Mike came out initially for a roadside battery call, but quickly recognized the actual origin of the power concern. He diagnosed and verified the true issue, coordinated getting the necessary parts, and got everything installed efficiently. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, which made a stressful situation so much better. Mike, absolutely went above and BEYOND in my town of Nashville to help us with a tow. Our GMC truck ignition switch went out. Which locked our wheels making it impossible to tow. But Mike's cleverness and wit got it on that tow truck and delivered it to the GMC. Thank God. This happened on July 18th 2025. IT WAS TOUGH BUT HE DIDN'T GIVE UP! HE COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💪🏾💪🏾💯
Michael is the best. I was in a horrible situation miles and miles from my home. The GPS had Michael not close to the location he communicated really well. He did not get upset and had a positive attitude through out the entire job. Had a belt beak on my front tire. Had a spare, a jack and lug wrench. Turns out it wasn't the correct jack or lug wrench that came with the vehicle. Mind you, 10:30 pm, side of hwy 64, wife and 3 kids in the van. I called several 24 hr. Tow services with no luck. Finally I got through to mister Mike with ALL-N-ONE AUTO REPAIR AND TOWING. He came out and took my spare to get air in it, returned and installed on my vehicle. Professional manner, polite, and very helpful. Appreciate you getting me and my family back home safely Mike!!!
I was stuck on the side of highway 64 and Mike came and got me within 20 min a towed me back to Greenville! Wonderful company would recommend to anyone!
5 out of 5 stars. Had to use this company through my insurance company on a Sunday at 10pm. I honestly can't think of a worse possible time to need a tow especially a tow thats an hour one way. Very reasonable prices, definitely out beat the competitors quotes and they allow ride-a-longs to the destination which is surprisingly rare after Covid. This company came through for me, had good conversations on the way to the destination, good people, good service. Thank you for the good experience, it's rare for me to want to leave a review unless I get what I pay for and this company far exceeded that.
It has been 3 years since my most traumatic auto experience, car smoking on the side of the highway with a 5 year old and a newborn on a Sunday. I just finally tracked down the business that rescued us from the 100degree weather, the owner asking his son to pick us up and drive us to town, and fixed our car over the weekend, doing a fantastic job for a fantastic price! Restored my faith in the kindness of strangers ❤️
