Pierce Automotive Service goes over and beyond to help his customers. Each problem I have carried to him, he has gone the extra mile to try and fix. Has he solved all my issues no yet but he will. This problem is not with him but with my 2012 chrysler. Everything else has fixed correctly, quickly and always with a smile. Thank you for being someone I can trust my car with. I appreciate you.

Pierce Automotive shop performed diagnostics and engine service/repairs on a 1994 F350 that barely ran. I was a bit skeptical but they made a Ford roadworthy that otherwise would have been at an auto recycler at a decent price. 5 star service and in the timeframe promised.
I paid over 700$ to get my a/c fixed and he never fixed a thing. He stole my money and said” I stand behind my work” DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS SON! They will rob you!!!!
Shop did exactly as promised! I am a heavy truck and equipment mechanic so I can understand being backed up with work as is everyone but had my alignment completed as stated, quote was spot on and truck drives very well...will definitely be returning for future alignments! Very easy to work with!
Boyd's Automotive is the only place I go to get my car and truck worked on. Rodney is excellent he cares about your vehicle and his prices are not bad and are very reasonable. Check out this place it's in Vanceboro
Brought my Chevy Trailblazer because the a/c wasn’t working. It was quickly diagnosed, leaking valve replaced and system vacuum checked, charged with freon and I was driving cool again ! Great service and courteous staff!
A follow-up to my review from two weeks ago:
I just returned from a 1,500 mile trip from Vanceboro, NC to St. Augustine,FL to Simpsonville, SC and back to Vanceboro. The temperatures were in the 90’s with the heat index over 100 degrees ! The air conditioner on my car has performed perfectly! It made a long trip pleasant and kept me comfortable! Repairing my car a/c was a lifesaver!
So we had our car towed because we thought something was wrong they took it to Boyd's Automotive Service here in Vanceboro they told us the battery was just extremely dead simple fix so we go to get our car back and the gear shift is so messed up in order for the gears to shift you have to put it in neutral first then start the car. So we called back because this wasn't an issue before we took the car to them they said it must have been the towing company. My husband calls the towing company and they informed him that Boyd's signed off on paperwork stating the car was in good condition when they gave it to them. My husband finally calls Boyd's back and he tells my husband he's done with the situation and he's not doing any work for free (even though they caused the problem) and hangs the phone up. I've never been so disgusted with a mechanic before. When you have a family you want to make sure their means of transportation is safe and that is all my husband was trying to do. We definitely won't be going back there ever again!
