paperwork with us and make sure everyone was on the same page. Everything worked out great!

Bought my first car as an adult with Echopark and had an incredible experience. Our Experience Guide, Alex G, was so kind, patient, and personable. I was stuck between two vehicles and he encouraged me to use a BVA for an extra day of testing - it made all the difference! The pricing and quality of experience, lobby, and most importantly cars was the absolute best we saw by a long shot after looking at several dealerships. My only note is that wait times were fairly long (not Alex’s fault), but we did wait a cumulative of 7 total hours over two separate days. Highly recommend going on weekdays instead of the weekend to maybe make that a shorter experience. And make sure you have a reservation!

I purchased a car from EchoPark Automotive a couple of days ago, and the experience was pretty much what you’d expect from a traditional car dealership with some positives, but also some frustrations. From the start, there was a consistent push to upsell additional protection plans and insurance products. That part wasn’t surprising, but what was disappointing is that after I clearly refused those add-ons, they still appeared in the final paperwork. I had to point it out and request that the documents be redone without the extras. To their credit, they corrected it, but it shouldn’t have been included after I declined. Another downside for me was the financing requirement. I had already secured approval for an auto loan through my credit union, but EchoPark would not accept outside financing and required me to finance through them. That was frustrating. I will give them credit, though that they did match the interest rate my credit union had offered, which made the situation more manageable. As far as staff interactions go, it was a mixed bag. The salesperson I worked with was cool and easy to deal with, but others floating around the dealership didn’t come across as particularly friendly. The overall vibe felt a bit transactional rather than welcoming. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted at a competitive rate, but the process wasn’t seamless. I’m still TBD on whether I’d recommend them or purchase another vehicle there. The experience wasn’t terrible, but just not particularly exceptional either.

Definitely a no-frills car buying experience. Be prepared to wait. We came in for a test drive and decided to buy right after. The whole process still took 4 hours. Terry was great. He was friendly, and a reasonable negotiator. They do have some process improvements to make. TWICE I've come to this location with an appointment to test drive a car, only to find out it had been sold earlier that day. That's unavoidable, but they will happily check you in and have you wait 45 minutes for a sales associate, only to have them tell you that the car isn't available. They need a better-connected system that will notify you as soon as possible if the car you're interested in is sold.

I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience buying a car, Logan was so helpful and patient while explaining the process. He answered every question I had and just made this experience stress free! I was in and out in about 2 hours, I 100% would recommend Echo Park to anyone I know looking for a car. Great experience — no pressure Alex at EchoPark was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process. He answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of time to look over the vehicle, and never applied any pressure to buy. Although we didn’t end up making a purchase due to the car color not being what we were looking for, the experience itself was very positive. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone shopping at EchoPark and would work with him again in the future.

I would never purchase a car from this company. I encourage you to do your own research. The salesperson we had, Nate, was a nice guy. I truly believe he was just doing what he was supposed to do. No issues with him. I feel confident that the car we purchased is a quality car, and will get our daughter through her college years. The financing is 100% where my issues are with this company. I have excellent credit, in the upper 800's. The car we purchased had a base cost of $8,999. We did trade in a car with negative equity, that brought our cost to $11,000. When we got our initial finance package, they added in every single extra thing they could think of, it brought the cost up to almost $17,000. They offered me a rate of 8.9% over 48 months. Payments were over $500 for a used car. I thought I was being punked, like, where were the cameras? Where did this inflated price come from? We went back and forth and finally got everything extra removed. Another reason I would never recommend this company is you have no choice but to get their Appearance Protection at a cost of $699. Let me tell you, when a bird poops on my child's car, she will be up there getting that cleaned. I hope she is up there every other day in the spring getting it cleaned because that is predatory behavior by this company. They say it is because their dealer fees are total $1,700 and this is part of it. That is ridiculous. We were there from 9:30 am through 3:40 pm. Part of that was us leaving to get our daughter's car and bringing that in for appraisal. We were back with the car at 11:45 and it took from then until 3:40 to complete the purchase. (We test drove the car we bought when we first got there at 9:30) We also left to go to our bank and get a check as I was not paying that percentage for a used car. The financial services are the second most important part to consider when buying a car. They dropped the ball here with their financial services. I would highly encourage anyone who is going to buy a car here to seek out an outside company for financing and come in here with money in hand.

Hi. I haven't had to shop for a vehicle in 10 years. I went to this place. I was introduced to salesman Tyrell Ford. This young man assisted me very well, he is very attentive, very detail on the warranty and the vehicle you choose.. His sale pitch was smooth ,impressive and understood. Everything he promoted to you he could explain and give an example. He was not pushy and very patient.Out of all of the dealerships I approached and spoke with, which was about 15,Tyrell Ford won my business. He is phenomenal. He knows how to a d is very strong on customer satisfaction.Even the vehicle I picked at 1st, I carried it back to get another and it was no hassle, no issues. This young man is the one to go to. I’ll happily add my voice to the chorus of very satisfied EchoPark customers. They follow a simple but very often overlooked formula: be fair, honest, transparent, and actually listen and communicate with the customer. Their fees were clearly disclosed and mostly reasonable — $699 for documentation and $699 for appearance protection. There is NO negotiating - on anything. I even broke my own rule and purchased a vehicle without seeing it first, and I was not disappointed. Our Model Y is nearly perfect and was priced to sell. On delivery day I had a very tight schedule, and the team made sure everything was ready to go — including having the car fully charged. I was in and out of the dealership in about 15 minutes. Well done toTyrell, Brittany and the entire team. It’s refreshing to have a used car buying experience that is stress-free and, dare I say, normal. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase a car from Echo Park again!
