Mark was AWESOME! I slid off the road tonight on my way home. It had stopped snowing, but my street(Fink Rd) was a mess. I was about to turn into my driveway when my car slid to the edge of the embankment on the other side of the road. I called Collins after 10p, and Mark had my car out of harms way at 11:05p. He even boosted me up to drive the car up the driveway. I made it without incident. Mark was great!!! Highly Recommend!!!
My Jeep died while visiting NC. I called Mark on a Sunday looking for a tow. He came out immediately. Rather than just jump into towing, he tried to troubleshoot the issue. With no success in getting it running on the roadside, he towed it for me. He stored it for the week while I was arranging the logistics on getting my Jeep back home. His top priority was assuring

These guys are amazing! I slid off the road in the rain last night and was pretty worried. Ryan came out and did a great job pulling my car back into the road. They even went to the office so they could run my card even though they don’t usually take card that late. 10/10 recommend, thanks again guys!
I was told he could move buildings, he saw it, never said a word about he couldn’t move it, jerked me around all week, was suppose to come 8/26/22 he called and rescheduled between 12-2 on 8/27 at 2pm I called him it was another hour and a half before he got there, all the while me and my family are sitting in hot sun no AC he comes up and makes every excuse he could. So he didn’t move it, he could have just said earlier in week he couldn’t instead of wasting my time. The guy that delivered it had a bigger roll back then his and had no problems
Oh and he didn’t mind breaking tree branches from trees at the driveway even tho he had no desire to move it. Highly dissatisfied

He was the only tow truck who would come out to help someone who was stuck 7 hours from home in Oakboro. Others said they would come but never called or showed up. He came way out of his way really late to help someone in need. He was there quickly and was polite and professional!! Thanks again!!!
Unfortunately and unexpectedly my balljoint completely broke pulling in the Walmart parking lot this evening about 10:30 pm. Collins towing was fast, polite, professional and a true god send this evening and I would recommend them highly. The price was much lower than quoted by the other local company I spoke to.
When literally nobody else would pick up the phone, Collins came out at midnight within 30 mins of my phone call. He was real careful with my truck, took it where I wanted, charged reasonable. He also recommended me to another tow service to save me money but they wouldn’t answer. Overall great guy, great company and a good experience. Joker deserves a 5 star rating, screw that guy with the boat that gave him a bad review lol
After calling another towing service that did not work out I found and called Collins Towing. They were on time and very helpful. Took my car to a dealership in Albermarle from Badin Lake. They even called when they arrived at the dealership with my vehicle. Would defiantly recommend. May 6 2020

Do not recomend. Collins did a ton of damage to my car when attempting to tow. VERY careless work. He hooked up my car quickly and improperly and ripped my back bumper off, springs, and other parts. When all the parts ripped off it caused my car to roll forward which led to cracking and breaking off of my front bumper as well. He laughed and made a joke of it when he didn’t realize I could hear. He lightheartedly joked that he shifted/cracked my axel. I am not at all pleased and expect to be reimbursed for all the damages.
Not to mention the cost was $250 for my car to be towed 5 miles, even after all the damage was done.
They were awsome .They are very professional and arrived in a timely manner after I called . They are very reasonable rates for towing . They will be my go to guys for any towing I need .
