I would like to commend D & D Auto Services on they're excellent customer service experience this morning. I went there to get my vehicle inspected and they offered help as soon as I walked through the door. They were very polite and professional. They immediately took my vehicle back and had it completed pretty quick. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a variety of services done to your vehicle. 🙂 🇺🇲

Great all around service

D&D really looked out for me when my tire blew out and I had no money and was an hour and a half from home. Without hesitation they slapped a new tire on my car and got me back on the road. If you are ever in richlands nc and need a tire or some automotive work done I highly recommend D&D Auto service.

A++++ service! I was heading home to Nebraska from the Jacksonville area and my H3s oil light came on. However it was not low on oil. D&D was the closest repair shop so I called them. They made time to get me in and replaced the oil sensor. It was a Friday afternoon so I would have been stuck until Monday if they hadn't of been able to squeeze me in. I'm so thankful for their awesome customer service and expertise! We will eventually be moving here and now I know who my new mechanic will be!

Dennis Sr. and his entire family are the sweetest and most honest people. They will not do more to your vehicle without notifying you first. I can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. They’re just outstanding in my books!

Could not be happier with the service at D&D Auto. The staff was professional and took care of my suv very quick. My car had an abundance of codes on it so I was concerned but the staff broke down every item and recommend we start with the smaller (cheaper) items in order to try and fix the issue with the least expensive route. Definitely an honest mechanic who is not after your money. Will definitely be going back to D&D Auto if future repairs are needed!

I can’t say enough good things about D&D! My family and I were preparing for a move to Colorado, A few weeks before our departure. Things got a little stressful when, just before leaving, my daughter’s 2005 Accord needed a new starter, then two weeks later had a misfire, then my husband’s 1999 Mirage unexpectedly died about a week before our trip. The team at D&D were incredible. They quickly pinpointed the issues with both vehicles and got them road-ready, so we could drive across the country with peace of mind. Both cars made the trip without a single issue! D&D has always been super honest, straightforward, and reasonably priced. They truly make you feel like family when you walk in. I’m beyond grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable car care. Thank you, D&D

This is a great family owned and ran business! I received 5 star service! There was a problem when I couldn’t reach them, but they explained what happened and got me on the road quick!

Always friendly and prompt service. Prices are competitive and well worth it. They never overcharged or try to make you get things done you don't need.

God works daily our lives and takes care of me and his. Had a flat and had to pull over. Knew the tire shop was closed as it was late. Low and behold the owner of the shop had to come back because he needed something. He went out of his way when he didn’t have to and helped me fix my tire. Thank you for your kindness.

D & D is Awesome! Dennis Sr & Jr are two of the most down to earth sweetest men you could meet. On July 31st we had alot going on and needed a truck & traiker ..long story short we ended up having to pick up elsewhere instead of D&D (because of U-Haul) where we wanted to however after picking up elsewhere D&D were still very kind to help us detach trailer so we could go and load up truck, then come back and they re-attached so we could put vehicle on it all with not getting the U-Haul credit .. these two guys went above and beyond to help us .. if you live in or around the Richlands area I would advise to only go to this business for all your auto and U-Haul needs. Their customer service is 100%! You just don’t see gentlemen like this anymore willing to help in a situation. It’s obvious when you meet them the father did well with his son as he is just like him with sweet and honest to the core. Hats off to the real men of Richlands. Give them the business they deserve instead of these others that are ripping you off .. I promise you will not regret it !A- plus!!!!!!!

I took my car in to have it looked at yesterday. I was quoted an insane amount by another shop in Richlands and I was supposed to order the parts myself. When I came into the shop I was assisted right away. The staff was amazing!! Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. They had me in and out that very same day and I did not have to order my own parts. My car runs beautifully now and I could not be happier!! I will not take my vehicle, or my children’s vehicles, anywhere else. I highly highly highly recommend!!! Thank you so much D&D!!!!!

Simply one of the most kind and professional places. I do not know much about cars as I am simply a dog trainer. However they take the time to talk to me about the problem and set strong realistic expectations. Been working with both Dennis Senor and Dennis Junior for 2 years now, I drive from Holly Ridge just for the service and respect i am given.

Excellent service! They’re friendly and informative, extremely quick. Had a tire issue and they didn’t have my tires size on hand but were able to get it same day and have it taken care of and also explained what happened and how to fix it. comparable or better prices to other places in the area. Definitely recommend and will be returning for service in the future.
