I like their free battery testing. Saved me from buying a battery for no reason. Unfortunately for me, with the battery testing good, it meant I had another electrical issue. But at least this eliminated a bad battery has my problem.

During a recent trip, our car had an issue, leaving us stranded a hour from home. Britt, the store manager, went above and beyond to assist us. She not only helped us locate the exact part we needed but also ensured we had what we needed to have it properly installed, allowing us to continue our journey without further delay. Her exceptional customer service turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

For me I've been to all the auto parts places here in Beulaville these people have always treated me respectful they have always had the exact thing I needed if I didn't understand something they totally explained it to me always fast always courteous they are all extremely knowledgeable they know exactly what they're talking about

I never leave reviews, however this experience at this location was so pleasant I felt obligated too. I came in about thirty minutes until closing seeking a battery installation I desperately needed. It was raining and I already felt bad about having to have someone go out to look at it. The young man Prince who waited on me was extremely helpful, patient and willingly to do whatever it took to get me what I needed. I’m greatly appreciative of the customer service he provided tonight and his mannerisms.

Was passing through towing a small trailer on Rt 24 and realized my trailer bearing seal had ruptured with a couple of hundred miles left on my trip. The wheel was piping hot. It was a Saturday so all the local shops were closed but the manager made a couple of calls and was able to connect me with a mechanic that was able to help. Was back on the road in two hours. The staff went well beyond what would be expected and obviously care about people who walk through their door!

Oil filter sizing now computerized. Staff person very helpful & patient, going through oil filter options. My first stop...

Young lady that helped me was freaking awesome. She had me laughing the whole time wile still knowing exactly what she was doing! Makes spending the money not so bad...lol

Prices are high and they only had Diehard batteries at very high prices.

They had everything I needed right then. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

Went in for a battery a lil bit over priced but had to get it then couldn't make it to Walmart they were friendly and they put the battery in for me

Great hours and if they don't have your part don't have it the next day most of the time they'll have at least one or two unless it's a special item

This place is soooooo helpful. You can get what you need and be on your way all fixed. I love it! A big shout out to Nikki at the Beaulaville store. She is extremely knowledgeable. And nice.

Had a problem with our battery install, went back and was helped by Nikki Drinkwater. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Fixed the problem, no excuses, with her work ethic could be a manager anywhere

I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. They have a lot of what you need, if not they can usually have it in a few days. They can help you troubleshoot your problems, even offering their OBD services, battery checks and more. Always pleased when I go in the store.

My Husband and I stop by Advance Auto in Beulaville, NC on Sunday 10 July 2016 around 11:30 am. (husband is writing this) I inform the lady that I need a new battery. (Battery was still in my vehicle) She insist that she check it 1st. Ok. After it was checked, we went back into the store and she decided to help another customer at a different computer while I waited at the system where she was helping me at. When she finally came back I told her I needed the battery. Then she started to talk to another customer while still helping me. Then she said, she have to measure it first to see if it fits. She left and started to help another customer and I was still waiting. I just left the store without the battery and drove to Jacksonville, NC. I bought one there an they installed it was installed within 15 mins. I waited 20 mins in Beulaville and still didn't have a battery. Very poor service. Won't stop there again. I'll go to Auto Zone next time. It was the long hair brunette lady. She need to be fired.
