My car was towed here after an accident, the experience was hit and miss. I came on a Saturday when the office is closed and called, they were gonna send a driver my way, the driver was a little later than expected and the wife of a driver came out of a house next to the service to assist which was nice. The wife however didn’t note my verbal okay to release the car to insurance, which has caused a delay according to my claims adjuster. The driver showed up after she was assisting but didn’t bother to make sure procedures were followed and he promptly drove off without getting out of his truck. The whole thing seemed less than professional and I don’t appreciate an unnecessary delay in the insurance step since someone didn’t notate my release statement. I even asked if it would be better if I signed something saying I released it and she said no. 3/5, got the job done but not the most professional during my personal experience.
Absolutely wonderful! Great on time so we didn't have to sit long in an unsafe area. Kyle was so kind and was very helpful with anything we had questions about. Thank you for being an honest company!
They have done a few tows for our shop. We have been in search for a good quality towing company. All the units he towed arrived in a very reasonable time for a very fair price. The best part is that they removed the straps and caps from the drive line. They put them in a plastic bag in the cab with all parts in the bag. We didn't have to clean grease off the floor of a customers truck. Its the little things that show professionalism and pride in the work. We will use them for all of our towing needs from here on out.
Kyle was the best! We got a Dodge Ram 2500 stuck in the back yard trying to jump another truck off. I called Linebergers and gave my information. After he completed the job, he let us know that was him. This man didn't have to do it but he did!! Thank you again so much. God bless!
Linerberger’s/Hampton Wrecker provided my husband prompt, efficient and highly competent service when his SUV slid backwards down an embankment. Seth and Kyle extricated the vehicle quickly and made a bad situation a lot more bearable with their professional attitudes and great demeanors! Highly recommend!
Kyle did a great job towing my corvette. He took his time to make sure he would not damage anything. Very patient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Linebergers.
It was great all around. Loved talking to the guy and very nice. Even though he had stayed up since 8 he remained super nice to me despite my poor directions.
I had a truck run over my well yesterday. Kyle was able to move the truck off the well without damaging it any further. The plumber said I would have likely lost the pump down the well if Kyle hadn't been so careful. Great service! I'll be using Lineberger's for any future towing!
Called Thursday afternoon and left message. No response. Called again Friday and got a driver and he said the charge was $125 (3.6 mile tow) since it was Friday after 5 and if I waited to Saturday it would be $95 but he couldn’t say if it would happen at all. I could wait to Monday and it would be cheaper. He wouldn’t consider letting company know I wasn’t pleased with the lack of response and then the hefty fee. Then he hung up on me but that’s ok I’ll be calling another company. Looks like they’re getting too big for their breeches.
I cannot say enough good things about Lineberger's Wreckers Service and Kyle. Called them this past Saturday. They said it would be 20 minutes to get to me it was less than 20 minutes, and they got the truck unlocked in a matter of minutes. Kyle was awesome and knew what he was doing. More Companies need to be like them and hire people like Kyle :) Would highly recommend them hands down. They saved the day on Saturday Great Job .
This is a great company had to have my car towed and they were there face and the driver was very nice and willing to help in any way possible. I would definitely recommend this company
I have used Lineberger's for many years.My delivery vehicle broke down in the early morning. They were there quickly. Good advice from the tow operator and vehicle was back on the road within 2 hours. Thank you Lineberger's

Called Linbergers to tow my truck back to my house. Tow truck showed up in 15 minutes. Found out I had a loose battery cable - just when the driver arrived. Tow truck driver was very understanding and made sure I got back home. Paid the very reasonable service fee. Would definitely reccomend - and will use them again.
Overall great experience and a very reasonable price. The driver was very friendly and got tonus as quickly as he could which was much appreciated on a busy Friday night. I would recommend this place if you find yourself in a situation needing a tow.
I was in a pretty bad car accident yesterday. The tow driver showed up quickly, and was polite and professional and did a great job. He was not told by his dispatch that they should send a flatbed, due to the damages of my car, but he took it in stride and problem solved. He did an excellent job and I recommend them!
Thank you for your promptness to get to my sons van that was broken down. You guys came quickly and got there then called for payment over the phone. Thank you thank you. I’m calling again this week for more stuff.
My family and I have used Lineberger’s many times throughout the years and trust them with every vehicle we have ever needed to use them for, whether it was a $$$$ luxury vehicle or a $ project car. The tow driver we have seen the most throughout the past year is great at what he does. Very quick and efficient, knows the exact angles he needs to be at so that nothing scrapes getting the vehicle on or off of a roll back. He is very charismatic and even plays with our dogs when he drops off or picks up from our house. Highly recommend!
Our car broke down and Lineberger's was there to save the day - they were easy to work with and very pleasant. They towed our car from the highway where it broke down to our house for a decent price. Would highly recommend their service.

I don't give a lot of reviews but they deserve this, absolutely amazing service, very honest and great with foreign cars. I needed a tow because of a dead battery and instead they fixed it right there in my garage for me! Amazing thanks again.

Nick came out promptly. Extremely nice and professional. Even let me know my insurance would probably pay for the tow and they did! I have a very low-to-the-ground car and Nick was a pro. He knew just how to line it up, lift and not rub the front-end or bottom of car as it went on the flat bed truck.
They have nice trucks/up-to-date equipment, friendly phone service, prompt arrival, and quality work. This is not my first tow but definitely my best experience. Absolutely would use them again.
