They have very good customer service, good communication, and the parts I ordered matched their description and were reasonably priced and had arrived earlier than I expected. This is a business I would definitely recommend.
Drove an hour there and back just to be sold a box with every mount bolt broke off in it. Now both the money and the truck are gonna be down all weekend. I should have to check the part for damage or broke off bolts before I even walk out the door.
Edit: we called that Friday and the beginning of the week and went to voice-mail. Never got a call back nor a reply to either email address. Ended up having to fix the box to get the truck out of my way.

Been dealing with Jimmy since I was a kid working under my dads feet. He is a great man with great business ethics and moral character. Something that is hard to find anymore. Always first class service, still use them all the time to this day. Highly recommended for your recycled parts needs.
I like to say is, the people at this place is very helpful. I look every where for this one item and it is very hard to find. Even Amazon didn't even have it and eBay well that's another story to tell later! The people at J&T Auto Parts thought they had it and they didn't but they made a phone call in South Carolina at a parts store that they know and wow they had one in stock. J and T are some great people. I’m in Georgia 320 miles from J and T and bought a transmission over the phone. They are very patient people as I had problems with the transaction on my end. But when they were resolved the transmission was shipped and received the next day. I’m 100% satisfied with what I got. And the prices are very reasonable. Thank you and your employees.
If i could give a 0stars i would have. I bought a 2016 toyota 4runner limited with Wayne and i paid for shipping and they sent me a 2012 doors and i called wayne and he told me that he can’t help me. Now i need my refund and they will have to pay for shipping back they doors. I already filed a claim with my paypal account and waiting on it to be resolved. And if i don’t get my refund i will make sure i leave my reviews on them everywhere will never recommend them to nobody and since i am in car’s business i will make sure none of my friends deal with them.even on Facebook people don’t recommend them
They had some of the best customer service I could ask for didn’t give up on helping me find the part I needed I called every place for one part oreillys auto zone advance and all wanted to sell me the wrong part where j and t found the right part and successfully gave me the customer service I needed thank you guys I will drive the hour drive before going anywhere else

Very disappointing experience.
I work for a automotive repair shop in Greensboro and I was in need of some parts for a Toyota 4 Runner. The vehicle was donated by the city to a homeless shelter and we are working with them to get the vehicle road worthy again. Regardless of that, I have been misled, put off and now ignored for almost three days when all I needed to know is if they actually had the parts. I have called multiple times, emailed and left a voice mail. It is very rare that I write a bad review and I myself don't like bad reviews against my my place of business but I also realize that it can be a catalyst for improvement. Due to the nature of the automotive repair industry I deal with salvage yards frequently and this experience was very disappointing.
Camping out of town had a problem with my truck called J&T they had what I was looking for. Changed part wasn’t it so I took it back an they had the right part waiting on me when I got there. Excellent service very friendly will recommend !!

I purchased a part on eBay from them. They had multiple of the same part but I was very particular in receiving the one that I purchased because it was in the best shape out of the others.
I inquired if I would receive the specific one I purchased, instead of just picking one out of the lot. Jimmy, replied quickly and explained I would in fact receive the one I chose to 'Buy It Now'. I appreciate prompt replies from eBay sellers. It is hard to come by.
The part arrived quickly, as described, priced well and it was the exact part that I wanted. Unfortunately, I did find a crack in the part, rendering it useless.
I sent them a message with some pictures explaining the cracks and how unfortunately it was not repairable and if I could exchange it for another. Again, Jimmy replied promptly and let me know to hang on while he investigated if they had any others. A few hours later he replied and said it was on its way! No charge to me.

This place is ridiculous. When you arrive no one even looks your way or welcomes you. I drove 20 miles after calling and confirming that the part I needed was there. After waiting and waiting the man at the counter. Finally said they didn't have my part but he was looking elsewhere to find it. After waiting again...nobody saying anything I finally ask...what's the deal. No part. After I was told they had 3 or 4 available over the phone. Nobody knows what they have. They shouldn't confirm parts that there not sure of. Waste of time. Oh and your employees at the counter helping your customers should at least be friendly. The man I dealt with acted as if I was bothering him to ask for my part. Which didn't exist. Thanks for nothing I'll let everyone know not to do there business there.
Travis and Travis were two cool dudes to work with. The whole group of guys at J&T Auto Parts were authentic, honest and down to earth. The rear axle on my pickup is humming now that I purchased a used rear axle from J&T. They made me and my two young boys feel comfortable and even let the boys wander a bit without getting onto them for looking at parts, etc. I kid you not the guys at J&T even busted out quarters to buy my kids Mike and Ike's. If you're looking for a used part, don't go anywhere but J&T! These guys get it and went out of their way to get my questions answered and work through the logistics of picking up a really big part. You are not a number at J&T.
Ordered a set of leaf springs on 2/25/16 for a 2wd Dodge. I received 4wd leafs. 3/14/16 (after the truck is already apart) they said they fixed it and sent me a second set of leafs that measured the same as the first. Finally, they found a set that was correct. Told me they had nothing coming my way thought so it would be at least a few days...I am now going on three days of tying up a shops bay...
