Ipock's repaired a fender on my Tahoe and far less than a year later, the paint is peeling off the hood on the repaired side. Chevrolet of
New Bern said it was the body shops poor work and Ipock's said it was Chevrolet's fault. All I know is that my vehicle that I bought new for a LOT of money is flaking away...and nobody is accepting blame...I guess I can expect rust next. I expected no help from Chevrolet of New Bern, one of the worst around for customer service, but Ipock's lack of assistance surprised me. I had been told they were solid people. Maybe they changed.
I had the mirror on my car smashed off in a hit and run. Ipock’s body shop was my first and only call to repair my car. They scheduled and appointment with me quickly, provided a quick and fair estimate even though insurance was covering it. They were able to fit me in 4 weeks or so out from the date of my claim. I dropped my car off on a weekend and they got right to work the following Monday. They provided regular updates through texts and calls. After my car repair was completed they did a complete walkthrough of everything they did. They even went above and beyond by polishing my car, vacuuming out the interior, and leaving a fresh scent spray in the car! I would highly recommend using Ipock’s for repairing your car with or without insurance.
Took truck in for estimate on bumper repair. Needed painted as had been backed into month or so ago. I had already received an estimate from another body shop. Ipock’s estimate had beat other shop by a third of cost. I had already heard a lot of good things about them. Very professional and friendly. Took truck in and they completed repair quickly and looks outstanding!! On top of that received truck back cleaner than when I bought it. 10 out of 10 service.

I damaged the side of my truck and took it to Ipock's for a repair estimate. They gave me a fair estimate for the damage and because I've had excellent repair work done there several years ago, I agreed to have them do the repair. They did the work in the time frame they stated at the price they quoted and again did excellent work and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. Happy customer and would not hesitate to go back to them in the future for needed repairs or to recommend them to friends or family.
They were very professional and got my truck done and cleaned inside as well. I had another place to fix my truck and waited 7 months and still no part but I had a quote done and they found the fender I needed at that time. very pleased. Thank you
It's not an easy situation when your vehicle has to receive body work, but Ipock's Body Shop is our place to have it taken care of. My wife's Mustang needed a "face lift" and Ipock's matched the paint perfectly giving the car a showroom finish and removed every indication for the car having been brought in. Mr. Ipock and his staff are friendly, professional and easy to work with. Thank you very much for restoring her car to new!!!
They are honest, trustworthy and do excellent work. We have had 4 cars, all imported, repaired here over the last 15 years and they were all repaired beautifully. So even though they are an 50 miles away we choose to use them. ?
We have used Ipock's for our last 5 accident repairs. The work is impeccable. I can't tell there ever was any work done. I highly recommend them for any body work you need done.
Honest guys here. I might not liked what they said but he was very thorough with hugs estimate. I have seen some with from then and they do great work.

David, I though you might like this; my neighbor Mike came over and we were talking. Mike ask me when I got my new car? I told him its the one I hit the deer with, got it back the other day. He ask me what year is it, as he walked over to it. I told him it's a 2015, he looked back at me with a question on his face and responded do I need to show you the registration? We laughed. Great job, thanks.
Went here for a door ding. Paint did not match when I got it back. Had to take vehicle back to get half way correct paint match. Not perfect! Over spray on vehicle. Owner of shop could care less about you or quality of work. Only wants the insurance money for doing a half *** job! I do not recommend. Far better shops in area who will get it right the first time. The front desk women is rude and has attitude. My hole experience was very disturbing. Only reason I used shop was my insurance company recommend them! Never again, I would not let them work on anything I own!! One other thing they only take cash for deductible. No cards! Beware!!
