Extremely helpful and knowledgeable mechanic, Keith gave me an opinion on an old truck and priced everything very fairly. Will be using this shop for all maintenance/fixes going forward ??

The customer service here is above and beyond. I was in Surf City from out of town when my vehicle started running hot. I called in advance to make sure they could take me- they had all my info ready when I arrived and took care of diagnostics quickly. When it became apparent due to parts availability and my work schedule that my best option was going to be a long-distance tow, they helped me find someone I could trust to get me and my vehicle home safely. They helped me make phone calls, verified parts availability quickly and without me having to ask, and were just so incredibly kind while they did it. I felt like I was the only customer there, although clearly they had several vehicles going. Super top notch, friendly folks.

My go to shop even though i am 40min out. April responds to every call/txt and keeps communication smooth. Keith the tech has extensive toyota background and even drives a tundra himself, so i knew my truck was in good hands. Has done prior preventative maintenance on my vehicle and dude was even out there in the rain installing parts. Fair price, honest work and all around ethical vibe.

I want to give major praise to All Pro Auto LLC. On our first day of vacation in Topsail, I discovered that all of the oil had leaked out of our car. The AAA guy who came to tow our car recommended All Pro Auto. We gave them a call and they were happy to take our car and get it fixed right away! They were wonderful. Thankful that we found a trustworthy place while we were on vacation! Our car was fixed within hours!

Had a huge job on my jeep commander that my previous mechanic left sitting for over 7 months. Removed it from that shop and All Pro had it done in less than 2 days. Courteous, professional and fantastic work. Cannot say enough good things about them. Customer for life.

All Pro represents the best in this industry! I was here on vacation and had a running issue with my vehicle. They got me into the shop in a reasonable amount of time; diagnosed the problem and got me down the road. Knowing I was a tourist, they could have gouged me – they didn’t. Their bill was more-than-reasonable. If I lived in this area, All Pro would definitely be my go-to shop. In summary: Friendly, Professional, Competent, and reasonably priced. Thanks so much!

I was really excited for a shop closer to home rather than driving to sneads ferry or Wilmington but unfortunately I don’t think this will be the one. First off let me say April was super friendly. I had a bmw towed there after calling ahead and making sure they were comfortable with the job. When she called me back the quote was higher than I expected (which I expressed) but I opted to let them fix the car rather than pay another tow fee to have the car taken elsewhere. The fix was temporary and the car had to go back to have the same thing fixed again by them again the next day. I am grateful how quickly they got it done tho. My major complaint throughout my experience is paying $450 for 2 hours worth of labor. I could’ve had it fixed at the bmw stealership with genuine bmw parts for equal or less probably. I hoped after they saw what a simple and straight forward job it was, the “estimate” would have been more realistic but nope. You live and you learn I guess. I could nitpick the whole ordeal more but it’s not necessary, I’m just happy to be back on the road

April is the MVP at All Pro! My friend and I were in town on vacation and pulled into their parking lot, apprehensive with a broken alternator. April walked out of the shop to us, which was so hospitable and eased the stress of the situation to show us where to go. She gave us honesty, a discount where she could, and the mechanics quickly repaired the vehicle so that we could get back to our vacay. Pick All Pro! You won’t regret it!

Best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to! They do such amazing work at really fair prices. A few months back, I had my suspension replaced by them, and just today, they took care of my entire braking system. I called them on a Thursday to check out a braking issue, and they got me in first thing Friday. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had everything replaced and my car ready by the end of the day. The folks there are super friendly, and I really appreciate all the great work they do!

