I called for a flatbed tow as my car’s cooling system was down. Cody came out and expertly assessed the situation and towed me to our needed destination. He went above and beyond by offering me a diagnosis which helped get my wife and I back on vacation and to our destination. His service was top notch and he was exactly what my wife and I needed in an unfamiliar town while on vacation. He solved our problems and eased a highly stressful situation! Max kudos to Cody!!!

My truck had been stuck in the snow for three days, I called AAA and they sent out Cody from Ridgecrest Towing. He did a great job freeing my truck and delivering it to the ice hill to my house. I highly recommend this young man and Ridgecrest Towing!

George was GREAT! He came within a short time of me calling Ridgecrest. My car was teetering on the side of a gravel road just outside Highlands. He took one look at my car and said… no problem I got you…. Within 10 minutes he had recovered my car from rolling off the ravine. Outstanding service!

We made a dumb move in a 6000 lb van on a dirt road on the side of a mountain. George with Ridgecrest towing showed up within 20 minutes of getting the call. He studied the scene carefully, consulted with his associates, and developed a calm plan of action to get our giant van off of the high center I had balanced it on without causing damage. With a combination of using trees as leverage and careful small steps repositioning us, he was able to get us rolling in about half an hour, just before we were going to be plunged into darkness on a cold winter night. Courtesy, competence, communication and most of all a very calm nature helped us chill out and get back on the road. Needless to say, you are in good hands with George and Ridgecrest Towing.

Broke down at a local ruby mine and Tim came out fast and got our vehicle going. This was a big relief as we live in Atlanta.

My daughter and her family made arrangements reservation to stay at an AirBnB in Franklin over Thanksgiving and brought me with them. When we got to the house, the drive was down in a deep gulley and we couldn’t get out. There was also no room to deploy my wheelchair ramp. We couldn’t get out because the handicap van was bottoming out in the driveway and there was zero room to turn around. My son-in-law is from Franklin and called Ridgecrest. The dispatcher was very kind. When the driver called, his first question was if we were safe and if we were warm. We think his name was Hayes. We told him we were fine and just couldn’t get the car out of the gulley. When he got there, he assessed our situation and got us out very quickly. Needless to say we found a hotel instead. We cannot thank Hayes and Ridgecrest enough for helping us out. They are truly amazing. God bless you for putting people first!!!

Hey guys, just wanted to give you a Huge shout out! Especially DALE!! Dale is literally the only driver that we’ve ever had living out here for years that knows how to use communication and can find the address !! What a huge lifesaver we’ve used this company a large Handful of times in the past two years! LIFESAVERS! Affordable! Dependable! Knowledgeable and the only people that can find us!! And they haven’t messed up our driveway. It’s very steep, terrible. We’ve been in some pickles sometimes I’m sure everybody knows vehicles have their issues. Middle of nowhere makes it tough so you always wanna have someone you can rely on for one of your rigs to get that thing into the shop and get it right! Dale #20 towed our car late in the evening to a hotel. We were traveling far away from our home. We had a flat tire and there wasn't anyplace open that had the tire we needed. He put it in a parking space in a position that we could get it towed to get a tire on it the next day. Dale was a very pleasant man. It was a little light in a very dim experience.

Tesla Towing PROS! My Tesla as a HUGE pain to get loaded. And where it was parked was not easy to load either. My Tesla updated and my phone key as well as my key card was not working so we had couldn’t even put it in neutral! Dale was a professional. He knew what he was doing and he managed to get my car on his truck perfectly! Not to mention we live on the top of a mountain and our driveway is a bit treacherous. Dale navigated everything like a pro with no problem. I was blown away. Thank you for sending this amazing Tower Dale #20. Had a great experience with StateFarm using Ridgecrest Towing. Dale showed up very quickly. Me and my dog were loaded up and heading home in no time at all. A very professional outfit.

Had service from them twice in a week, once for a jump start, once for towing. Very responsive both times and flexible on arrival time (and prompt). Justin took a great deal of car with loading my car on the tow truck, which I appreciate greatly. Highly recommend.

Had the unfortunate experience of crossing over a pot hole on the Blue Ridge Parkway August 17th just east of Cherokee. My Front Rim and Tire being Damaged in doing so. I was Forced to Call *HOG* for roadside assistance as the truck & trailer I used to visit was too far and the Bike Not Rideable. The lady was polite on the phone and I was soon called back and instructed to wait to hear from the Tow Truck Operator. I then waited patiently and then 'Dale' ~#20 Pulled up. He was super polite and also respectful to me and my Harley. Took Great Care and Properly secured her to his flat bed. We then ventured off to get me to safety, and I actually enjoyed our conversations. He's a great guy and didn't have to pay me so much attention. In a time of grief and terrible disbelief of my ordeal and not continuing the ride, I could also feel better that nothing else happened. As it could've been much worse. Cannot recommend the team at Ridgecreast enough if you need towing in the area, they truly came to the rescue and helped when I was stranded. I blew a tire on my Lotus on my way to Tail of the Dragon (RT129) and the only place that could fix it was 2 hours away; one phone call to Ridgecrest Towing and Lilly the dispatcher connected me with their driver Dale who would came to save me. I was updated multiple times throughout with the arrival ETA and when Dale arrived I immediately knew my sports car was in good hands. He had the correct ramps to load my car with the low front spoiler and got it onto the flatbed without any issue. We rode with him the two hours to the drop off location and he was extremely friendly and easy going which made the long drive a much better. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me and my car! If you need and specialty towing for your sports car, motorcycle or regular vehicles these are the people for the job.

