Took my truck to Rob to fix. I paid him because he said he fixed it. I had to take my truck to another shop because it wasn’t fixed even though I paid Rob because he said he fixed it. Rob is a scammer and does NOT stand behind his work! I provided proof of where the other shop fixed the exact issue that Rob said he fixed and he wants to play dumb. Definitely do NOT recommend. If I pay you for a job, do the job you were paid to do or refund them. Rob don’t scam people!
rob said he would have my truck done in two days..weeks later i finally got it back and still had issues w a crazy bill!! cant recommend having him work on anything and judging by reviews lately im not the only one having issues out of this place..2/3 issues my truck was brought in with had to be fixed by another shop as soon as i left
He has had my significant other’s car of 2 months. He paid because he was told it was fixed but he didn’t even make it 5 minutes up the road. We have been told he would look at it again but hasn’t. The owner ignores phone calls and lies to customers.
I own a junk removal business and I tried to cut a corner and get alittle closer to the house… got stuck. This absolute legend answered on the first call, came within 30 minutes and got both my trailer and my truck out the mud. I was able to finish my job because of him. Will 100% recommend to EVERYONE. Rob and Ernie were the most significant help when I was recently on a trip to the area. A tree fell on my car the day before I had to get back home. Rob at Bodylines allowed me to leave my car on their lot until I could get an insurance assessor in town and gave me a reasonable quote for how much repairs would be if my insurance decided to repair the car. Eventually, after two weeks of my car being in the bodyline's lot, my insurance decided my car was a total loss. Despite being unable to fix my car, Rob sent my car's license plate and other belongings to me in the mail and never asked for any money for the help he gave me. Bodylines, the owner, Rob, and manager Ernie showed me the highest levels of customer service and hospitality when I was far from where I live, with no one else to turn to.
Scooter was great! If you need a tow, I would HIGHLY recommend this business! I have a tricky driveway and my car wasn't in the best position for hookup, but Scooter had no issue getting her loaded and out of here!
I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel the need to here. My car had to be towed on a holiday weekend, midday Saturday. I am not a super preachy, religious person, but I do pray, especially in a stressful emergency. I do not have a person to call, who can drop everything to help. So, I just prayed for the best answer. I do believe my prayer was answered in Rob and his sweet tow truck driver. I did not think the chances of getting an alternator replaced would be possible that day and that I would be out of a car for days.But I asked if they could look at it. They had it repaired by 5 on this holiday Saturday at a very reasonable price. Also he allowed me to hang around and wait,(since I didn't have anyone nearby). Rob is a blessing.
Our Experience with Rob was nothing shy of amazing! our dually was totally loss and he bought it back to life. There's no way to tell it was gone. Rob was very reasonable and affordable, if you need work done he's the man for the job!
Well. By far the coolest guy. One hell of a mechanic. Good driver too. He's fair and cheap on his prices. Sometimes it changes. So does everything else. Goes out and over his means to get people there ride back..and also. Scooter his tow truck driver is a cool. Very friendly and nice guy as well thanks for the business
Rob was super polite, professional and attentive! Helped me and my wife last Sunday last minute, our wheel bearing went out. He drove over 30 miles to pick me up, bring it back to his shop and stayed up till 7:45 pm that same night to get us fixed up and back on the road. Awesome guy and great experience all around
Rob is a hands on guy and one of the only mechanics I can count/ deoens on to get the job done and done right, without all the other shady stuff every one knows other shops do just just get you to come back.. he's the only guy j will let work on my car while I'm not around, but if I am around he will let me watch his work and explain as he goes.. GREAT GUY GREAT BUSINESS..

My boys car lost a wheel early on a Sunday - blocking a busy road. No other tow companies in the area would come out or answer phone. They came out within 30 mins and towed car to my house. We had wheel back on and car running within an hour. Professional and gave great advice about fix that saved us money. Thank you!
Took my vehicle to Rob Zele for repair. Came back to see paint overspray all over my vehicle. He paints cars outside. He said he didn't do any damage. Wants me to help him fix my own vehicle.
Rob recently finished up my 2003 dodge ram 2500 "gas engine "project truck by swapping a 1993 cummins engine into it, mind you this is a huge job! Hands down the best work you could ask for, very professional and very reasonable pricing. It was a turn key job and could not be more satisfied. Best mechanic in Denver.
Found BodyLines Towing and Recovery on a very early Friday morning. I had gotten a nail in my tire and really needed a tow so I could get to work on time. I called Rob and he came to my rescue. Again, it was cold and rainy but that didn’t stop him. He was at my location within 30 minutes. It only took him about 10 minutes to have my truck loaded and secured on his tow truck. Rob was very pleasant, curteous, and professional. He rate was competitive. It’s difficult this day in age to find companies who have this level of customer service. I give his company BIG 5 STARS and would recommend him to anyone needing a lift. Thanks Rob for being a true professional.
Great guy, gave an excellent price for all the work he did, called him on Friday afternoon, dropped the car to him on Saturday Morning, and had everything back by 5 PM same day, and our car had a bent frame, both passenger doors not shutting properly (jammed into each-other), along with the rear hatch that wouldn't shut at all (which also caused the glass hatch to not open). He fixed all of that same day (it was also in the rain and mud in some portions of the day) for a fair price, when other local body shops with a frame machine were going to be an entire months wait. Excellent person to do business with, and would go back to for any future needs myself or my family and friends may have.
Came down a few days early to visit friends and family before I had to pick my daughter up to bring her to Pa. Got to my friends house and the next day when leaving my car wouldnt barely start or even go in reverse. After calling a lot of other places, Rob was the one who came through. He was very nice, courtesy and very informative on what was wrong with my car. If I didnt understand something he took the time to explain it. Without making me feel dumb for not knowing. Not many girls know things about cars, so it was great that he talked to you with respect. I couldnt of asked for anyone else to fix my car. I was a day late of leaving NC but he made my car safe again. And the pricing was great too!! Especially since it is as not exactly in my budget Thank you soooo much!! Would definitely reccomend you to anyone!!
I highly recommend this man, I made the mistake of backing my car up my door wide open and really Messed it up.Its Saturday and no body shop is open and i came hardly use my door....I found his number and he was instantly willing to help and made it possible.He fixed my door for a very reasonable price considering all the work he had to put in.Thanks again!
I took my car there to get work on but it bad when u come and pick your car up stuff is missing out of it and it been back up into to something I recommend anyone not to take there car to this place
Great towing service helped me move my car to my storage unit and drop it off right at the door. Pricing was good service was excellent and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