I had the fortune of having All-Pro Auto recommended by a co-worker who drove from North of Jacksonville down to take his truck to All-Pro Since moving here a year ago, I have had my truck and my wife’s tahoe in their shop several times and every time they were honest, timely, and proficient. I cannot recommend this group enough! Two in particular that stand out to mind are: (1) Taking truck in after have some issues following a month of not starting vehicle - They did a diagnostic and told me nothing was wrong, and gave it back free of charge. NO UPSALE! NO LIES! Just good honest people (2) Recently I had a pretty major issue with the same truck, I had quotes ranging from 2600-3200 from various shops around the Hampstead/Holly Ridge area. ALL PRO DID IT FOR 1600! I find having a mechanic that is both good and honest is a rare thing - You’ve got the best of both worlds at All Pro

I attempted to load a review so if this is duplicated that is why. We moved here in January and had used the same, honest, mechanic at home for 20 years. All Pro is awesome! We took our Jeep in and they had it fixed in a day. They told us all the things they checked and what they did to fix it. It was less than what we expected to pay for all the work they did. I didn't want to leave a great review because I don't want them to get too busy, but letting people know how good they are out weighed my selfishness.

We had brake issues with our truck on our way to another destination. We checked in the morning and they diagnosed the problem, gave us a fair price and fixed it as soon as they could. Like super fast. April was kind and so helpful. You guys saved our trip!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Had an ABS issue with my Lexus, no brakes and no solutions by other mechanics. (Originally I Took my car to the Toyota dealership in Jacksonville NC.) Even after the dealership diagnosed it and the bad part having been replaced, the dealership could not say what the actual problem could be, and I still had no brakes and alarms going off. So I towed it out of the dealership. Another reputable mechanic said take it to ALL PRO AUTO and see KEITH - he is the only guy around who can fix the problem. And did he ever. And For $2000.00 less than the dealership - car rides amazing! BMWs, Mercedes and Lexus’s, Keith is your guy!

I highly recommend all pro auto. I brought my car (volvo xc 40) in for a check engine light. The repair would have been about $700, but all pro researched my cars warranty and advised that the repair should likely be under the warranty. They directed me to the dealership who confirmed it was a warranty repair. All Pro saved me $700! They could have said nothing and done the repair, but they are honest good people! They will get all my business going forward. Highly recommend.

Thank God for All Pro Auto for being there at the right time and place when our Dodge Grand Caravan suffered catastrophic transmission failure just down the road while traveling far from home. We were on a road trip from Texas to visit family in the area when our transmission quit. We contacted the shop and were greeted on the phone by April who let us know that they could take a look as soon as we got the vehicle to them. We were met by Keith and April and Keith and his team quickly got to work diagnosing the issue and whether it could be repaired or not. Unfortunately, he promptly determined that it was an internal catastrophic failure of the transmission and that if we wanted to keep the vehicle running, we'd need to replace the transmission. He gave us honest, accurate quotes on several manufacturers, with the pros and cons of each with regard to quality, warranty, and his many years of experience with them. We decided on which one to go with based on his expert opinion. We arranged alternate transportation home while he awaited the parts and scheduled the work to be done. While at home, we were in contact with April and Keith to arrange additional work since they had the vehicle in the shop and we had established trust in them based on our interactions. They kept us updated on when parts came in and then when they had begun and finished the work. Since we had to arrange travel back to North Carolina, they were kind enough to keep our vehicle in safe storage while we awaited traveling back out to pick it up. We finally were able to get our vehicle back last week and with the care and professionalism Keith's team put into it, we were able to get back on the road and drive over 1,500 miles with a brand new transmission that got us all the way home with no issues! We were so Blessed to have found All Pro Auto in our time of need. We know God was looking out for us and got us in contact with Keith and April and team! We only wish we had such wonderful mechanics in our local area. Thanks All Pro Auto!

I was in surf city on vacation and my alternator went so I went to all pro to get it fixed due to the great reviews. I must agree with everyone they are friendly knowledgeable and fairly priced. They took good care of me so that we could make it home with no issues. Thank you again for everything!

Brought in my 2016 Jeep Compass with all my warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree. They quoted me a possible price that I thought was very fair. I was surprised when they called a couple hours later and told me it was fixed and the price was less than half of the original quote. God is good! These guys have my business from now on and I will be recommending them to all my neighbors. Thanks All Pro Auto.

I was on vacation in the area 10 hours from home. The day I was meant to leave, my car wouldn't start. Not only were they able to take my car same day, they had it fixed first thing the next morning allowing me to get home and beat the worst of a tropical storm. They were wonderful, and with extent of repairs needed and the speed at which they did them on my 2008 lexus, it was incredibly fair priced. Absolutely fantastic service.

