These guys must have a sixth sense for when you leave your car for literally 0.4 seconds. Blink, and boom it’s already on the back of a tow truck, halfway to the Bermuda Triangle. Ever seen a tow truck lurking like a shark in a parking lot? I have. It’s G-Vegas.
Calling them “unprofessional” is putting it kindly. If unprofessionalism were an Olympic sport, they’d have more gold than Michael Phelps. The customer service is a masterclass in sarcasm and apathy. They’re faster to tow than they are to answer the phone…. if they answer at all.
Honestly, at this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they started towing moving cars.
These people just harassed my family on 4th of July. We just went to see fireworks with our children, and my husband parked near one of their tow trucks. The guy was next to the tow truck with presumably his whole family and was obviously not working, and told my husband not to park near him, and my husband said "is there a problem? You have room to get out" (which he did) and the man said he would tow him even though he had plenty of room to get out. My husband moved our car and we reported them to the police for harassment. They were also unlawfully parked, but because he was driving a tow truck, he thought he could bend the rules.
A company should not be using their equipment and towing status to break the law and then harass people for no reason. The way he talked to my husband was extremely aggressive too for no reason. We were not rude to him at all and did not engage, just moved the car and reported him to the police. Would not give money to a company that thinks this is appropriate behavior.
My man Clint came in clutch for us. My wife was dealing with a flat tire, and he responded very quickly. He was professional, friendly, and fast. He got us quickly to where we needed to go for a tire repair. I'll definitely use this towing company in the future when feasible.

Quick to tow a broke ass college student who has to beg their parents to get their car back very very slow to tow someone who’s car is actually broken down and needs help!
My brothers car was towed wrongfully while visiting me at my apartment complex. Ran down before the car was hooked up to try to reason. They were unwilling and told us to meet them at the lot. $185 for them to take the car just for us to follow them to the lot and get it right away. My property manager has had her car towed from her parking spot, with her permit, at this complex 4 TIMES. Not making for a good reputation. pos.
Wrongfully towed my car after being parked for 30 minutes with permission from the office to be there, they did not care. They hadn’t even lifted my truck up and I just asked to move it, didn’t care and told me to pay now or pick it up later. Called the owner and he basically laughed in my face. All he wants to do is take your money and pay his truck bills. Luckily the office for the complex will be reimbursing me the money.
Came and tried to tow my rental car I just purchased around 5:30 and told me it was a 100$ for the tow truck to not tow it while I was sitting in the car. I can’t put the sticker on the rental due to me not being able to put anything that can include damages to windows etc… terrible customer service
Had my car unlawfully towed from my appointment complex. I had a valid parking pass in the window that was good through the 28th (this happened on the 27) I caught them just before they had lifted the car and I told them the parking pass was valid and they did not care. I asked if I could go get my keys from inside and show them (the numbers had become covered by another slip of paper on my dash) they told me no and began lifting my car. After which they told me I could pay them $100 to drop the car. Disgusting, predatory behavior from this company. Making their living from scamming those of us just trying to get by.
They rip people off. I visited family at Valera East apartments on Sat and had my car towed for not parking in assigned visitor parking. The visitor parking is 6 bldgs away and the sign that states this is tiny, barley visable and half covered by bushes. I've been visiting there off/on for over a year always parking in the same area. Even the residents were unaware of this purposely hidden sign. So be aware of this shady business practice. It just cost us $185!!!
They’re crooks. Absolutely plain and simple. Towed our vehicle. We had proof that we paid, they said they didn’t care, it was a glitch in the system. We have them admitting that they willingly towed the car, knew they shouldnt have and even offered proof. So, knowingly committing fraud. We would have to pay to get our car back. Called the building manager and they were aware of what’s happening and they’re livid. They’re in a contract with this company and they’re upset as well. They stated they consisted have problems with this towing company left and right. It’s ok.. wait for legal action
Needed late night roadside assistance, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. When they finally answered the person on the other end sounded like he had an attitude, told me they didn’t have anyone and hung up.
