Brandon was the sweetest!! He came out after hours to help me get into my locked and running car. Seriously nice guy. Very comfortable. I felt 110% safe in his presence. I say this as a mom of two daughters who has had to call a tow truck for them. If your kid is stuck, I would trust this company. Need I say more? Thanks again Brandon!
Got stuck in a work van on the side of highway 40 in the grass near Warsaw Nc. I called the shop and he didn’t have a tow truck available but he drove out here in a pickup truck anyway to help pull me back onto the shoulder with a chain. Good dude.
Above and beyond service! We ran out of gas on the freeway traveling from Ohio. Waited hours for our roadside assistance to show with no luck. Searched my phone for the nearest auto shop and called Mc Gee's. Brandon was friendly and caring, brought us some gas and helped jump the car too!!
The most down to earth and generous guys around! Brandon and his dad do amazing work. I have a 2015 Lexus Nx with pearly white paint, and he done a great job on making it look brand new after I hit a deer. Can’t say enough good things about this shop!
Nice friendly service. As someone who moved down here from Pennsylvania I can say these people who work the an older man and his son this place is embodiment of southern hospitality! Not to mention the body work is excellent, I would have never known my car was wrecked if I hadn't done it!
Unprofessional and RUDE!!!!! My 2008 Nissan Altima was struck by a deer on the passenger side. McGee's repaired my car and the work was okay except for the fact that the color was significantly different and the tint that was placed on the windows did not look professionally done at all. The tint did not match the other windows and it doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the window. I took my car back to the shop this morning and explained my concern with the difference in paint color. They explained to me that they ordered the paint using my VIN number and that it looks different because the paint they did is new and the paint on the rest of the car is 10 years old and obviously has changed due to wear from the sun over the years. I understand this completely! I only wanted to know what can be done from here as I am dissatisfied with the work because my car is now two different colors. I feel that due to the fact that body work is mostly done for cosmetic purposes that a body shop would be concerned about the look of the work they send out. My bigger problem with them is their lack of professionalism when dealing with me. One guy told me that my car is a "trash car" and that if I cared that much about it then I would have gotten the entire car painted. Let me say that my car is not perfect but it was not a "trash car" until I brought it here and received it back with two different colors in paint. It was at this point that I had to conclude the conversation with them as I was very upset and saw that no resolution would be reached.
