Called to request towing for my car. Was told that their trucks were out of town, were on their way back,and they would get the car as soon as they were back. Wait most of the day for them to respond. Never heard from them again.
After waiting several hours, broke down, for AAA to find someone to tow me, my hubs started looking for someone. He called these guys and they were there in 15 minutes! It was 6:45 pm on a Friday and they came right away! Thank you Eric and Joanie for caring about people stranded on the side of the road!!! If you need a tow, give them a call.
these people are so professional, I called them and within the hour they were on their way, truck was very clean and looked new, driver super polite and professional and had a very clean and professional appearance. Rate was very fair and they treated my car like it was a super expensive car, even though its a clunker, lol. everything was explained before and there was no hidden fees like some towing companies do. I would recommend them to anyone and not be afraid to let them tow or haul anything from a classic to a exotic sports car. I cant praise them enough!
I don’t know who I talked to today but I’m so thankful for the wonderful customer service that was given to me. My son’s car had 2 blow outs and they were right there to pick it up and dropped it in Concord. Price was fair and speed of tow was excellent. And the fact that they didn’t laugh at my voice (I’m sick with Strep) was great

Our car was stranded 1 1/2 hours away from home- after dealing with AAA for over 4 1-2 hours who could not find any company that would answer or the one that did wanted to take our car back to his shop and then discuss getting it back to our home town- and the since there were 2 of us - the tow trucks had room for only one of us -
We had a friend who recommended Easy Tow - we called Easy E Towing at 7 am on Memorial Day weekend and they answered immediately - and within 35 minutes had a driver scheduled to drive down, get our car and bring back to our local mechanic-
Highly recommend this company and the owners -and his truck has room