Stewart is a con artist. Towed vehicle to make a quick buck. We asked Stewart why he towed the vehicle and he said it was not in a parking spot. We asked if there was signage or paint on pavement/curb to indicate no parking.(we knew there wasn't) He would not answer, raised his voice and became aggressive. Spoke to after-hours security at the building which led to a follow up call from the building manager the following morning. Building manager informed us that we had every right to park where we were and Stewart had no reason to tow the vehicle. I would give ZERO stars if that were an option!
Very rude worse man I ever met. If I could give negative stars I would!! They will make you wait all day for them to come and give your car back they don’t care about their own people. Please support other businesses not this one
3 years later and I’m still surprised on why anybody would call this unprofessional place. Anderson towing services is recommended by triple A and I’d advise anyone who is competent to read who you use. These guys don’t have one ounce of care on the care of your vehicle. I got a tow from this company just to pay $250+ on repairs from a bent wheel to an alignment. They broke a tie rod from the front and proceeded to tell me that it was already broken when I take care of my vehicles.
I really Recommend Gvegas Toweing Co. When I called they came. The least of time I waited was no more than 20-30mins. Very well mannered and Good Engery! 5/5 Kuto's to Brandon!

So, to start, i understand that certain aspects of this are outside of certain realms of control. I moved here about a year ago trying to make a fresh start in a new place with better people. Ever since then, it's been one thing after another, and I'm doing my best. I'm by myself work 12 hours a day and struggling to make things work. I finally worked up to getting a car and have been making strides to do better and try and succeed. I woke up the following week after a struggle of a Thanksgiving at 7 am. to find. My car I just bought had been towed by GVegas. I called them, trying to explain that I just got the car it still has temp tags on it, and I live in the apartments. They towed it sometime early in the morning or on Saturday cause I drive it on Sunday, with no issues. They gave me some corporate excuses about how there's no way you coulda just got it and basically insinuated I was lying. Now I was supposed to be at work at 7 am. I'm updating my boss as things progress, hoping I don't get fired cause my towed car is keeping me from being there. Now keep in mind we're at the beginning of the month rents due Thanksgiving just passed money isn't just sitting around I already know at this point I'm screwed in one way or another so I buy and uber to take me to get the car cause if I don't get it I'm losing pay and burning daylight waiting for the apartment complex to "possibly" make it right. So the Uber takes me to an address I specifically put in G vegas towing, and that's the address that comes up. I showed up at what I was told was an "old location" and was explained oh it's just a couple minutes down the road, just walk there." I bite the bullet and start walking 15 minutes later in cold weather with no coat. I'm outside the place. Doors locked, but luckily, a driver drives by and tells me what I need, but here's the catch. Cash only. So not only do I get instructed to walk another 15 minutes down the road to a gas station for an ATM. I'm paying $190.00 to get my car out of their lot with rent money that's supposed to go to the apartments where I live that they towed my car from. So I walk 15 minutes to the gas station 15 minutes back to give my hard earned money to people who give absolutely no concern for anyone but for the money they can legally "steal" from you. I get in hand the man cash he let's me into the lot says "It's somewhere on the first line" like I know what that means doesn't show me the car doesn't walk with me to check for damage to the vehicle cause at this point I'm just done with the whole thing and have to get to work or lose more pay. So I leave no paperwork, no receipt, just some guy taking my money after basically "legally" stealing my car and holding it for ransom. Now I'm going to finally be able to talk to the apartment complex about the car I just purchased and explain to them about the whole incident that if anything comes from this to "make it right" it's gonna most likely come from the apartments cause the cold individuals that work for this company give absolutely no care for what happened as long they get to get thier money. If I ever see another truck from these guys, it'll be too soon. Sadly I wrote off the first experience with this company, as a benefit of a doubt, when they towed for me personally and I explained the situation with my old cars locked up brakes on an old Honda that I knew wouldn't be pretty but didn't expect the driver to force turn the older cars wheels to turn and almost popped 3 tires doing it. The benefit of a doubt will no longer be applied when it comes to this underhanded company. Happy holidays to everyone else. i hope nobody has to deal with the absolute horrible start to this holiday season. Now I'll be explaining to my wife why some of the kids presents have to go back.
