I had a very great experience there i had a flat tire right by there ship and they helped me fix it they were all very nice I also hear they have a good towing service but I haven't had to be towed yet knock on wood.

My boat trailer broke down (wheel hub & bearing) between the beach and Charlotte. The team picked me up after 6pm and showed me where the boat would be stored while it was being fixed- secure lot behind a high fence and razor-wire in Lumberton. Ashley's communication was good- I always knew where things stood with the repair stood. Once done, the team kept the shop open for an extra hour on a Saturday afternoon so that I could come pick it up without missing a day of work- thank you! The rates were competitive with what I would have paid at the shop I usually go to near my home- what a relief! As one of the owners told me, "I didn't raise my son to rip nobody off, especially when they're in a jam." When it was time to hook the boat up to my truck, they helped me with the jack, which has been jamming
All in all, what could have been a low point of the summer turned into a business deal that I walked away from feeling really good about. Thanks to the team at JB's / 1st Choice.
LPD dispatched them &/or their business partner (1st choice towing) to the scene of the accident... if you care about your belongings don't let them tow your vehicle! My 600$ speakers and amp were stolen while my vehicle was in their custody. During one of my biggest times of need I was robbed. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will be filing a police report! (Also how convenient my vehicle was stored at a facility with no power for any security , and shady employees having total access)

Had a flat on a Saturday as I was leaving Lumberton, N.C. out on I-95. It was impossible to navigate all the Google tire repair/road service pages. Many businesses were closed 11-27-2021Unfotunatly My car runs two different size tires, and after calling numerous advertised tire service shops not a one could find me a common size tire. JB is the only place that finally got back to me.after numerous calls/answering machine promised ,"someone would contact me shortly"Never happened. Finally sent a msg with a bawling emoji, and got feedback. The person msng said nah, can't help you man. Three stars for at least the msg.
We had an accident in a really bad snowstorm and the roadside assistance was convinced we just had a flat tire so wouldn't send anybody out. I called John and he brought an extra car to pick my husband, myself, and our three kids up and deliver us safely to a hotel and then took our van to Smith's Autobody to get repaired. He was an absolute lifesaver. If you need towing in Lumberton call John.
