Highly recommended! I got a flat tire 2 hours away from home. Very professional and helpful. Had my van off the side of the road within 20 min. Recommended and used tire place to get a tire. From making my call to pulling out of tire place was less than an hour.
Tow truck was clean and well taken care of. (Can tell alot about a place by how the tow trucks look)

I had a flat tire on 64 East n Rocky Mount. I called the number, talked to a really nice guy who dispached his driver immediately. The fee was completely reasonably, the driver was so polite and helpful. They delivered my car to the tire place and sent me a picture of it. If I need a tow again, I'm going to call them first. (They were the fourth I called tonight.)
The gentleman that runs this business is by far one of the most stand-up decent men that I've run into in a long time. He came out on a night when nobody else would. Obviously this is a business but this gentleman was the only one willing to keep me from being trapped in the middle of nowhere with ice and snow coming down. On the ride back to my home , he shared with me a little about his life as I did with him. I actually felt as if I became a little better of a person for knowing him in ways. This review should be about his service really instead of him as a person. When it came to the service and the professionalism, I have nothing but gigantic respect and admiration for. I'm very fortunate that he was able to help me on such a terrible night and will always get my first phone call in any situation.
