I used to use Terry Andrews a little more. He does quality work within a decent time frame, but I had one bad experience that pushed me away from his services a bit. I paid him twice to replace a water pump in my vehicle. I believe he replaced the rack and pinion in the same vehicle. That went lovely! Prices are reasonable!
Great service, my son had drove to meet us for a visit out of state and wheel bearing busted on the highway. He was way behind on work but because of the eargency, Terry got right on it and had him on road in under 2 hours. 5 star service and reasonably priced.
We cannot be more grateful for Mr. Terry Andrews. As luck would have it, my van's alternator died as we rolled into Chadbourn on the way to my daughter's softball tournament in Myrtle Beach. My son googled the closest garage and Andrew's Automotive was the closest one. We barely made it to the garage. Mr. Andrews came quickly and diagnosed the issue. He got on the phone to see if the part was available. We had no choice but to get the work done. Terry said it would take about 2 hours. It was around lunch time and we hadn't eaten since we got on the road and Mr. Terry offered his nice Silverado truck to us- strangers - to take it to get lunch. We couldn't believe it. After two hours, the truck was finished. What's even more surprising was what he charged us for alternator replacement. We are still in awe of the wonderful southern hospitality we received. Great people! Terry we can't thank you enough for saving the day. You were a god sent. The van is running great! Unbelievable experience and thank you so much from the bottom our hearts. Major engine problem diagnosed and fixed. Very busy place and it took several weeks to get the truck back. Runs good now. Very reasonable price. Usually too busy to answer the phone.
I have been going to Mr. Andrews for a while he does a great job each time and also provides warranty on what he has fixed for a year if you are the same owner. He does not try to get over you, he is just trying to get your car back on the road properly.
Terry Andrews will fix you vehicle and not overcharge you. He is out to make a living not a killing. Go see him in person. He doesn't answer the phone. He works alone most days. He is on Strawberry Blvd. in Chadbourn, NC 28431. He is a good old country boy and I like him. Go see Terry Andrews at Andrews Automotive. Mondays are the best days. He opens at 8 and closes at 5.
