I call and made appointment with BESTCO Towing Service. They picked up my Truck and delivered it to Reed Lallier Chevolet Dealer for repair. BESTCO driver called me back and gave me name Chevolet Staff person that received the keys. He also emailed me the location the truck was in the parking lot of the dealership.
Mr. Walked was professional from the moment he picked up the phone. Got all my info and literally took only a few minutes to give me a price. I couldn’t have asked for a better Tow Truck company to do business with than Bestco Towing Services. Mr. Brasker Walker was the towing driver that picked up my car to take to the auto shop for repair. From the time I received Mr. Walker’s call, till Mr. Walker arrived at my home, was 15-minutes tops! I found Mr. Walker very sincere, he got my car on the tow truck within 20-minutes and told me he would call me once he got the car to the auto shop and give me the name of the person who he turned my car keys over to, which is exactly what Mr. Walker did. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Walker during that short visit.
Terrell was very kind and timely. There was great communication and even made sure I knew who he gave my keys to once at the shop. Unfortunately dealt with plenty of tow companies in my day but he was by far the best and most helpful. Thanks again Terrell.
This company is just phenomenal!! My first and final call just pleasant. The communication was A1. I was aware of every single thing during the process of coming to retrieve my vehicle to it's destination. I was also informed 10 minutes before arrival so I can be prepared to be outside to help if needed. This service was quick, fast, efficient in every possible way. Great customer service! Driver had excellent communication with me in regards to his arrival for pickup, his arrival at repair shop, and even the name of the person the keys were left with. He even sent me a video showing me an issue with my tire that was unrelated and that I was unaware of. Super helpful!
Needed a vehicle towed to Southern Pines. Bestco was able to get it done same day, process was easy, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Prices were very affordable as well. Would recommend for anyone looking for tow services.
Absolutely amazing service. They communicated SO well. When our truck was dropped off they sent a picture of it in the parking lot and then called to let us know who at the shop had the keys. The gentleman that came out to pick the truck up was super sweet and made it very easy. 10/10 would recommend 100 times over!
I called the day before and got the estimate. The Terrell is who I talked to was not rude in anyway and made me feel less anxious while talking with me. I have never had to get a vehicle towed before and for a first time experience, I will forever use them for towing service I made need in the future. This man knows customer service and on arrival to get my car literally less than what he told me to get there and showed up promptly and ready to go. They are a great business and I’ll recommend them 10/10 to anyone who needs towing!

The gentleman was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He called me back as promised after he drop my car at its destination.
