Mr. Lee and his team are GREAT! They do not rush to get the job done and they make sure sure it is done correctly. My car shut off on my way to their shop and they had no problem coming down the road getting it started back up and getting it back to their shop.
( unfortunately they had to end up fixing a another shop's mistakes.) A Deputy friend of mine told me about Mr. Lee and his team! Quality over Quantity.
We experienced excellent quality of work and friendly service. They replaced the thermostat in 2011 Highlander. Due to their heavy workload.. because they do offer quality workmanship, you may need to be patient but you will be happy and their prices are reasonable.

I've been going to them ever since I moved in this area in 2016. I can say without a doubt that they are the most down-to-earth, respectful, caring, and kind people I have ever seen and dealt with in a business. They are always busy so you have to plan in advance but well worth it. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

Schedule an appointment ahead and they will be more than willing to assist. They take the time to make sure it is right before giving your vehicle back.
In short notice, they were able to do an oil change for me in a timely manner. They also found that one of my air filters were due for a change and didn’t have the parts so they drove out to town to get one for me and changed it. I came back recently for them to take a look at one of my windshield wipers that stopped working and they fixed it quickly (loose bolt). Everyone I came in contact with at the shop was very nice and welcoming, especially Mr. Lee and his dad, Mr. Larry. Truly impressed with their work and customer service. I’ll be back again for my next oil change.
Best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Larry and the rest of the guys are great. Honest pricing and wonderful customer service. The kind of place you recommend a family member go to.
Lee and Larry may not have the cheapest place out there, but you get what you pay for, and they stand behind everything they do.

When my local mechanic relocated, I was in a bind. He recommended I give Lee's a try. I bought a car for my son and it needed some work. I took it to Lee's and they fixed it right the first time and saved me a couple of hundred dollars on a previous estimate. I needed new front brakes. I am a Campbell student but live in Cary. His pricing was better than the folks around the corner and they displayed a high level of customer service. I told them I wasn't sure when I'd be able to drop off vehicle due to my class schedule...they offered for me to come in before class and they would give me a ride to class! they worked on my vehicle while I was in school and it was ready when I was done with the day. The best folks to work with, will definitely come back to them when needed.
I love this place! For good, honest, dependable service, Lee's Automotive is the place to take your car. Very fair pricing and the best part is they do honest work! They even filled out the paperwork and turned it in for repair work that was covered under my extended warranty the first time I took my car to them. Today I had the axle shaft replaced and new spark plugs put in. I couldn't believe the total of my bill. It was much less than I had expected!
Very friendly and a good first experience. Took my '13 Genesis Coupe in and had an exhaust leak with a bad gasket and cost $80. Second experience I came back with the same problem, a bad gasket but the technician "broke a bolt" during the repair and wanted to charge me $350 but ended up paying $200 for a simple bad gasket, won't get my business again.
Wow. This place really does deserve 5 stars. Being from out of town and needing service is scary. However these guys were great about getting the repair done in a hurry so I could get home. They diagnosed the problem accurately and priced the job fairly. If I lived in NC, this would be my mechanic.
Lee and his guys are great. They have worked on my 1971 Chevy Chevelle and done a great job. They put a new crate 350 motor in it for me and did a top notch job. I would recommend to anyone.

We found Lee's when my wife was attending Campbell U. right down the road and at the time she was driving an old beater car her dad had found for her. Lee kept that beast running and was absolutely the most honest and upright auto mechanic I have ever dealt with. A number of times he could have run up the bill but he knew we weren't going to be keeping the car for long so he steered us down the cost saving road and when we got ready to upgrade my wife's transportation he offered to buy the car from us at a very fair price. As long as I am living within 50 miles of them I will not take my vehicles to anyone else.
Lee's Auto in Coats is the most honest, hard working, and reliable place I've ever been to. They will fix your car as if it belonged to their own child. They care only for the customer and base their reputation on it.
I will take my car to them only. If they can't fix it, get rid of the car. They are an honest, christian based company!!!
