Mediocre mechanic at best. My vehicle was at this shop on multiple occasions for a major repair and every time I picked it up it either wasn't completely put back together or had a new problem. I had part of my wiring harness just hanging and not properly attached, I had to route my abs wires back to there proper location because they were just left hanging, my engine cover was broken, I had to realign my hood because it was crooked and making contact with one of the fenders, my alignment was messed up. On top of this there was greasy finger prints all over the panels of the body. Owner/mechanic is rude and may tell you he warranties his work but believe me you'll have to fight to get him to do so. Use my warning to find a better mechanic.
I had an emergency issue with the transmission of our vehicle, I went to visit friends and my transmission went out during a snow storm. We were stranded and needed to be back to Texas for my Job. Creasons Auto worked very quickly and removed and installed a transmission in my vehicle a very timely manner. I would recommend their services to anyone in Asheboro North Carolina area.
We were on a family vacation at yogi bear and going to the zoo when my water pump in my truck went out. He not only came out to yogi bear to check it out, he got the part, got my truck towed, and replaced it on a Saturday so we can pull our golf cart back to Wilmington on Sunday. I would highly recommend!! Jordan is an awesome mechanic!!!
Please stay away from this towing place if you do not want to get overcharged. I was charged $420 to tow my vehicle 4 minutes down the road to my house after an auto accident, I was not made aware of the price until after my vehicle was loaded on top of the towing truck, thats when the driver proceeded to call the “lady owner” on speaker, which by the way she was very rude.
After being shocked in the auto accident all I wanted to do was to get home and was not thinking straight regarding the unfair pricing until later that night. As an experienced learned and as a local in our community I suggest you find another towing company for your vehicle.
Will not honor post tow procedures, very rude and very very disrespectful! Highly recommended a different tow service for these people are not honest people!
New in town and don't know very many people but I was referred to Creason's by another automotive shop. Glad they recommended them. Had a lot of work done to my 05 F350 and they did a great job. Very thankful and appreciative of the whole process. Very, very reasonable on price.