Update: After two days of trying to get my receipt, i got it. Told them I was trying to recover my money through my insurance, and they replied with, "That won't work cause of how ŵere marking the receipt." ànd almost as a Gotcha followed with thanks for the review That's Gvegas
The owner towed my sister vehicle and is denying her, her personal stuff. Her ID and some other personal stuff that she needs is in her vehicle and they told her she couldn't get her stuff unless she pays the towing fee. She is not eligible to pay the fee at this moment but will get it soon. Do NOT use these people they are very disrespectful and don't care for people.Times are getting harder and we don't need companies to make people lives harder.
Brandon was absolutely amazing. Being 2 hours away from my daughter in college and her car breaking down … I could not get to her fast enough.. he was able to get to her with in 15 mins and had her car towed back to her apartment with in 25 min. So thankful for him and helping this worried mama out!! ( plus my stressful kid) lol totally recommend G-Vegas Towing!! I now have the number stored for any other emergencies!!

I called the staff at G-Vegas Towing when my car rolled off the jack while trying to change my tire without the emergency brake on. A gentleman arrived with a floor jack within 30 minutes and was incredibly kind to me despite my stupid mistake. I've used G-Vegas twice since (once with a broken down vehicle and another time when a friend was in an accident) and they have always been kind and professional. Highly recommend!
This company does not advertise that they are cash only. They also locked the doors after I came back with the cash money after 5 min. Also I don’t care if you are cash only I believe it is dishonest to not issue customers receipts. After I finally got my car it was 15 min before I was able to leave because they locked me in the back. I will not be renewing my lease with my apartment if they continue to do business with this company and “what company does your towing” will definitely be on the interview questions for all apartments to come.
My classic car broke down in Greenville late on a Saturday night and Brandon came right out to pick up the car and store it safely until I could arrange for it to be fixed on Monday morning. He then transported it to the garage that fixed it within 30 minutes of being asked. Overall great service. Brandon was excellent all the way through the experience.
The 105 Howitzer that sits out in front of the VFW post in Greenville was in need of professional paint, since it had been sitting for 23 years in the same spot we knew just towing it was out of the question. We contacted G-Vegas towing and they assured us they could safely move it for us. They arrived with the rollback and had it loaded in almost no time and dropped it off at the paint shop. A month later they came back and loaded it for the ride back, they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable on how to secure the cannon to ensure a safe ride back and not scratch or leave marks on the new paint job. Very friendly and professional staff. Can’t thank them enough for the assistance in getting the restoration completed.
Used these guys 3 times now and they always deliver great customer service and mannerism. One time was a lock out while wife and I were out to dinner followed by removal of a abandoned vehicle from my place of business and now this. Brandon is always a pleasure to deal with and always arrives in a timely manner
I have had to call G-Vegas several times and I have had great experience. Brandon who is a driver for G-Vegas came and picked up my daughters truck and towed it to where I needed it to go. Brandon was very polite, pleasant to deal with. He hooked up to her truck and was quick but was careful not to damage anything.
I called again on 02/22/2020 to have my dads car towed. I spoke with a guy named Richard. I told him where the car was and he gave me a price which I thought was good. He was also polite, and professional. Richard said he was sending someone and it was no time before the wrecker showed up. The guy driving the wrecker and the other guy were just as nice and pleasant as well.
I have told my parents and other family members, if they need a tow to give G-Vegas a call.
They haven’t messed up any of the vehicles I’ve had towed nor been rude or overpriced.
No, I’m not related to them. I just feel when a company does well, others should know. If it had of been a bad experience I would have posted negative.
