Had a vehicle break down and was stuck, these guys were responsive, professional, and quick. Joey was very pleasant and helpful. Also had to get the same vehicle towed to the shop and I was able to schedule a pick up time and Hunter was right on time and made everything very convenient. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat!
Great customer service. Had to get my car towed at night due to mechanical failure. Only waited 20 minutes and car was dropped off at the shop for me. Cost was resonable considering the distance of the tow. Highly recommend.
The most HONEST company I have ever dealt with!!! I Thought I needed a tow & Hooked-Up Towing came Highly recommended. They were there in less than an hour. Chris, The driver asked what was wrong and when I told him Amazingly he was able to get my car started. As it turns out, Chris was a mechanic for many years. The real problem was the key remote. They could have charged me for coming out, but they were HONEST and NOT GREEDY and did not charge me anything!!!!
I was amazed at their KINDNESS!!
I will recommend them to anyone who needs any car service. They are not just a tow company, but do many other things call them, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Tow truck driver threatened me by saying “if you don’t move from the car, things will end very badly for you.” The driver was extremely rude and not willing to call his boss when my car was put in the middle of a dispute between two other beach house owners. Even after we paid the fine and we’re provided with a receipt to have the car put down, the driver got on the phone and took an additional 15-20 minutes to put the car down because he was on the phone apparently with some problem. Once we are provided with a receipt from the $100 we paid, the car should have been immediately put down and the driver should have left. I don’t care how escalated the situation was between the two other families arguing, I should never have been threatened. Extremely unprofessional and the driver deserves to be fired.
They loaded up my 5x14 trailer with a busted axle and got managed to get it backed all the way under the house where I can easily work on it. Much appreashed ?
Worst experience ever. I live 1-1/2 hours away and they refused to release my car Unless I paid $120 up front then $40 In Cash or $310 by credit card. They also wouldn’t release my car to the towing company even though I provided a letter and my title and license as they asked. They are crooks do not use them! I would give them minus 100 review if possible.
Very unprofessional, used them just over a year ago today when my one year lease started, to move my shed that is just larger than 91/2 foot at the peak. They did it regardless of regulation, and then damaged my shed and the owner told me to contact him anytime I needed anything else moved and he would give me a "deal". Now one year later at the end of my lease I contact and ask if they can move it again, the owner tells me personally that it is too large and he can do nothing for me even after I made it clear that they've done it in the past and damaged my belongings as well as telling me that they would help me out in the future. Dont say it if you will not stand by your word..
Victor was our tech he was awesome! First time he came out and jumped our car. Unfortunately it died again and he came back and gave us a tow. Great service, super friendly!!!

Ian came out when my mother’s car would not start. He showed up 30 mins earlier than expected which was a great help. He went to work right away, explained everything in detail and fixed the problem and explained every step as he was doing it and explained what the problem could be. After the car was started, he then gave me several options if the car acted up again. I will be a customer in the future just because of the interaction I had with Ian. A great representation for your company! And I hope he is recognized for his work!
My daughter got her Corolla stuck in a muddy ditch, they showed up at the time they said they would and we're we'r to get her out of a deep ditch without causing damage. Great work!
In the last 4 weeks we've had the opportunity to work with Hooked-Up Towing out of Holly Ridge through AAA. The first time was when my F250 Diesel truck wouldn't start. They came down pulled the truck out from under the house and attempted to start it. We came to the conclusion that both batteries had run out. The operator went back and withing an hour had 2 new batteries installed and I as back on the road.
The second event was when we came down with a rental car which developed a slow leak in a tire. There was no jack in the car so I called AAA and in 20 minutes Hooked-UP was at my door and the tire was changed. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff.
Well don't get stuck on the beach like 50 from the access. $ 250.00 later with a smart butt driver! Really? Wenched me 50 ft and charged that. His tires never touch the beach and said he had to charge that cause he had to pressure wash his truck! Really. Next time take advantage of someone in a bad way!
Bradley was our driver. My buddy and I got stranded during a duck hunt. Popped two tires in the middle of no where. Hooked up towing showed up and saved the day. By far the best service around.
Someone called into. This company to have my car towed when it was in a free parking spot and had it towed. They we're not authorized to have any vehicle towed in this location. Now the tow company illegally towed my car and now know they had no right to do so and refuse to give it back without a fee being paid by me. It was illegally towed and I should not be liable for paying to get it back. We will be taking them to court for all the expenses and trouble!
I had a flat tire and was really in a bind with a Food truck trailer tow behind. They got there fast and back on the road in minutes! Thank you so very much. John Oliveira
