There was a gentleman named Garrett that helped me out. He was really nice. I recommended store.

Roberto went above and beyond anything he needed to do to help us. He was excellent! He helped us put the fuse in the car and we had an incident with a bent key and he found someone and got our key working again all just out of the kindness of his heart. So if you need Auto parts in richlands, O'Reilly's is the place to go.

This oreillys is by far the best one yet. The staff welcomes you in as soon as you walk in the store. Scott dropped everything he was doing and helped me find the right oil filter and key for battery for my car. Rhianna was friendly and we talked about our kids and was so nice to talk to her. But the MANAGER Frank is one of the most knowledgeable man I have ever met with vehicles. He talked me through how to change the oil and helped me replace the fob battery. We talked about the military and his sons who were serving. I have never been to a more pleasant and professional oreillys. They really do treat you like family!

i came in for tail lights cause the previous night i had got pulled over for not knowing they were out and got a ticket and Rhiana was the employee that went out of her way before they closed and Me and my bestfriend are very adhd and both trying to talk her ear off at the same time she remained patient with a warm calm smile and did her best to help us out and get the problem fixed to prevent another ticket and she made us laugh she made us feel like a friend almost and was extremely professional and helpful took the time to actually come look at my car and the problems were fixed by the end of the night she deserves a raise with the amount of ignorant people she has to deal with!!

Rhianna was hands down the best ever !!! she was super patient and did everything she could to make sure we didn’t walk out without at least an answer. she took the initiative to come out and look at our car to find the problem then solved it same day!! extremely professional and we can’t thank her enough for the help🙏🙏

Staff were very helpful and patient. Store kept clean and well staffed. Definitely my go to place when I need an item vehicle related.

I have a Commercial Account with O'Reilly Auto in Richlands. Yesterday close to 5 oclock I called there for oil for my diesel truck. I told them not to worry about it because it was so close to 5 but the next morning would be fine. Garrett call me first thing even before I left my house to make sure my oil got to me. I want to thank him for being so professional and taking the time this morning to make sure it got to me first thing. This store goes above and beyond in customer service for everyone.

This morning I had an awful experience with the person who works in Walmart Automotive and I came across the street to buy oil and a filter and was blessed by Mr. Scott, Mr. Frank, and Mr. Garrett. I asked them to check my car battery and they not only checked it they installed the one I had bought from Walmart because I was going to take it back to them due to way the person dealt with me, yes it was that bad. These men treated me so kindly and respectfully. God bless them all. This type of customer service I wished everyone had.

Frank was great. I was surprised to find anyplace open to make a hydrolic hose on Labor day. Price was less than I expected. Took probably less than 15 minutes.

I needed to get a vehicle inspected and up to code quickly because I was in an accident with an uninsured/unlicensed motorist (insurance nightmare) while in my primary brand new car. I took my car to a shop in town and something just didn’t sit right with me. Something told me to go to O’Reilly’s and ask their opinion, glad I did!!! I met an employee named Garrett, Garret gave me an honest and forthright opinion! He proceed to to give me the names of two local businesses who could help me. I went straight to both and both businesses exceeded my expectations! Here’s the takeaway…. I didn’t purchase a single thing that day when I stopped at O’Reilly’s ,although I planned too if I had to go that route, Garrett stopped what he was doing he was sympathetic to my situation and gave me the advice he would’ve given his own family. We need more Garrett’s. My deceased father always trusted O’Reilly’s more than any other chain auto store maybe now I know why!

Extremely helpful staff, they also offered to assist in a minor parking lot install of windshield wipers. I was traveling from out of town and had stopped here a year prior to my most recent trip. Awesome customer service!

The best! Keenan saved me hundreds of dollars! As a single mom to a disabled daughter, he gave me undivided attention and assisted and answered all of my questions. He did not care about race or that I was a female! They will forever get my business!!! Best service ever!

These guys saved the day! My vehicle battery died in the parking lot of the store across the street from them. They didn’t hesitate to make the trek across the highway with cables and a battery tester to help us out. They got us back on the road in minutes! Thank you, Robert and the staff who provided such great service. We will definitely choose O Reilly for our auto parts needs in the future!

I ordered a part which they assured me it was going to arrive the same day. I was given a time in where the part was to arrive and was told someone was going to call me. Nobody ever called me, and when I called to find out what had happened nobody ever gave me an explanation as to why the part ever arrived. I will never go there again.

The other day I called asking about prices for some parts I needed. Sherri answered the phone and she was so pleasant and professional. She took her time with me and asked questions and helped me. I will definitely be using them from now on. Every time I call all the staff has been exceptionally sweet. It’s nice to see businesses that go above and beyond with customer service! I went here to ask the man at the desk to help me see what tool I needed because my plate has special bolts for the backup camera, I can’t get anyone to help me at the dealer. I asked if he could look at it and tell me what tool I needed, I told him the dealer hasn’t helped me, and he bluntly looks at me and goes THE DEALERSHIP. He wasn’t busy at all it was very rude & I don’t have anyone in this state to help me. I always get exceptional service at O’Reillys. This upset me.

Cesare at Richlands was hands down the BEST associate that I have dealt with. He was honest and got me what I needed despite my own ignorance. I WILL be coming back.

I almost called roadside assistance as part of my insurance. Stuck on the roadside, I just needed the part and tool. The manager of O'REILLY Auto Parts helped me faster than any roadside assistance could, and delivered everything quick. Professional, personal, I'm grateful.

Was looking for some 10w 30 weight oil for a vehicle I was driving. I Had trouble getting the oil cap off on the engine oil port. One of the men working the store assisted me in removing it and also put the oil in. He was very helpful to me.

This past weekend I visited the store. One of the workers along with the assistant manager were having a political/racist conversation about POC with a customer, I wasnt the only poc there. There was also a African American lady there in line, who I'm sure heard everything. I am very disappointed with the "professionalism" this gentleman carry themselves, their political and racist comments shouldn't be talked about at their work place. I as a Hispanic woman, felt sick when the guy said that they only have a Hispanic lady working there bc it makes them look good towards the community. I hope this employees get some sort of talk about this.
