I personally would like to thank Holly ridge tire pros, they helped me in a jam when topsail tire shop couldn't even patch a tire. They understood how crucial my tires are for transporting wood to the restaurants in Wilmington and the Tri-County area. how dangerous it can be with a popped tire. They we're professional courteous and a very clean shop I can't thank them enoughagain and stay away from topsail tire shop just not worth it for poor customer service

Another great experience at Holly Ridge Tire, I got an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable.

My mother had a issue with a tire on her caddy and they fixed on the spot. then before they were closing yesterday I rolled in needing brakes and rotors and again, did it right away. Very professional, like family , super nice people! Hope they enjoy their "thank you" delivered today! They are my peeps from now on!!!

I went to 2 different Mavis stores to try to get tires mounted on my new wheels and turned away by both in a rude manner. Came to Holly Ridge tire and they very friendly and even offered to knock it out right then!

I've been going to holly ridge tire pros for years and uh I have never come away with a bad service experience. They take their time to truly diagnose your vehicle and make sure that you're taken care of before you walk out the door.

Went here this past Friday to get my break pads checked out. In the same day, they replaced my front pads without my rotors needing to be replaced. Additionally, they informed me of the status for my rear break pads. Tim was very helpful and provided some additional information on the pads that I didn't know.

Picked up a customer’s vehicle there and they treated me well. Clean, plenty of room for my tow truck and friendly staff! Good job!

I was recommended this place and have never looked back. Always professional and honest. Very fast service, and will do everything right. We are very lucky to have a car shop like this so close.

Best in the area! I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else. The guys are always super transparent and do a great job explaining any issues. Highly recommend!

These guys are top notch! I'm relatively new to the area, and worried about finding a shop that I could trust for my vehicles. Got my inspections done with ease, no calling weeks ahead for an appt. While I was there saw lots of folks getting work done or picking up vehicles that were finished. All seemed very happy with their outcomes. The guy that waited on me said they'd been in business for nearly 30 years with the same owner, and it showed! Very friendly and customer focused, AND a full service shop. They'll be my new "go to" for all my repair needs in the future.

This is the only place you need to go. They are one of the few that still treat you honestly, kindly, and fairly. They know their stuff and have good pricing. They even did not charge me twice when I had small issues that they fixed right away even though I offered to pay for the effort. They are the only ones I have found that I trust with my two treasured classic cars much less my daily cars.

They will charge you 200 dollars to mount some tires then tell you “we can’t figure out how to pair your tpms” which takes 5 minutes and a 10 dollar pairing tool which you would think every reputable mechanic would have… they will also tell you they use brand name parts for your car, but what your actually getting is cheap wholesale Chinese junk installed into your car while they charge you name brand prices.. go to acs tire down the street stand up guy that’ll get you right..

If your a woman I would consider another place. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I've caught them in 2 episodes. In fact I asked them to check on what they recommend to replace. Because they had just replaced it. in their records. Oops their mistake. Today it was a tire issue. Check around!!!!!!!!

Everyone there is always so helpful and nice especially Ryan and Matt (I think that’s his name haha, he has an eyebrow piercing). They take the time to explain any of the issues I’ve had with my car, great pricing too. :)

I woke up this morning with a big old screw in my tire, and i had just gotten all 4 new tires about 2 months ago from a different place. So to say i was frustrated was an understatement hahaha. I called these guys and they said to come in and they’ll get it fixed. Every guy was extremely nice and patient the second i walked in and i was in and out in about 40 minutes, even got a homework assignment done while i was there. Can’t beat the prices either! Overall 10/10 recommend these guys are great!

Got a flat tire and had to be towed to this shop at 3:00 pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I have a Dr appointment at 5 pm and was worried I wouldn’t make it and might not get my car until Tuesday because of the holiday. By the time I got home they had already called me and my car was ready to be picked up. The people were so friendly and such fast service. I highly recommend and would take the time to drive there for future tire needs just because they were so awesome. Thank you so much for helping me out y’all really saved my day! Godbless.

Went to get my 22 yr old truck inspected ,my tires were close but needed two side signal lights replaced. Had it done in 30 min. and back on my way. Now to get my tag renewed. A 4 ⭐ is good for me , very seldom give a 5. Do recommend. Thanks guys

I've been going there for 12 years. Mechanics are knowledgeable, prices are reasonable. Last time I went for a repair I was accidentally overcharged but I DIDN'T REALIZE IT! When I got home there was a voice mail message letting me know about the overcharge, apologizing, and letting me know me the overcharge had been refunded to my credit card. I feel comfortable going to a place where honesty is a policy!

I called Subaru in Jacksonville while in your parking lot and they still had my part. I took the number, contact name to Tim so he could get it from them and they say HRA never called. Who to believe? And, if Tim saying to me "I don't have all day to look for a part for your car" is not bad customer service at an auto repair shop what does he do to other customers? And yes, I did curse, which I normally do not, but I was extremely frustrated. It doesn't matter now. I will never recommend your shop again and I have referred many people in the past. After being a loyal customer for at least 15 years I will never go back to this place due to one person, Tim. He is the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. After being told they couldn't find the part I needed, I found it at Subaru parts in Jacksonville and put a hold on it. Long story short it was never ordered. The last time I spoke to Tim he screamed at me that he did not have all day to track down a part for my car! There was no tracking down to be done as I had already found it for them. I have always enjoyed the people who work there, customer service and technicians, but due to the way I was treated by Tim I will NEVER go back to Holly ridge Auto.

Tires were priced right. The rest is average. Could have been a better rating if they didn't sh*t their pants in my truck and leave all windows up. I almost threw up driving home. Not classy, guys. Took my truck back for a broken lower swing arm and shock repair and I must say the mechanics are fast and top-notch. My truck was ready in 2 days...and no smell. 5 stars now!!!! Thanks guys.

I recently had to get 4 new tires while in surf city for the week on vacation due to 95 carnage coming down from PA. I was worried about not having a car for a while since I don't run common sized tires on my car, but they ordered them in and had my car done and back on the road in less than 2 hours and for less than quoted

Love these guys! I went in for an inspection last week and my battery died before I could leave the lot and they were super helpful and got me a new battery right away. I have used them for oil changes, tire rotations, new tires and alignments for years. Hands down best service and prices.

Amazing Honest and just a great vibe they helped me out and mounted all my tires and answered any and every question I had I couldn't be more pleased I live in Jville but I'll definitely drive 35min to come back because it's definitely worth it hands down????

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They have, without a doubt, the best prices and customer service you'll find in at least a hundred-mile radius. I take my car here for EVERYTHING. They actively look for ways to help you save money, there are zero pushy up-sells, and they're all just genuinely nice and helpful folks. Oh, and they're FAST. Need an oil change? 20 minutes. Need an inspection? 20 minutes. Need tires on a super busy day? I think the longest I've EVER waited there was about 45 minutes. Comfortable lobby with plenty of snacks and drinks. Even if I could save $20-$30 elsewhere, and that's very rarely, I still choose to go here because the quality of service is consistent and dependable. I've lived in a lot of different places and I've never found a shop I loved this much.
