Do not recommend!! We got a flat so we came here to get a new tire. Thought everything was good until a month later our tire fell off. We talked to multiple mechanics who all told us to take it back here because the lug nuts were too tight or installed improperly & this was their fault. The Chico’s mechanic even said it was on them & that this shouldn’t have happened, but the owner still proceeded to say it wasn’t their fault & charged us $350 to get our only vehicle back.
I came to Chico's to get used tires and they offered me such a great deal on new ones that I just had to take it! Could have paid the same for used tires somewhere else. And they had me in and out very quickly! Great work! Incredible prices!
My go to for quick replacements until I buy a new set. They are honest, quick, and helpful. They can even order new tires for a good price. The fact they are open on Sundays is a huge benefit since I usually work Mon.- Sat.
I brought my truck into Chico’s thinking I needed new tires. They looked at them at let me know I did NOT need new tires and mine still have some life left on them. Where they could’ve easily sold me some knowing I know nothing about tires. They didn’t. They were HONEST and kind to me while I was there. They did my vehicle inspection fast and I was out the door in less than 10 mins. We looked at options for when I will need tired and they were a great price. Will DEFINITELY be coming back when it actually time (lol)

I was looking for some tires for my son's car because one of the tires had the wires showing so I was going to get all four tires. I have called every place all over town. Nobody had not even one in stock. This place had one and then ordered the other three that I needed as well. When I got there they were very professional very quick. The price was amazing for the all the tires that I got. I will definitely be coming back to this place and referring them to friends and family.
Luis is awesome! Definitely ask for him! All of the mechanics are very nice and straight forward. They are ready to get you in there, get it done, and get you on the road. I bring all 4 of my cars and my motorcycle here for basic maintenance needs and they always take great care of me and make sure I'm all set. I appreciate the good customer service, and that the staff and the owner Chico remember me when I come by because it makes the experience feel positive and personal. I am happy I found this little place and will use it for everything I can! Quick and easy!

Quick and competent. Walked in for 2 used tires for the Camry. $220 for 2 used tires and 4 wheels balanced. Took 40 min. Bring cash since they do charge a credit card fee.

Brought tires from here gave them the wrong credit card and told them not to charge that card. Gave the the correct card and they proceeded to charge the full amount on that card. Got credit card statement and they charged the first card and also the second card so I was charged way more then I should have been. Trying to get it straightened out and everything I go there Chico is never there and he's the only one that can do anything. It's going on 2 months now and I would NOT recommend this business because if there's an issue with payments they don't seem.to care. I even left my phone number for them.to.call me and they can't even do.that
Really nice guy. Great prices. No taxes, free mounting and balancing if you pay cash. I bought Tyler before and I'm buying tires again tomorrow. I highly recommend this place.
I called up here today & was told they have 4 brand new tires 215/70/R16 was quoted 500$ I drove up from hampstead and got there and the dude says “this is what I got right here” I was like wth so he puts them on and charged me 300$ all tires were different tread and definitely used when I got back home I noticed one of the tires side walls were busted, itd been different if he was honest & cut me a better deal. before I left he said if you have any problems bring it back I texted him and he said no warranty on “used” tires. I will never go back here, I’d rather use walmart
Worst tire shop I've ever seen told me on the phone had a hundred in my tires and that had a set that was brand new when I get there the tires were bolder than the ones that were on my truck and he wanted to charge me more than he even told me on the phone I highly recommend you do not go to this place go to silence tires they'll treat you better and better prices
This is the first review I’ve actually ever done but I felt this place deserved it! I popped a tire close to their shop and was able to make it just in time! And they were able to hop on it right away! They knew I was stressed and frustrated at the unfortunate situation but they gave excellent support and service! 10/10 service and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for tire repairs!
Thoroughly disappointed with Chicos after going there for years for all vehicles. We were told the cost to mount and balance tires was 20 per tire, but when he went today and checked out, it was 55 per tire, $220 before taxes and card fees!! Other places would have charged us $99 (Mavis, NTB) but we went to chicos because they have always been fair, good service and great prices! Never again, we were done dirty. We were ripped off and wont ever be back it refer there again. Would choose zero stars if I could.
I went and asked for a state inspection. First of all the guy there said the other guy who does inspections was out will be back in an hour. And I asked just for curiosity how much used tires were he said 80 each but my car need it the 110 ones the two front to pass inspection without even doing the inspection. I left I got my inspection done in another business under 30min paid 17 bucks and my car passed with no issues!
Called before heading to the shop and ask could he mount and balance a set of tires for me, his answer sure no problem. I replied great I'm on the way I live an hour out and he's was only shop open on Sunday. Got there are the hour drive and he told me he couldn't do it to come back Monday.
I can't say nothing but nice things about these guys. I bought tires elsewhere and they gave a a deal to mount and balance them. Needed an inspection done, got me right in. They do get busy, and there's a reason for it so don't mind the wait. You will be treated as if you are top priority. All my business will go here from now on. Thank you guys for doing such GREAT work and being so polite.
Let me say this. If I could have given the service that I received from them more than five stars I absolutely would. I went into AC's with serious alignment issues/damage and from start to finish they were absolutely wonderful. AJ who assessed and diagnosed the problem was so knowledgeable, honest, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help. The atmosphere is very laid-back. There are a men and a women's bathroom and the women's bathroom was absolutely clean and well stocked! Today when money and the value of quality service and how far it can go matters you get your money's worth and then some from Chico's Tires. Thanks so much! Jacksonville location. You guys exceeded my expectations and will see us for any services needed in the future. Great job!

Use to be a great place to go. Have bought over 10 tires here. And when I don’t get them here I go here for mounting and balancing.
But this time I brought a tire I originally bought from them. Before buying a full matching set. One of my tires is bad, come here for just mounting and balancing. And they said $55 dollars.
That is straight up robbery. Never will return again.
