Will not go back again Scott gave me the receipt for my pick up and i nicely asked if he could install my battery because we didn’t have the tools to do it, me and my boyfriend were walking around the store and scott says “that little girl has her boyfriend in here why can’t he do it” and the other worker in there said for real!! and started laughing, laziest orielly workers i’ve seen and rude at that!!

I bought windshield wipers online for a pickup order. Ray offered to put them on, I didn’t even have to ask. He switched them out in no time. Great customer service.

I have been shopping at the store for at least eight years since I moved to Walkertown and have almost always had a pleasant experience with the staff. This last vehicle I was working on, which is a Recreational vehicle for myself and family. Michelle Rogers, who is the assistant manager is one of the most helpful people that they have had working at the store in the time that I’ve been conducting business here I really appreciate the time and extra care that she not only showed me, but the people that were in front of me as I was waiting in line. This is a rare trait in today’s world give her a gold star.

This place is a con. I bought a two year battery. It’s 13 months old, and won’t start my car when it’s cold outside. I talked to an employee who printed me the receipt and told me to bring it in and they would exchange it. I brought it in, but because it read “good” on their meter, they refused to replace it. I made it clear that at 30 degrees it got sluggish, and it 10 degrees it wouldn’t even click. Nope. Just refused. So if you buy a battery here, be prepared for it to last half the time it’s advertised to last. Would never shop here again.

He immediately assisted me after calling for counter assistance with customer in store checked to diagnosis issue with code reader genius so happy yall have such awsome workers & this powerful tool is lifesaver.. thank you Yall Rock! 😊

One of the cashiers I had that day was really awesome! He was helpful and super friendly! I'm blanking on his name... I think it was Mathew; he said his name was in the Bible.. so there's a few that it could be! Lol. But I think that was it. Anyway, super helpful and super friendly! I'd definitely go back with his customer service! Edit: a few new guys in there and all very helpful and down-to-earth.

Stopped by to get a new battery for my parent's van. The employee who helped us was a young man named Garrett. He was both knowledgeable & friendly. He got us our battery & even put it on for us!! We had such a great experience, we will definitely return!!! I highly recommend this store. Such great service! 😊

Needed a battery for my car and purchased in Walkertown..did not offer to change battery out for me or describe core charge on battery. Acted as if it was a bother to wait on me. Will not be purchasing anything in future from this store.

I've been here a lot. I used to live in this area. Employees are very good...I know some of them but didn't know they were employed there. They helped me a lot today about coolant for my car. Much appreciated. Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts!

I went into O'Reilly's on 7/19/21 to buy new windshield wipers. Upon entering, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. David was very friendly and helped me find the correct wiper blades within my price point. He was very knowledgable about which blades had the best quality. He even switched out my old wipers for the new ones. I was there for less than 5 minutes! Service was great and swift!

I will NEVER step back in this place again. I will order my parts online before I ever use this company again. The people in store is very unprofessional all because I had my advance auto uniform on they decided to make my life hell over a core. They couldn’t just give me my core money back instead they wanted my actual card when it was on my Apple Pay and wouldn’t give me my money back. This is why I won’t work for this company and best believe I’ll never send anyone back here again.

Priced around upper and lower ball joints for my 2014 GMC Sierra Denali 2500 HD. Called in and spoke to Nick. He was very professional, nice and honest. Had a good conversation with him and he was well informed. Helped me with everything I needed and was awesome to work with. Will definitely continue to do business here because the customer service was the best I have received from an auto parts store.

Met a awesome salesman at here today. I believe his name was Nick, brown skin, salt & pepper beard with brown eyes. Very knowledgeable, attentive & funny. He helped me with windshield wipers & went over different brands. I offered him a tip for putting the wipers on my car but he didn't accept it. I appreciate your help!

Great help with what I needed done to help my family out. Even made a phone call for me to another O'Reilly's store so we could get parts for family members who were in a different county than we were the guy was so helpful. This is why we keep going back here.

Excellent customer service...everyone was friendly and extremely helpful, all while wearing masks and social distancing. They located the two batteries I needed for my vehicle and installed them both in a timely manner. I was impressed with the entire experience!

Nice service, the crew was helpful. Though the part I purchased was needes it was pretty pricey. Hmm eh the part was quality. So my first visit to O'reilly overall was pleasant. So yeah they were cool.

I've been dealing with O'Reilly's for nearly a decade now and they have always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. To date I've only gotten one bad part and one wrong part and they have made them good without a hassle

Awesome place..sometimes it takes a while as the cashier handles phones.. going outside and ringing up people. Seems under staffed. I would like to see easier codes to save money like at Advance. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

If there was an option for negative stars, that's what they would get.. I went to get a battery replacement,simple. Should've taken maybe 30 min, it took 2 hours.. they first tried to install the wrong battery, then shorted out my audio fuse... That fuse control my whole dash. I was sitting waiting for them to figure out what was wrong for 2 hours.. finally my dad showed up and replaced a fuse, that I had mentioned earlier to the workers, in 2 seconds it was fixed. Never again will I go to any O'Riley auto parts. Thankfully I was refunded the full cost of the battery... But lost half a day's work.

I have gone to this location since it was opened when I am doing automotive work in town. On the outside the store usually looks deserted and uncared for due to the grass and bushes never being cut making it look like a jungle..At one point it was so bad I thought they had closed down. I was told by management that the employees are required to cut the grass, etc. This apparently isn't working too well and should be contracted out...The store manager that I end up having to interact with most visits isn't too friendly or willing to come out from behind the desk to show me where something may be that I ask for; Even when I was the only customer in the store. He just pointed and told me the aisle...or when I've asked questions he gave short responses like he wasn't interested...Others there at times dont know what they are talking about or have an idea of what you're asking for...The night crew is much better though when I have stopped in...This location doesn't have the same amount of inventory in stock or other services as other stores nearby so I prefer going to the Kernersville Orielly's location even though it is a little bit out of the way... So the take away from all of this is unless you are going in the store for a common item then I would look up what you need online and get the part # or just go to another location. Your experience will depend on who is working at the time you stop by. .

Ordered a major part Thursday for my car and was told it would be in next day. Had personal mechanic scheduled to do work Saturday am. Called prior to picking up and had me on hold over 5 minutes then proceeded to tell me that warehouse couldn't find part and they just zeroed out order. No one called and in fact they didn't even inquire about it when part did not come in and now they tell me can't get it until middle of next week. People purchase parts from these stores in order to not pay inflated costs for bringing in their vehicle to service centers. In today's economy, these stores should be dedicated to assisting customers who are trying to save monies by doing the work themselves. O'Reilly in Walkertown does not have the ability to meet these needs and their customer service is poor. Now I know why their parking lot is always empty. If you need a part, pass this store and go to Advance Auto which is on the next block. It will definitely save you time and inconvenience.
