Awesome place Awesome people who own and operates it. Best experience i have ever had any where.first off i needed a fender a bumper cover and a rear door for a kia and could not find the parts that I needed. not even on line until a guy gave me the phone# to B&H . Let me say that my drive from Hendersonville to Marion was well worth the ride. I got there and man oh man I was in parts heaven. Not only did this guy have what I needed it was the right color too and even had extra parts I needed. If you ever need used parts I would highly recommend you take the drive for yourself to Marion and check this well organized business out for yourself you will not be disappointed i promise you. We needed parts for our '07 Liberty. First, we went to a pick and pull in the area. Won't say the name but we won't be going back there. Very rude. We made our way to B&H and they had almost everything we needed. Jeff is a real sweetheart and extremely helpful. In the future, if we need parts for our vehicles, we'll be going there first! I Called B an H Used Auto Parts they came thru with the exact part I needed an exactly knew the problem I was dealing with on my 2001 Dodge Dakota I told em I needed a passenger side Steering Knuckle they assumed an assumed 100% correct oh you need another steering knuckle bc the Brake Caliper Slides threads were damaged an not in working condition. Thxs B an H Ill see ya again soon😁☺️💯these PPL Really Respectful, Kind, Knownledgable, Thoroughbreds.
Service was fast and efficient. The people who work there was really nice. We was in and out within 10 minutes cause we called ahead to make sure thry had the part we needed.
I'd rather drive 3 hours to shop here than deal with companies 5 miles up the road.

Ive been to several auto parts stores around the Asheville area looking for an IAC valve for my wifes car. After purchasing 5 different aftermarket parts online that didn’t work i decided to make the short drive to B&H and within 3 minutes of talking to them they had the part for me. I put it in my wifes car and it finally runs as it should. Thank you to the knowledgeable gentlemen.
Tried to purchase an A/C compressor and condenser. Didn't have the compressor and said they had to order it and I had to pay in advance. I paid $165.00 in advance, for compressor and condenser. Parts were supposed to be in 6-27. Went to pick it up 6-28 was told it was not there and would be there on 7-1, he had a used condenser and I picked it up at that time. Went back on 7-3 and the compressor was not there. I was told he would refund my money. I told him I would let him know. Called the next day and told him to cancel the order for the compressor and I would be there later for refund for the compressor. When I went back I was told that he was only going to refund me $100.00. Which means I am being charged new price for a used condenser. A new condenser on E-Bay is $65.00. I tried reasoning with the lady and she said it was not her deal and I had to talk to him. I have wasted enough time and gas already and he probably won't do anything anyway.
This is a good guy to do business with, had the parts I needed and gave me a better price than others guarantee I call him before I call others, who are 10 times closer to me.
I was looking for a back glass for my GMC envoy 2000 brother Jeff had one like he said he would so I drove 40 miles and sure enough he had what I needed exactly furthermore speaking from a professional perspective Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and all aspects of the business and I am not just whistling Dixie I highly recommend anybody else needs a used auto part to give him a call

Staff was knowledgeable and readily lent their advice on what part I needed. They were prompt in pulling the part and treated me like they truly appreciated my business.
They have a wide variety of parts and had the part I needed that's getting hard to find now days. They have a big yard so chances likely you will find your part your looking for Herr. The staff is helpful and nice too
This guy is a real smart @@@ and does not appreciate his customers, you would think that people that are handed everything would appreciate the people that pay his bills and make it so he can do all the things he does.....but like most he does not......rude rude rude..nothing but rude ....I don't understand people like this.....must be nice !
I needed a replacement rim for a Kia and I I called B& H They took my information and called me back within the hour after locating a very nice used wheel for my car Thank you
They were able 2 get me a mirror for my car at a reasonable price and I had already tried at maybe 10 places. They are located maybe 40 minutes but it was worth the drive. Once I got there I was treated very good. Even the owner came out and talked to me. Also each time I talked to someone on the ph I was very pleased at how they treated me. I would definitely call them for other things if something came up. Thank u B and H.

If you're looking for anything for your vehicle they most definitely we'll have it in they take the parts out and have it sitting in the office for you where other places make you get your own parts this is a very very good place to shop if you need something for your vehicle I would recommend them to anyone as a matter of fact I just had someone to come all the way from Fletcher to go to be an age to get something because of me telling them they would find it there
Not a good company to do business with . I purchased a headlight for $450.00. When I ordered the headlight she asked me which side .I told her it was the left headlight the one that’s on the passenger side she sent me the left headlight sitting from the inside of the car which could be on the left side I end up with the wrong headlight sitting in the car it would be on the right but I specified it was the one of the passenger side . When I told her of the mistake.she said she said, I could not send it back or get a refund I wasn’t concerned about a refund All I wanted was to exchange it. I just need another light that would fit the passenger side therefore I am out 450.00 and still in need of a headlight the headlight is wrapped just the way they it was sent it I never open the box I just saw on the box it was the wrong headlight is specified on the package I told her I would send it back at my expense and they still wouldn’t except it back, and I also ask before purchasing if for any reason could I return it and she said yes , my receipt did not say no exchanges either, Also it did not come if a timely manner the kept changing the shipping date, I would advise to check them out throughly before making a purchase if any ???
