Had accident on 8/6/25 in Chadbourn NC and Wayne Jackson was the driver who picked up our vehicle, he took two adults, two small dogs, and all of our luggage plus contents of our vehicle to a motel in Whiteville. Wayne went above and beyond by making a call and locating a rental for us on Sunday morning. Took time from his family, came to the motel, again helped load everything in his personal vehicle and took us to get the rental about an hour away in Fayetteville and waited till he saw we were on the way. This far exceeds “doing my job”. Without this Good Samaritan going the mile plus I have no idea what we would have done as there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Patty and Steve.

Got a flat tire on way home from the beach and Worley tire shop put in a plug and we we back on the road in under 5 minutes. Super nice and amazing service. Thank you!

Very unprofessional had to be towed with semi and camper when arrived it was all down hill from there to me they were unprepared for the job anything could have pulled it..Its how they went about it! It was all snatch and grab type of thing whatever takes ..well during towing he was going to fast ask him to slow down multiple times. Told them they i didn't want to tear up front of truck we don't need to go this fast also told them I had brakes release kits for air brakes .Didnt listen ..in the end my truck and camper was dragged twice for the first down...By the looks of the shop and people that work there i now understand why. never again!!! ask for a discount on tow for the damage on front bumper. it was 250 for 1/2 mile no complaints ask for $50 for damages denied ..all in all they look like they might need it more then me God bless them..I GOT WORLEY WITH NO LUBE..GREAT DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU .AND I UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION WE WERE IN BUT PROFESSIONAL IS PROFESSIONAL.AND YOU GUYS WERE NOT AND NEVER WILL BE

We were on our way to the beach on a Monday in May. I noticed from a dash warning that a tire was losing air pressure rapidly. Luckily, I was going by Worley's & pulled in. In just a few minutes they had the tire off and showed me a nail in the inside wall, which can't be patched. He drove to their supplier to get a new tire and in an hour we were back on the road. I was so pleased with the price and service that I tipped him $20.00. Dee Heath

Got in an accident on my way back to Maryland from Myrtle Beach. Charged me 400$ CASH to get my car back after them holding it for not even 24 hours and was very unprofessional over the phone in person. I'm truly shocked this place has a 4 star rating because my experience with them honestly couldn't have been any worse. The tow truck driver was awesome, respectful, and very helpful. This is a very shady business and I would avoid at all costs!

I can’t say enough good about the gentlemen at Worley’s!!! Our ordeal started on a Sunday afternoon in Myrtle Beach when the brakes on our truck went 2 hours before we were planning to drive home to Boston. Incidentally we notice the gas tank dangling as the strap had let go. The place we brought our truck to in MB did not have the resources or parts to fix the gas tank but were able to use a ratchet strap along with the frame of the truck to hoist the gas tank. That place told us they were confident we would make it from Myrtle Beach to Boston without any issues. After being on the road for an hour we decided to stop and check on everything. My husband found the ratchet strap broken with everything dangling from the truck. Worley’s happened to be next to the gas station we stopped off at. We pulled in and my husband explained the bad situation we were in with our kids in the back and a cargo trailer hooked to the back of the truck with 800 miles to reach home. They had our truck in a bay on a lift immediately, dropping everything else they were doing. My husband asked them if there was anything they could do to make sure we would be okay until we got home. They did better than that. They would not even think about putting a bandaid on the problem. They would not let us drive away until the problem was completely resolved. To say they saved us is an understatement. The peace of mind they gave us that we would get our kids home safe is priceless! Thank you to the Worley crew ~ Luke and Ashley from Boston MA

Pulled in with a problem in the middle of a road trip. Gas tank straps broke/rotted and broke. They immediately put it on the lift for us and put ratchet straps on the tank to hold it in place. That was safe enough for us to drive it. Life savers! Just great service and friendly guys.

I had to have my car towed one evening because the alternator went dead at the red light in chadbourn. Once my husband decided to let Worleys fix it, my car was fixed in no time and was reasonably priced. This is not my first time using Worley's. They have always been kind, friendly, and reasonably priced. Andrew is the best!

Worleys helps in time of need. Nothing worse than traveling on Vacation and getting a nail in your tire. Nice Employee found the tire damage and plugged my tire. Reasonable charge and fast service considering I just came in without an appt. Thanks Worley man who helped me.

Traveling home from the beach I ran into car trouble in Chadbourn. Not knowing a soul or anything about the town, a lady at a fast food restaurant directed me to Worley's (that alone is a huge compliment). The owner and team were extremely kind to me and helped me right away. They figured out my problem quickly and got me going again quickly. The price was unbelievably fair and the entire experience was incredible. If they were in my hometown I would be a life long customer. Thank you Worley's!

My daughter and I were involved in an accident with a deer outside the town of Chadbourn NC at around 1 am. Not only did the one police officer on patrol in the town do everything he could to keep us safe and dry in the pouring rain, the tow truck driver from Worley’s was also super sweet and helpful. The next day when I had to figure out arrangements to a body shop and AAA was insisting I sit with the car for close to 5-6 hours waiting for them to pick it up, the owner of Worley’s offered to take it himself. He called when the car was safely to the destination as well. Excellent service and the nicest folks . Helped make a terrible situation much better .

