First time experience with Bill and Shauna, and my husband and I are extremely pleased! We purchased a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium from them recently. The buying process hit a few bumps on our side, and Bill was very patient with us. My instinct was to take the car to my preferred mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection on my test drive. I didn't say anything until I was at the shop (hehe sorry guys) but I definitely told them where I had the car the whole time I had it. Neither Bill nor Shauna was upset I did that. I was ecstatic upon hearing the vehicle passed with flying colors and the mechanic said he'd buy it. Those are hard to find. I knew then that was the one I'd do my best to go home in. Bill was the best, I've never met a "good" car salesman before. He wasn't pushy, wasn't rude - didn't open the conversation with "how do you plan on paying for this purchase? what's your trade?" like some dealers I'd contacted - and knows his cars. I mean, decades of selling vehicles, he must be doing something right. I know he did with us. He knew we needed something that will be reliable for years, and I'm certain it will be. This is the newest car I've had, and these bells and whistles are awesome. We've got a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty, hopefully we won't use it! I 100% recommend Holly Ridge Auto Mart to anyone in need of a used vehicle. They don't hound potential customers with calls and texts like big dealerships. Bill is it out of his mind, I was trading three vehicles for his $6500 Tahoe. He could have easily sold my truck for $7000, my charger for $5,000. My 2000 suburban for $3200

His cars are well taken care of. I was in the market for a new and safe car right before giving birth and he made sure that happened. I appreciate them so much! It also came with a warranty. 2 months later, and I’m still satisfied with my purchase.

My fiancé and I were trying to buy a vehicle from Holly Ridge Auto Mart. We had provided all of our personal info and were waiting to hear back from the sales person as she waited to hear from a lender. She was off one day during the week and the vehicle we were inquiring about was sold directly from under me and her. No call, no nothing. We gave out all of our personal information, including SSN’s for no reason at all and also took a head hit on our credit. Will never do business with them again. I am 44 years old and have never had this happen. I suggest you go into Wilmington/Burgaw area.

Short story: Brother of mine bought a truck from them. Day he took it home i found it had complete swiss cheese rocker panels they covered up. Brakes are also bad which they said they would fix but now are saying they won’t. One of the taillights isn't working, and something is leaking from the front of the truck. Yesterday they said bring it in and they would buy the car back… Today, they said GFY it’s yours basically.

Words can’t describe the attention to my dads needs when it came to buying a car to tow behind his RV. Bill was very knowledgeable about his vehicles, he even looked up a part we needed for the beautiful ford explorer we got here. My husband and I bought a Kia optima off bill, he worked with us in the price to get it loan to value and got us in a new car within a day. He also took care of our friend the same way. And when we had an issue with the speaker he bought us a whole set free of charge to make it right, I personally couldn’t recommend him more over most other dealers I’ve talked to.

Bill and Kaila were great. Cars were fairly priced and left with a fantastic Honda CR-V. Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Smooth car buying process and wouldn't hesitate to go back or suggest it to a friend.

This is my third vehicle I've purchased from Holly Ridge Auto Mart. Bill offers friendly, professional service. He is helpful and answers all my questions. There is never any pressure to buy, which is a plus. The paperwork goes smoothly and always done in a timely manner. Bill takes care of any problems promptly. He has clean vehicles with low mileage at a good price and you get a 6 months warranty. Bet you won't find that anywhere else. I would recommend Holly Rdge Auto Mart to anyone in the market for a good used vehicle. I won't go anywhere else. He also has a good truck inventory.

Billy was very helpful regarding the Subaru that we wanted to purchase. The price was more than fair, and he was open and honest about what the vehicle needed. We knew that it had an open recall, so we scheduled an appointment with the dealership to have that done. Due to there being illegal brake modifications done that would have cost us thousands to repair (beyond the value of the vehicle) we asked that Billy allow us to return it. He was EXTREMELY understanding and because of the warranty that was included with the vehicle, he took it back with no questions asked and returned our money. From what I understand, these are modifications/repairs that most likely would have been overlooked during a standard safety check, and so Billy himself would not have known about it. There were no ill feelings, no harsh words. I don't know how any of the previous people handled their situations regarding issues with vehicles purchased here, but I for one would recommend anyone to Holly Ridge Auto Mart.

I bought one car an it was a good one.wrecked it so i went back. He sold me a car that had transmission problems. He would not even try to help. He had already gotten his money so the hell with a customer that returned to him . if you do think about a purchase GO HAVE it checked out by a machanic. Id suggest Holly Ridge Auto they can do a through check.

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a used car. We saw the car we wanted via the website, called to ensure they still had it, gave the run down of what we needed and they made it happen. Total of maybe 24 hours and all was set and now over a week in to the vehicle we are still thrilled! Will definitely pass the word along to visit this dealership and will most certainly be back when we need to purchase another vehicle. These people were extremely dishonest with me. Sold a vehicle to me with bald tires, no gas, and thousands of dollars in damages. I took it to a notable and universally trustworthy repair company to have it looked at immediately. They could not believe someone actually sold that to me. They informed me it did not even pass NC inspection standards. I immediately returned the vehicle. The very next day I drove by the lot on my way to work. The vehicle was back on the lot, bald tires and all. I would highly recommend you search for a vehicle elsewhere from more trustworthy people. Avoid at all costs.

I bought my 16 year old son a vehicle from Holly Ridge Auto Mart just a few months ago and never dreamed I would be back so soon. After only 39 days we found ourselves in need again when his car was totaled in an accident by no fault of his own. Bill Long had taken such great care of us the first time so I didn't even bother looking at local used car dealers or scanning online advertisements. I simply called Bill and said, "I need your help again." He knew our likes/dislikes and needs/wants from the original sale so I didn't even have to spend time doing research. Because I was 4 hours away, Bill simply communicated by phone, email, or text when he or Johnny Mitchum thought they had something that we should consider. What used car dealer does that ? It's hard enough to get that kind of service from a new car dealership when you are willing to drop $20-30,000 for a new vehicle. After numerous conversations, etc., we settled on another vehicle with Holly Ridge Auto Mart. My son is ecstatic with his "newest" vehicle and so am I. Holly Ridge Auto Mart truly goes the extra mile (or in my case 230 miles) to not only earn your business but keep your business. I will be back again but hopefully not in 39 days.
