They are ok but if you are running the register i dnt want to walk in and you are crunching on cheetos. Then have to stop wipe hands on pants and then assist me

Melvin was excellent. I started having car trouble on the way home from the beach with my kids. Customer service was top tier. Luckily they had the parts I needed in stock so me and my family was able to get home safely.
Radiator got a hole in it on my way to work 16hrs away from home. I was able to limp it to O’Reilly and the customer service was amazing, Waylon was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. The entire staff was extremely nice. I’ve been to a lot of auto parts stores and this one really sets itself apart. Thank you Waylon.
Jermaine was the absolute best! My engine shield came down while driving on the highway pulled over to stop in a small town and he zip tied for it for me and gave me the best customer service!

An employee held the door for me to enter the store. I was greeted promptly and the clerk helped find some windshield wipers for my car quickly. He installed them for me as well. It took less than 10 minutes from the time I entered the store to when I was pulling out with new windshield wipers. Service was great and price was more than reasonable. Very pleasant experience. They set the example of what customer service should be like at every business. Thank you!
I’ve always had excellent service here with such a great staff. Everybody is always so very helpful. I don’t go to any other auto part store. O’Reilly is definitely my favorite auto store
Hey got a couple items from there earlier today and good customer service and I think it's pretty cool to be able to go into the store to get the products you want with a good attitude from the employee
The service today was fantastic needed a part for my boys truck and they helped me with the part and the young man was real nice about helping me get the right parts
Was given wrong spark plugs and ignition coils for my wife's 2018 ford escape O'Reilly is going to have to pay this not cool get somebody who knows what they are looking up refund for labor and parts
We ran into some mechanical issues on the way to the beach and luckily were able to make it to this store. Arthur went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. His customer service and willingness to go above and beyond was not lost on us. This store is lucky to have such a dedicated employee working for them!
I was a bit skeptical when I first saw a 4.8 rating for a car part store. But this store truly holds and demonstrates they are worth even more. Their customer service is extraordinary. Albi was able to facilitate my search by comparing parts and sizes with other radiator fans. This Sales rep Ordered the part hassle-free. Not only do I recommend this store for your car parts needs, but also for an incentive, which they truly deserve it.
Got home @ 8:30 at night, they came out tried to jump it and failing that gave me a ride to the store. Purchased battery, installed and saved me a bundle. Very good service and will be going back for any needs.
