I rarely write a bad review on a business because I know things happen. But there is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. How would he feel if someone did his mom or sister this way.
They had my car for 2 and a 1/2 months and did absolutely nothing. I mean nothing. Meanwhile, he kept telling me things were getting done. They kept saying next week. Well, next week never came. They knew my health wasn't good and didn't even care. He just kept lying to me. He is positively not a good businessman. I finally did get them to put my bumper on, adjust my headlights and hooked my fog lights up, or so i thought. Well, I guess after 2 & 1/2 months, I shouldn't be surprised. One headlight still isn't right, and fog lights were installed but not hooked up. Why would you do that it's crazy. I've taken my car somewhere else, and everything I asked to be done was done in 1 day.

They had my neighbors car for almost 7 months. All she needed was a power steering line. They never touched her car either. She took it somewhere else, and in a couple hours, her car was done.
You can't treat customers this way and expect them to come back
She has been doing business with him for over 8 years, and this was the first time he treated her like this. I think it's safe to say. He lost a customer and she thought very highly of him before this.
My warning is if you're a woman old, poor or disabled run from this company because you sure won't get treated fairly. I've never in my life been treated like this. It's very sad.
My old beater pickup truck needed an oil change and that ridiculous state inspection. Mr. Miller was really busy, but he slid me in and took care of my truck. He's very personable, and appears to really care about his clientele. I used his business because my local mechanic recently moved away and closed shop. I will be returning for future vehicle work.
