I recently purchased a new battery from Napa of Boone, but will never step foot back in there again. There were three men working the counter at the time I purchased the battery and they all refused to help change out the old battery and put the new one in. One sales rep said that he refused to change it because of the location of the battery and the other one said he MIGHT would change it if it wasn't so cold outside. I'm just thankful my brother was outside and willing to change it for me. I've had six surgeries on my hands and I literally couldn't even lift the battery but there again, none of the men working the counter offered to help.
Traveling from Burlington to Boone and car decided to not start! Got a jump from a nice man at farmers market and went to Napa, Derek there did great and even installed new battery. Five star service

Very knowledgeable counter staff. They always go above and beyond with customers service. If they don't have what you need in stock they can usualy have it for you within hours.
Very nice helpful employees my son wanted us to pick him up some head gasket sealer and the guy who waited own us helped us pick out a popular product used by other garages and was more affordable the store was very clean and stocked very quick service and very helpful and knowledgeable
This is the best auto parts store around. Customer service is always great, and they stock a great variety of products. They even have parts and fluids for my old German car. Employees really know their stuff. Came in looking for a particular size allen key socket. They didn't have the socket, so an employee made me a tool from a hex head bolt and 2 nuts. Awesome!
Better hope you don’t have a need for auto parts on the weekend with them. Closed at 1:30 on a Saturday and now stuck with parts I can’t use. Just go to advanced or autozone if you’re a weekend mechanic like everyone else.

Love a good parts store, although they did not have the parts my friend needed for his late 90s Subaru. Not sure what all that was about but I'd hit them up still when my car needs it. Git r dun~
I have been buying auto parts from Charlie for many years now. I have found his company and staff to be the fasted, most efficient auto parts store I have ever dealt with. They are always pleasant and easy to work with. Special orders are fast and correct. Returns are never a problem. His employees have been with him for years and years. To me that says something.
