Stopped in grantsboro nc last night to get a windshield blade put on and a clip on arm and I am in the process of getting with management to get it fixed I am very unsatisfied

Excellent prices! knowledgeable staff,ready to assist you, after walking inside. If there's a waiting period,it is usually short. There aren't any automatic doors at this business location. The shelves are always nicely stocked & the inventory is rotated appropriately,as needed. I purchase various different vehicle parts,as the needs arise.They could easily install for you, wipers, ✔️ batteries & answer all your questions! You will be back on the road very quickly.I only recommend businesses, that earn it, definitely,like O'Reilly Auto Parts.....
Vanceboro really needed this store. It is extremely convenient to have the parts you need this close by. They carry everything car and truck parts to many item for my motorcycle and powersports equipment. Great staff is always more than helpful.

i went to this oralleys store to pick a part transfer from new bern location,part was wrong but Bryan took the sale and obviously he know about car parts so as my truck is old and unsure of parts swaps by previous owners he took the time and found the right stuff,thank you so much and keep up the good work!
I had a problem yesterday and there was an employee by the name of Summer who was extremely helpful. She went beyond her call of duty. I really appreciate her going beyond her call of duty to help me. Plus the store was busy with only 2 cashiers and no one went unnoticed.
Never had a problem here they know me by name when I come in and treat me like I'm the best customer in the world They're a great group of people that work here and know their stuff sometimes you have a new employee that's learning what they're good and I prefer them over any other store in town
Very glad to have this parts store come to town. I have been working on my own cars since I've been old enough to drive, just the simple stuff I'm not a master mechanic by any means, but I can say that I know the difference between a good parts store and a bad one. This is certainly one of the good ones. The staff here is great and in particular I've had the opportunity of working with Aaron on multiple occasions and he always seems to do everything that he can to help. I have a car that he has helped me with so many times that I'm sure he has nightmares of it pulling up to the store again. If I was the manager of this store I'd do everything I can to keep this man working at my store. The rest of the staff seems great as well I just haven't worked with them as much, but they have always been helpful.
I went there today due to a battery issue. Cameron changed the battery. After leaving, my ac wasn’t working. I brought it back up there and Aaron checked the fuse and relay. Once discovering they were fine he asked Ben to check to see if he could figure out what was wrong. He found that the belt that connects to the ac, power steering and alternator pulleys had broken. They found the replacement and called someone they know to come and help fix it. To say they went above and beyond to assist me today is an understatement. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of all the staff that was there today.
I NEEDED 2 ROTORS FOR MY G37 INFINITI COUPE 08....OF COURSE I HAD TO ORDER THEM....TODAY THEY SAUD THEY WOULD BE IN BY r...HEAR IT IS 5:38 AND STILL THE TRUCK HAD NOT SHOWEN UP. AND WEN IT DID IT WAS THE WRONG PART ...THEY HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG PART 4 TIMES...THEN THEY TOLD ME TJAT THE OTHER O RILEYS ON GLENBURNIE HAD IT..I CALLED AND THEY DO NOT HSVE IT...SO NOW I GOING ALL THE WAY HAVLOCK TO GET THEM...WITCH IS NOT FAR BUT ICOULD HAVE DONE THIS 3 DAYS AGO...DNT GO TO O RILEYS