The absolute, most HONEST Mechanic I have dealt with in 56 years!!!! I woke up on Saturday and my car wouldn’t start. I had been told by a previous mechanic that it would be my timing belt. Lucky for me Keith, the owner is a 20+ year Toyota master mechanic all it turned out to be was a couple of new filters And oil change. The real problem had to do with the key and nothing with the car. They were able to get me in immediately and have my car returned to me within two hours. Being a single woman they could have taken it advantage of me and made repairs that I did not need and overcharged me. But they didn’t!!! It is rare, very rare, to find someone who is honest and truthful and not greedy? I am forever grateful that they were able to make my repairs for a little over $100. I will forever be a customer. There is no one better to repair your car or perform your annual maintenance than ALL PRO AUTO!! Definitely the best in the business.

Had a worn Pitman and Idler arm causing loose steering and poor tread wear on one of my tires and although All Pro was busy April was able to get my truck in as soon as they could. She was very communicative and friendly making sure I knew what the status was at all times with the diagnosis and repair. I didn’t get the chance to meet the technicians but I know they did a great job because when I got in my truck it drove like a brand new truck. All Pro is my go too for all my vehicle maintenance after such a pleasant experience with them. Always feels good to support a local small business.

I had high expectations for All Pro Auto based on multiple personal references. Keith and April at All Pro both managed to exceed expectations on every front. They took the time to answer my many questions, provided a fair and reasonable quote, notified me of necessary repairs I wasn’t previously aware of, were able to quickly source parts for my 33 year old truck I hadn’t been able to find anywhere, and completed service on my vehicle a full week before I expected to have it back. I moved to the area relatively recently and am very glad to have found a shop I can trust with All Pro Auto.

ALL PRO... their name says it all. The reviews they have are excellent in everyone's opinion. I'm here working from out of state and my truck is my lifeline so I chose them. The reviews did not disappoint! I feel like I received presidential treatment but from the reviews I read, they treat everyone like that. They knew my situation. Did an immediate diagnosis and saw it was a fix that could make me whole right away. I had my truck towed in! 10 am and they're texting me at 1 pm to pick it up! Stress level up there instantly went down there. They even helped me with my warranty. God forbid I have to deal with another mechanical issue but if I do, I know exactly when I'm going. During our vacation, we encountered major car troubles with our daughter's vehicle. All Pro Auto came to our rescue! They promptly accommodated us and had the car in their shop immediately. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Not only were they incredibly kind, but the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. The pricing was extremely reasonable with no crazy up-charges for rush service even though that would have been reasonable. The fact that they were willing to take on our car on a Friday afternoon and have it ready by end of the day was a complete godsend – they truly saved our vacation. Highly recommend All Pro for their exceptional service and professionalism!

Ms April is also amazing and kind, we had an emergency call while my car was being repaired and Ms April was so kind to help me out. You don’t find people or mechanics like this now in days. I recently had the pleasure of becoming a customer of All Pro Auto for repairs on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. The shop's owner, Keith, was my main point of contact, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. First and foremost, Keith was incredibly prompt and responsive in all of his communications. Whether it was via email or phone, he and others were always quick to reply and never left me waiting for long periods of time. I needed to get my car back as soon as possible, so this was a big help for my schedule and work travel needs. Keith also took the time to explain the repairs in detail, outlining the timing of the work and providing me with clear and concise explanations of the issues at hand. He also assisted me with submitting warranty claims through Carvana and SilverRock, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. During the repairs, Keith provided me with a visual inspection of the failing parts and took the time to explain the issues to me in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt like he was talking down to me or trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. The work itself was to replace a clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, and release bearing, all of which were completed to an excellent standard. Keith even went above and beyond to investigate what caused the clutch slippage and helped me to prevent the issues from happening again in the future - finding a recurring problem that has affected other vehicles like mine. Overall, I had an excellent experience at All Pro Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs. The combination of prompt and friendly service, detailed explanations, and high-quality workmanship make them stand out from the competition.
