Honest, hardworking, fast, and at a good price!
I ran over some wood on 40 and around Warsaw my tire light came on. I searched for tire shops and there were a few, but this one answered the phone. I made it over there and they were prompt! They said it would take a few minutes to get to me (I just dropped in without an appointment). They were careful about the cars jacking point and diagnosed the tire quickly. It was a sidewall puncture which means new tire. The man I worked with asked me if I wanted to replace just the one tire and I confirmed. He went into his shop and returned in about 5 minutes with a replacement. Fantastic! All at an honest price!

Took truck at 8am like they said. Called and said it was ready. Another employee called back and said the first called about the wrong vehicle. Stated a part was broke and he had ordered it so it would be $120 more and not ready until the next day. Mechanic/owner called back that he was putting it back together and to come get it. He will not work on since we were mad about lack of communication, order part without authorization, and price change.
I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend!
Took his time and really did a great job on my alignment. My kids just graduated from skills center mechanics and he fixed or tightened what they didn't. Spent hours but still only charged $90. Thank you
We were traveling to see family on Christmas Eve and got a flat tire. We called to make sure they were open and asked if they would be for a couple of hours. The person on the phone said ya, ya, ya we’ll be open. We called a little after 2 and made it there at 4:10 on a donut. When we got there they closed the shop. We called to make sure they were closed, and said that we called earlier to make sure they would still be open. They hung up on us, and we had to drive to find another tire shop! I do not recommend!! Instead, go to Virgilios Used Tires, they helped and had amazing service.
It was dark and colder than the Artic. I barely made my little Chevy equinox to the Pilot Station off I-40 in Warsaw. I was able switch to my donut, and I called the super team @ (El Mexicano Tires)! I was three cars back in the pit, but Team "El Mexicano Tires" came through! Talk about a New Year Hallmark Movie! Cold as Hades freezing over; just at the end of their shift! Completely professional, completely efficient, and friendlier than I have ever deserved!
Dont come here this place is horrible got a used tired for my semi truck it blew up right away call them and they said they couldnt do anything about it i told them it was the same day
Needed an immediate inspection for an auto that was out of inspection on a road trip. Javier was friendly and fast. In ten minutes we were on our way again. Thank you so much!
1 star is too good for them. They wouldn't even look at me. I was trying to buy 3 tires and had to leave. Cause of no service. 👎never ever going to them again. Im white and they wouldn't even speak to me. I waited 30 mins
Nice friendly staff and I didn't the day when I came in even though they did not have the tire I needed they still took the old one off the rim and gave me my ring back and then charge me a thing tell me have a nice day and hopefully next time to have the tire I need highly recommend

These guys deserve your business! My tire shred on the interstate and it ripped my break line off too when that happened. They gave me a really good tire at a very reasonable price and even fixed my break line n gave me a ride to get the part! They were very kind and fair. They really saved the day for me. And I'm so lucky they were open past 5pm. Go here!!
Gave the older guy $40 for a tire which was the wrong size anyway after he claimed they didn't have my initial size. Then after I paid him cash he tried to hustle me for more money. We had words as he was trying to charge me separately from the $40 I already gave him. Won't ever do business with them again.
