I really dont understand why they get mad when THEY didnt you where to go or how to dump the scrap off i feel like that should be explained when your on the scale. Always an attitude towards the customers think im gonna find somewhere else.
They did such an amazing job here at my house. The guy came out got our septic pumped for us it was alotta work because it was really full had not been done in about 40 years. We just bought the place and has no idea it was so bad. But once he pumped the tank the lines was still clogged so he went above and beyond and stuck his hose to our main plumbing line and got it un clogged everything works flawlessly now. And they didn't over charge and did such an outstanding job. I would recommend these guys to anyone for there plumbing needs. Great job guys and thank you so much.
I needed a port-a-potty last minute because another company gave me the run around on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I called Al Lowder the day before my party and they were very professional and helpful, they delivered a port-a-potty that same day. The person I spoke to at the office was pleasant and helpful, as was the delivery guy. The unit was fresh, clean and unused. The drop off and pick up was seamless. I couldn't say more nice things about this company. Do give them your business!!!
I rented a port-a- potty for an event at my home. They have the best price around. The toilet looked brand new smelled great. Everyone was great to deal with from the lady taking the order to the guy delivering and picking up. I will use them again.
I had no idea that when u paid that cost that they wld not put the tops of your septic tanks back on. I was told they wld initially, just didn’t have tools to screw lid back on. Then after weeks of nothing, I called. A very rude lady told me “it’s not our place to put the lids back on !! “ Really. U come remove lids to pump but don’t put back on ?? I just assumed that u wld replace the lids that you took off during the job.
A L Lowder did a great job. They pointed out to me that I needed to clean our filter each year which two different companies we used previously neglected to mention. They also suggested I install a riser pipe and seal above the septic opening which now allows them to drain the tank without me having to dig up several feet of dirt every time since there will now be an opening and cover just above the ground. Highly recommend this company.
