Recently purchased a 2014 Audi TT S Line and was looking for a good place to maintain my car & install parts. Gave these guys a call on a Friday (believe I spoke with Rob) wrote me a itemized breakdown of a quote, got me in the next Tuesday morning for a Haldex & DSG service with a installment of a GFB diverter plus valve, ÜRO parts oil separator & a REIN intake hose. Work was done fast & clean, price was around what I was expecting & guys were nice as well. Hoping to build a good relationship !

Product quality is 5/5, but the customer service and checkout logic are lacking. I was overcharged by approximately $160 SGD due to an inflated exchange rate used on their site compared to the advertised USD Black Friday price. I have tried to resolve this privately (Order #135858) before leaving this review, but communication has been non-existent. For a premium brand, I expected better backend support. If you are ordering from Singapore or overseas, double-check the "converted" total against the USD price before hitting pay, as you might be paying a massive hidden premium. Still waiting for a resolution from the BFI team.

Bought some spacers drove around for few weeks it seemed fine I put my race wheels on it went to the track made couple passes brought the car home took the wheels off both snapped at the hub They don't want to replace it or workout a deal ,had to remind them to reply back to my messages..

My husband ordered a part almost 2 weeks ago, hasn’t heard anything or received part, he called yesterday and they informed him they have to get it from somewhere else then ship it to us. They need to be more transparent about this from the beginning. When you need shocks for your car and are waiting, thinking that you decided to order from a place that is close by, and would receive quicker, and nothing!!! Then they charged him $10 to cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous! Never again!! And the lady on the phone wasn't nice either!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! We will be spreading the word! He reordered today with ECS tuning and it will be here in 5 days!!

Great product and great shipping. Best of all it came with a snack. Whether one of the fellas over there knew I’d need a snack during the install or just didn’t want the wife seeing that the girlfriend put gummy bears in his lunch box. Either way it was greatly appreciated.

Great products made in house! Shift knobs on display made it easy to decide what to go with. I'll definitely be back when I decide to switch things up. A no brainer to support a company like BFI.

They are the best for fixing my 2025 Bmw 3 series. I came in for a tune up I didn't know that my wiring in my car was messed up they fixed my wiring and I got the tune it's wasn't expensive it was a good price I will use them again.

Products are top notch. Customer service is great. If there is any issues they respond next day and get it fixed. Stage 2 motor mounts made my GTI a beast.

Shout out to Garrett who also helped me pick out a high quality leather shift knob (weighted) + recommended the matching Napa leather shift boot, and I couldn’t be more happy. It is a very nice upgrade compared to the stock S4 gear selector.

I purchased a BFI shift knob for my mk7.5 golf r, which is something I’ve wanted since buying the car, and the entire experience was great. The product it’s self is beautifully crafted and easy to install. The weight of the knob is more subtle than I expected but feels perfect while going between gears. Truly feels made for the car. And on top of that the service provided from this company is superior to that. They got the part shipped and to my door within days and shipped it with a small surprise to go along with it. Awesome group of people who make up this company! They clearly take pride in their products and relationships.

I ordered a catch can kit for my car. When I tried to install it, I couldn’t figure out the fitment of it 100%. I spoke to Garrett in service and he was able to get me a solution to my concern in less than 24hrs. These guys are great with their customer service. 10/10 would recommend over and over again.

5 stars across the board. I feel welcomed every time I show up even if it’s just to ask questions. I drop my car off and have it back within a day. Always speedy and efficient. Super helpful team. I’ve taken both my Audi’s 2011 A5 / 2019 RS5 here. The staff is phenomenal. They’re upfront about pricing, and can get you, exactly what you need. Just based on the customer service I would 20/10 recommend these guys. I had some parts ordered and it only took a few days. They got me in first thing in the morning when it fit my schedule.

Drove from Florida to get some work done after watching their YouTube videos and not finding anyone in Florida to handle the requested job. From the start, very responsive. Listened, explained and suggested options for my build/desired look. Staff was very friendly and showed me around facility. Finished work was great and already discussing next project. Very satisfied with work and customer service.

Every time i get my car serviced at BFI, I always leave happy. They were less expensive than what I was quoted from a VW dealership by about $500 to replace a knock sensor, and are honest about everything they are seeing on the car that needs to be maintained. They dont try to up sale you on needless things and the work is always of the highest quality. Thanks BFI, I will be back.

Black Forest has offered the most needed help when diagnosing a car issue. The guys are all super nice and very willing to help. I've had multiple issues with my car that honestly I cannot diagnose with just my OBD2 reader. These guys hit the nail on the head letting you know what's wrong. In all honesty, they have not misdiagnosed my car. Tuned car or stock, I'd go here everyday instead of VW. Plus they have the car meet in October that kinda cool.

Talked to a few different folks on the phone, got some stuff ordered, and even during a global pandemic BFI was able to make, build, and ship a top quality product to me. Great overall experience, and the proof is in the shifting!

Highly recommend for German car owners (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, VW, etc.). The team here took great care of my car and shared my concerns. Brought it in for emergency maintenance and they immediately new what was wrong. They were even willing to work with my extended-warranty company. All the pricing for parts and labor were laid out, so that I the consumer, knew what I was paying for before work was performed. Worth every dollar down to the penny. In my opinion, Black Forest is very knowledgeable when it comes to these cars and have great attention to detail. If they spot a minor issue that can become something bigger, they will let you know. My old mechanic recommended me to these guys and I have no regrets in doing business with the team here.

BFI installed an APR stage 1 tune on my Porsche GTS, APR tunes allows all safety features to stay intact. They were very prompt and service was GREAT !!! Boosted HP from 350 to 420HP with no check engine light present. Highly Recommend.

I love this website. Shipping is always fast and when you're waiting for parts, you're like a little kid waiting for Christmas so fast shipping is very important.

My relationship with this shop began 3 years ago. The work they've done on my Audi was great, the staff was courteous, engaging, and knowledgeable. I've been back there many times over the past few years and the experiences have been fine. The problems really began with my last three visits which all occurred within the past 4 months. The work that was done on my car was still fine, my problem is with the office & store-front staff, particularly, the new individual they have working the phone and front desk. He is awful...so awful in fact he completely turned me off to ever coming back to the shop. He seems like he has no interest in his job or in any work the shop does. Not only that, he couldn't even answer basic questions I had about available services for my vehicle. Each time he seemed half-asleep.. Its great when your store-front staff puts his head down on the desk to take a nap during business hours and disappears for 20 minutes while customers are waiting. I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop and recommended it to many friends and club members. I won't be back and I can tell you they won't be back either. Let me be clear about this: the actual work done on my car was fine, its the retail staff that is terrible. You generally don't interact with the service staff at this shop so if your only interaction is with a crappy store front staff, what kind of taste is that going to leave in your mouth?

First off, the staff at BFI are phenomenal. Adam, at the front desk, is awesome and knowledgeable. He has never steered me wrong and always updates me on any problems with parts or anything with my car. They're never pushy and won't let you get an upgrade that won't work with your car. The prices are fair and reasonable. I have had multiple upgrades done to my car and I am wholly satisfied. Top notch in my book
