Friendly and efficient staff.

Easy to use however, it was designed with 3-4 "pull in" areas so that cars could pull INTO the bays and those who finish early could go on through. That worked well but then so eone put up signs blocking the bays.

Staff keeps the place in order and are typically friendly.

I went with a friend to throw away trash from his truck ,inside and out and when we got back to his house I went to take some of my medicine and discovered I didn't have the bag my meds were in, went back to the Recycle center on Highlands Rd. They had closed 8minutes earlier so I called the after hours number and a nice woman met us at the gate unlocked the gate and was sweet as anything and lo and behold in the dumpster there was my bag of .medicines, I want to thank everyone at the Highlands Recycle Center for going out of their way to help me God bless you

It’s not a great location and it can be a pain to get out of but outside of that I’m not complaining about it. I appreciate being able to recycle my stuff and the attendants do what they can to help. If the locals cared more about other people needing to use the facilities then half the problems people experience here wouldnt happen.

The sign says open until 7:00 PM but the attendant was closing the gate at 6:45. This is a regular occurrence at the Highlands Road Location.

the busiest one. too small to handle load. not easy to recycle, have to get out of car and hold everyone behind you up.
