Ashboro towing came to our rescue on two occasions during the same incident. He was extremely nice, professional and reasonable in price. We actually enjoyed riding with him. He saved me from being stranded in the middle of nowhere after getting a flat tire. Very nice gentleman, had the experience and knowledge of getting the car onto the flatbed from the grass with no damage. I would call again!
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They send trucks out with no names or numbers on the truck, no working flashers to alert drivers there's a tow truck in the road loading. In proper equipment to strap down the vehicle, trucks with hanging wires and the driver is not adequately knowledgeable of the process. Not to mention they couldn't provide a receipt due to not having a proper company receipt book on hand. Don't plan on paying with a credit card because they weren't equipped for that either. If this is how they serve customers they shouldn't be running. They definitely need to have any and all trucks that represent them reinpected by DMV.
I called to ask for a tow at 230 pm due to work schedule to pick up my second car which was broken down to take to my mechanic and the gentleman was prompt, courteous and very professional. I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Asheboro towing.