We were on our way to the beach when my car started acting up. We were grateful that Worley’s could check it out for us. They ran a diagnostic and found that the mass airflow sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Their parts person “brought the wrong part” and had to come back with the correct one. We were there for 3 hours but again, felt grateful they were working on our car. We paid 300 for a new mass airflow sensor and labor… I took my car to the dealership today and they are having to replace the mass airflow sensor because the one that Worley’s put in was no good. We feel duped and also so glad we didn’t get into an accident! They let us drive away with our check engine light on and told us we would be fine. They get a lot of people traveling through. I would proceed with caution on anything electrical.

I cannot say enough positive about Worley’s towing. We were in an accident. He has great customer service and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use his services. You will be in good hands!

So thankful for Worley’s assistance to us this past weekend! Our truck broke down on a Sunday morning coming home from the beach. They responded quickly, towed us from off the side of busy Hwy 74, gave us a ride to a motel, offered advice on rental car, repair shop, etc. Can’t say enough good things about their service! And thankful they were open on a Sunday morning when almost everything else around that area is closed. Good Samaritans for sure.

They fixed a screw in our tire quick! We are heading back to Maryland and needed it done fast! Great service! I highly recommend!

My tire pressure sensor came on while driving to Raleigh, NC. We stopped at Worley's and asked for assistance. WOW! What service. Not only did he check my tires, but also checked them for leaks!!!. His team was most accomodating and professional. Top notch all the way around. Our pups enjoyed watching all the kitties. Definitely will return.

Absolutely the best! My two young girls and I were in a pretty scary car crash and I was very shaken up and no idea what to do. Worley's showed up to tow my car and I received so much more than that! He made sure me and my children were safe and gave me great advice on how to handle the situation. I had never been in a wreck before and I felt like I was in great hands and treated like family. I am very thankful for for all they did for us!

Got stranded in Hurricane Florence aftermath they got to me in a timely manner but the tow truck driver that they sent spent too much time stopping and talking to people about the flood and it made it where I could not get home because the roads were closed within minutes of us getting to it. couldn't find a hotel they did give me a place to stay the night ( the couch in there waiting area) I'm very appreciative of that but they're wrecker driver should not be Towing vehicles he's an idiot. I wasn't from the area but if the tow truck driver had known anything about the area he could have got my vehicle home because it's the way I got home the next day by friend find someone else to tell your vehicle until he can get professional tow truck drivers

I'm from the Asheboro area and was on the way to the beach when my car broke down. Worley's automotive came to my rescue. Very nice folks. Assured me I would be on the road as soon as possible. Worked on my car right away after towing it to their station. Very thankful for them getting right to work so I could get back on the road.

We were stranded on our way home from the beach and our car shut down. We were stuck. We were directed to Worleys by some very kind locals. Mr. Worley was very kind, helpful and just amazing. He fixed our car the next day. We highly recommend his towing and automotive service!!! Awesome!!

I called for Roadside help, the man that came out was so nice and got there quickly. Professional and worried about my safety. Ended up needing to be towed. Tow truck was there quickly as well. Got to the shop and they had me fixed and ready in an hour. They are awesome

My in-laws were on their way to myrtle beach and had stayed in ellerbe on their trip down and began having problems with their air conditioning. Within 45 minutes, Worley's had them on the road and my in laws said they highly recommend them and said prices were very reasonable - they couldn't say enough good things about them! They don't do internet but were really wanting us to post a great review about the friendly folks and great service they received- God Bless!

After the road closures and a bad fuel pump my day was looking bleak until I met the owner of Worley's. Not only was he quick and courteous, but charged us less than half of the other companies in town. He gave us a ride all the way back to Wilmington and made our day so much easier. Thank you again!

My husband and I were involved in an accident on Joe Brown Highway. Worley's was quick to respond and towed our vehicle from the accident site. We found ourselves stranded in Chadbourn, NC with no car and no phone service. Worley's came to our rescue -- drove us to our hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC. We feel Worley's went above and beyond the call of service and can't say enough positive things about them. Worley's is professional, efficient and wonderful! We would highly recommend them.

My vehicle broke down in the middle of the interstate during a busy Memorial Day weekend. There was also a major traffic accident about 3 miles from where my vehicle broke down so the towing service were already occupied with previous calls. Despite this communication was great. The driver called and ensured that he would get to our location as soon as possible. When he arrived he instantly began working and instructed us to wait in the cab of the vehicle. After he connected my vehicle to his truck he then drove us over 35 miles away to Myrtle Beach and dropped my vehicle off at the dealership to be repaired. Despite the busy weekend and receiving other calls, their service was extremely professional and the driver was very friendly. Even though I experienced a vehicle breakdown the driver totally took our mind off the incident. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in their area.

Worley's is awesome. Great service, and they will work with you to find the right parts/tires at a great price. They have helped me with towing, oil changes, tires, etc. They always take care of me for great prices. They also have a cute dog to pet while you wait!
