I hope you guys check your reviews regularly. I am new in town and my car needs service. I have heard great things but can't comment because the business is always closed when I am not working. I would love to make arrangements to drop my car off but the phone number listed does not seem to be correct? How would I contact someone?
Honest and knowledgeable people who look out for their customers. They treat you fair and keep the customer as their main focus. Highly recommend them.
I've been going to hersheys for over 2 years,They have never ever steered me wrong. Everyone there is respectful and really listens to you and ensures you get the best possible service. If you have any questions regarding your price,they answer it in a very detailed format. Also they have an amazing coffee and smoothie station out in their parking lot. These ladies serve the best smoothies. and they are pretty cheap with a very good quantity!! Over all this is the best mechanic i have ever been too!
Nice, helpful and friendly staff. An employee here Assisted with putting a spare tire on (was almost closing time) so that I could make it home out of the goodness of his heart! Many thanks to the guys at Hersheys Auto. Highly recommend!
Don’t usually write reviews but this place had exceptional customer service. Super kind, super helpful, and fair. I’m not from this area but my car broke down near their business and they really helped me out with my car. Very knowledgeable and good communication. Good people.
Fair pricing. Gave me alternatives for tires. Suggested Blackhawks. Wonderful suggestion plus a LOF was under 50 dollars for synthetic. Straight up customer service and a great coffee service outside while you wait. Definate repeat customer in the future.
These guys are the best. They scrambled a little for the specialty items my car needed, but they worked hard and got me on my way quickly. Thanks guys!
Only here for an auto safety inspection but, it is the most thorough inspection I have been able to get in the local area. Would trust this shop with any repair I might ever need!
Freon from a family that is got a lot of automotive background I was very pleased with the service they jump right onto it take care of me and got me on the road I would recommend this place to anybody passing by or living in the area very nice people
Hershey's automotive is the only place I use. Seth and Jeff Hershey are honest, dependable and hardworkers. So thankful they made Beulaville their home!
This place has saved me twice!! The owner is so helpful. I was having car trouble and stopped here both times on an emergency. They were very nice. Got me going again and did not charge me too much at all. I felt like they must be really good people.
My kids and my grandbaby popped a tire 2 hrs from home Hershey Autimotive was the only place that would help us. Thank you all for staying open a little late to help my daughter and my grandbaby, just to change a tire out. Your kindness and reasonable pricing is only outmatched by our appreciation for Seth and Jeff and the other workers that helped us. It's not often you find a Good Samaritan these days, we are thankful to God to have found Hershey Automotive.
Had Hershey automotive to put on a starter and a radiator.Daughter pick up car 20 minutes later car run hot cause motor to be damaged there fault but want stand behind there work.never will I do business again with them
