It was a most groovy experience. I was in the Coats, N.C. store and a young intelligent lady by the name of Brittany waited on me. She was most helpful and knowledgeable of the job.
The people here are the best most caring people ever! I came in because my car battery died. I needed a new battery unfortunately because of my battery placement in my car, they could not help me install it but everyone who worked here helped me find someone who could install it for me so I could drive away with my battery in the car. It meant so much how much they work to help me get my car up and running!
This is my local AutoZone and I just have to take a second to shout-out Brittaney!! Everytime I'm in there, shes always so kind and welcoming, even when she may not be having the best day. She's always incredibly helpful and takes extra time to explain things to me when I get confused. She keeps me staying local! Thank you for being so amazing!! (:

This AutoZone is great! Clean, organized, and they always have exactly what I need in stock. One of their associates, Mario, is extremely helpful, very friendly, and a fantastic employee. I always look forward to him helping me!

Brittaney, Jose and Jennifer were great help and I was happy with my experience at this store. They helped me fix the issue I had at another local Autozone.
Went by Auto Zone recently! All the staff there was helpful, but I specifically have to give a HUGE shoutout to Brittaney, the part sales manager though! She was so sweet, and kind, and extremely helpful!! She very quickly helped me find exactly which part I needed for my vehicle! She then proceeded to run a battery test on the truck we were driving as well!! Brittaney is a short tiny little thing so the truck was slightly out of her reach lol, but that DID NOT stop her!! She went inside, grabbed a ladder, and proceeded to climb up on the ladder to get under the hood of that truck! She ended up having to get a little bit of assistance when changing the battery bc she was also helping customers inside the store as well. We got the battery changed out quickly and it's now as good as new!! Brittaney went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me with all of my needs and she did it with a huge smile on her face and the most beautiful and positive attitude!! Thanks for all your help Brittaney!! Be sure to ask for her next time you need to stop at this particular Auto Zone!!
Got to admit they have been very helpful in many ways such as asking if you need help finding anything and making sure you are satisfied with your purchase!
Chris's customer service is far from professional. Very short answers, to the point of being rude. After being there for 37 minutes trying to buy spark plugs, he answered his personal cell phone "hey honey", walked away from the counter to take the call.
I was given the wrong plugs and my Ole man goes to return them and he literally argued that they were right. He even asked another employee who was standing there playing games on his phone wasn't "he right and us wrong". After he realized the circumference was wrong, he went to get correct size as Kenny looked for spray paint. Chris hollered I got you taken care of buddy, we ain't in no rush. Asking if he was holding him up and what time they closed. He said 9. It was 8:47....
I send my wife to get batteries for two vehicles and Dustin grabs the batteries gets the new ones and loads them for her!!! Dustin is one of main reasons why we love AZ!!!

I was in dire need of help with my windshield wiper, and I stopped in at this store. Mario was quick to help me and went straight out in the rain and got my wiper blade back secure. Bridget is also very helpful too. The staff at this location are really friendly and helpful! I will continue to go to this store.
Customer service is top-notch at this location. Went in to get a new battery to replace a dead one and Martin was amazing. Installed the new battery and even put on new wire terminals (the old ones were so corroded) for me. Highly recommend this location where they take the time to make sure you’re all set.
I went in yesterday looking for a battery for my car fab. Mario was absolutely amazing. He figured out which one I needed and even put it in for me. What a nice young man. I will be back. Thank you Mario.

I took my car in because my check engine light was on. A gentleman who's name I think was Mario helped fix my car in 10 minutes for $10 after I had dealt with problems with this car for a year and had been told by three other mechanic shops that it would cost hundreds to diagnose and fix the problem.
