We towed a Ford F550 for them a year ago from Youngsville to Pittsboro. We send monthly statements and they keep saying they paid it, but they can't show evidence they did. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
Dispatcher was kind at first, but sent us to the wrong location after going to the address that google has listed (apparently the right location was some random house that’s address isn’t listed online?). After two hours of trying to get to my car and being told it would be ready when we got there, I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to actually come. We were then told that they are a cash only towing company (never mentioned on their website or when we called three times) as the driver blow cigarette smoke while saying it be $325 for less than 24 hours even though they sent us on a wild goose chase for 2 of them. When we got back with the cash, the driver had left instead of waiting the 10 minutes it took for us to get cash can come back. When we called asking why they had left, the dispatcher hung up before we could ask if it would be an up charge for having to wait again.
Horrible customer service by the end, they were rude despite leaving us to wait several times.
I will be calling King’s Towing Service for all my towing needs. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.
Total Ripoff!!! Very weak charging system! Service is not even Guaranteed. I was charged $125.00 to charge my car battery. Did not stay charged after letting it run for 43 min.
Towed my clients vehicles and wanted an astronomical amount of money, in cash only, for the release. $4800.00 for 9 days storage. We'll see how a judge rules this. This man is a crook. Look at all the complaints on BBB ratings
Very friendly on the phone, actually answered the phone in person, unlike some of the others in Greenville, NC... quote was expensive, but heck isn't everything these days! Dispatcher and company were willing to help anyway possible.
Fast enough service for a Tuesday night. Driver tried to help and was very friendly. Ended up having to tow to local dealership. Set up with USAA thru their roadside service
Phillip was really professional and took extra care to make sure there was no damage to the SUV. He did all he could to stay off the grass. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

If you need a tow don't count on these people. I waited for over two hours and eventually cancelled the tow after being told 3 different times and multiple stories. I was never called back, always had to call and ask what the case was. I ended up having to walk home in the storm a few miles after my phone died to get another company. Completely ridiculous to operate like this.