Ridgecrest Towing was amazing and a true God send. Mark went WAY above and beyond to help me and my stranded family out. We purchased a vehicle from a "reputable" dealership just eight days ago. While out of town on vacation in the beautiful state of NC the two bolts holding our brake caliper backed themselves out. Two local police officers suggested Ridgecrest and had dispatch contact them to come tow us. Mark was prompt and courteous and went way above and beyond for me and my family. A super helpful staff with knowledge and guidance. We are most impressed with the inspection of our car over an unidentified noise. Giuseppe and team wouldn’t charge us for work they couldn’t find. It discovered it was just a roof rack rod out of place. These guys are great and I recommend them to anybody.

Staying at Half-Mile farm in Highlands, NC and locked our keys in the car. Within 5 minutes I had someone on the way to me. 15 minutes later Tim shows up and saves the day. Great price, great service, great people.

I am a AAA member when traveling through Franklin Tennessee. I had a flat tire. Ridgecrest was dispatched they plugged my tire and got me back on the road. I had received a call from hospice, I needed to get to Cleveland Georgia quickly to be with my Mother and family. Thanks to Ridgecrest I got there in time to be with my Mom.

They did a great job. My 2003 Taurus wagon is running like new(ish). Giuseppe was very patient explaining the problems. I know it’s not always easy to work on older cars. I’m sure I have many years left. I did not have a ride home and the tow truck guys- Tim, Samuel, and Gavin were extra special guys and very professional. Thank you again, Ridgecrest!!

This was the second time that we've called Ridgecrest in Franklin for assistance in Clayton, GA. (We have not had good luck finding decent tow drivers in Clayton). Lilly was her usual wonderful self and dispatched someone right away. The serviceman / expert, Tim, called us with an ETA and was right on time and absolutely wonderful. An older car had been abandoned in our driveway which didn't allow for additional parking. His knowledge of older cars was remarkable. He had absolutely no difficulty knowing what mechanisms to use and was able to get the vehicle moved further up the mountain for long term parking and maneuvered it into an area with the front end exposed, should it need to be addressed again in the future. He also advised to start the car more frequently to maintain the battery and showed us which buttons needed to be turned. He was professional, knowledgeable, capable, and engaged with us very easily. His ability to maneuver the car on such a steep mountain side was truly amazing. I would always highly recommend! ----------‐--------- Many thanks and 10 blessed golden stars to Derick and his all-star team at Ridgecrest for literally getting our RV out of a jam when it had been abandoned by another tow company on the side of a rural highway, blocking access to a business owner. Accolades from the moment I reached out and talked to Lily, who dispatched Dave to access the situation in person, taking photos, and determining what was required to safely move the RV off the highway and up our steep and winding driveway, while discussing every detail with Derick; who then coordinated all aspects to accomplish this task. Every call to /from Ridgecrest was answered with professionalism in a timely matter with intelligent and articulate details; every aspect of their time-line was accurate and done eith precision. Ultimately, this difficult task was accomplished, with Dave coming in on his day off to work with Derik, who brought in a third member of his team to make it happen. A simple thank you to Derick, Dave, Billy, and Lilly is not enough to express the accolades which they deserve. After several very stressful days of dealing with other inept & unethical towing companies, the good folks at Ridgecrest have restored and uplifted my faith that there is a company that WILL "get it done" safely with utmost attention to detail and precision. Look no further if you need a reputable company for towing or auto mechanics at either of their locations.

I had the engine replaced by Ridgecrest in my Buick Regal GS after the timing chain broke and bent valves. They had a lot of hoops to jump through in the process including the first brand new engine being junk, and having to do the whole process a second time. They did everything they could to ensure I was satisfied. When all said and done, my car runs like new, and I'm very pleased. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! I'll definitely work with them again in the future.

We had a flat on our vacation up in Murphy, NC. We put in a request through our insurance and no more than 30 minutes the tow truck driver was at the door! My dad went out with him and he got the spare off, took off the flat, put the spare on, added air in all the other tires, AND he even kindly offered to put air in my sister-in-law’s tires. All of this was completed within an hour after the request was put in! I highly recommend this company for any service!

I had a flat tire. Completely flat, so I had to call AAA. They sent Ridgecrest Towing & Auto Services out to help me. It turned out that I had a nail in my tire. They removed my tire and found the hole and repaired it with a plug. I was charged $15.00 for that service. I was very happy to have that taken care of for me and didn’t have to have my spare tire put on. Alfred and Dillon did an awesome job, arrived quickly, and fixed my problem.

Spectacular guys! These young men that make this machine work are truly amazing. In a world where young men live in their moms basement these guys are killing it! Our RV brakes caught fire coming out of the mountains and while we put it out quickly, we needed all new brakes. We also live full time in our rig and being out of it is very expensive. Giuseppe allowed us to stay in the rv at their place while we waited for parts. Within two hours of arriving they’d diagnosed the problem, fixed everything they already had the parts for and ordered the rest. This is a 24 hour place and they work super hard! Austin did the bulk of our repair and we are so thankful that the fire department called them for us. I’d also like to say this town is adorable with lots to do outdoors
