Had the absolute best experience! Chucky helped me and went above and beyond. Bumper reflector had fell out and I couldn’t find the clips anywhere. He made sure he found it and even went and installed it on my car in the rain. Will definitely be back

We broke down at Union Point in New Bern where this wonderful man put his battery in our car so ours would start. We went to O'Reilly, near our home in Bridgeton, where Ryan tested our battery, and tested our alternator, but it turned out to be the battery. Ryan showed us a trick on how to keep the wires to the battery from becoming corrosive. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He was such a nice young man and he REALLY new his stuff. We will always go back to O'Reilly in New Bern. Surprisingly excellent knowledge and work...just like a car dealership. Thank you Ryan.

This particular O'Reilly is amazing. Mr.Justin and Jackson were awesome at their job. They both took time to help us with our Toyota and get it running right again. They took their time and allowed us to use their tools. I'm very thankful we came here.
