We arrived and nobody was there. It appears to be run by a single individual who happened to be purchasing a vehicle at auction when we stopped in to test drive a car that we saw online. So that was inconvenient. We called the number on the door and he answered and was incredibly friendly. He even set up a time to show us the vehicle on a Sunday. In my world, Service is far more important than everything else going my way. I do recommend working with this individual, as communication and customer care seemed to be his priority.
I have been a walkertown local for a long time and these guys have been here since i was a kid , plus some. Straightforward business, very fair prices, friendly office workers. Never had issues with a repair after leaving.
Geat people to work with i bought a truck from them. I payed my down payment and drove home to get the rest of the money on his tag. Went all the way back to do paper work. Great people. See the sell manager israel is great.

Furthermore, this dealer is happy to take your money for a deposit but will not return a dime even when the vehicle is discovered to be materially different than advertised. This is not legal. No contract was signed and no where on the receipt does it say ‘non-refundable’
Per NC statute, for goods over $500, an agreement must be in writing to be enforceable. This incident and all others should be reported to the NC DMV License and Theft bureau. You have rights as a consumer. Do not let this dealer take advantage of you. A compliant is enough to trigger an audit, and a bad audit is enough for criminal and civil penalties.
i had both of my cars there the last few days one for brakes the other for ac repair. i have been going to walkertown tire for quite a few years and have always been pleased with the work and treated right !
Couldn't purchase the vehicle that I was interested in due to somebody beat me to it by 30min...but Owner respectfully called me back to let me know that the guy DID purchase. I thought that was good business, because some places would have just blown me off. If they get another "Diamond in the rough" I will most definitely talk to them!👀👌🏿

Waited a month or so to make sure everything was kosher to write a review. Good experience overall. Emailed with Israel about a Honda Crosstour and he had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. Israel and the team made everything pretty painless, even allowed for some negotiation. Car has been solid aside from some maintenance on the timing belt. Would recommend working with them to anyone.
We were turned off when the attendant was smoking a cigarette while showing us vehicles. The vehicles looked better online than in person. Some were not cleaned or detailed and still had personal belongings in them. Not worth the 2 hour drive.
I showed up to look at a jeep when they opened at 10 by noon I was pulling up at my home with it. Very professional, courteous, and great customer service. Would definitely recommend shopping for your next vehicle here!!! Thanks again I love my jeep!!!!!!

Went there on a Friday for a Motorcycle Safety Inspection. It was just after 4, and I understand that is late, but an inspection for a motorcycle is just seeing that all lights work, horn works, and that it has a muffler, nothing else but just visual. Was told, "It'll be Monday or Tuesday before we can get it in". Mind you, I was on the motorcycle with it running. It would take longer to print the inspection and pay than do the inspection. Took it up the road and was in and out in 5 minutes.
This isn't my first go around with them. Had work done on my wife's van. I had no issues with the work or the cost, but had another issue come up and had my son take it up to have it looked at and get it scheduled. The older guy told my son that we were pain in the a** and he didn't have any time for our BS. SAY WHAT!?!? My son simply came by to have it looked at and schedule to get the work done, what BS? I think the older guy is just a bitter old person that acts as if he has some of issues.
I spoke with several of the auto stores in the area and heard from them that other customers have said the same thing. If he is so angry at everyone, maybe it's time to retire or just take a vacation. How can all of your customers be a**'s and giving you BS?
This is my last visit to that place and hopefully he will retire and someone with more personality that actually wants and appreciates customer's will take over. There is just no excuse for being rude. If you don't want to work on someone's vehicle, then just say "Sorry, but I can't do that but I can recommend you to another place". Respect is everything!
I have used this shop several times however today I went for a follow up on an inspection that failed due to 2 light bulbs burnt out. I had fixed them and all I needed was for them to look at it and pass it. They said they were booked up till 2, I explained I could not leave the car and was busy the rest of the day. I ask could they work me in real quick. The owner then began screaming at me in the parking lot, saying do I see how busy they are. I can respect a place being busy but will never tolerate being screamed at. You have lost my business forever.
We looked at the Town & Country van that Justin had for sale. It was an excellent deal, but we fell in love with Honda Odyssey's. Moving forward, we will always check Justin's inventory to see if we can work with him in the future. Excellent personal service and very honest. Family business!
